I have been using My Cell Repair for years and I couldnt be happier that they are now in the east side of Santa Rosa. I have brought my phones, tablets and computers (both desktop and laptops) to them for all types of repairs and upgrades. Service is always exceptional.

So I did a thing.... Left my iphone on the roof of my car and drove off to work... Luckily I found it an hour later when I had realized I was missing my phone BUT it had been run over by a bunch of cars... I thought my iphone 12 was a goner... Apple said it wasnt repairable and wanted to sell me a phone... No option to save my photos and data... I called my cell repair with very little hope after the manufacturer apple said my phone was dead with no fighting chance... My cell repair explained to me the options and said they would give it their best shot... A few hours later my phone was back to life!!! Fully working, all my photos, texts, call logs, everything working!! Im so glad I didnt listen to Apple, they clearly arent as skilled as they should be... They have a thing or two to learn from. Dan is the man!!! I brought my broken phone in to get fixed and I left with a fixed phone and so much new knowledge about my device. Dan was clear about my options and wasn’t trying to sell me on anything (rare whenever dealing with phone fixes in my experience) while he was working on my phone he taught me more about my phone which I never would have known. I really felt I could trust who was working on my phone which I had been apprehensive about when trying to figure out where to get the repairs done. I would highly recommend this business and if I need too I will definitely be returning!

Had a super experience at My iPhone Repair today. Daniel was friendly, educational, professional & knows his stuff. Along with a quick lesson on what phone is which, he also showed me tricks I had no Idea my phone could do. Then I mentioned my friend had been to the Apple Store with her problem and he spent a few extra minutes diagnosing & fixing her texting issue for free. Took ourselves a little downtown walk-around & came back to pick-up my new screen & upgrade at no extra cost. We both left super satisfied with my repair, her fix & my price paid. Well worth our trip down from Sebastopol. & Rohnert Park. They also have a large assortment of cell phone accessories available. Try this store - youll almost be glad your phone needs a fix.

My dog slapped my phone out of my hand and it fell to the ground. It had a huge crack across the screen where you couldnt run your finger across the screen without cutting yourself. The people here are very nice and had my phone fixed within an hour. Thank you so much.

The guy was super nice when i came in and got my screen replaced he told me if anything happened with the screen(not covering damage) in thirty days i could come in and he would fix it for free, well about 20 days later and the bottom half of the screen stopped working he claims the digatizer broke but ti have not dropped it once its in a very protective case i had it in my backpack while i was sitting in class and backpack was sitting on the floor under my desk not being moved i take it out and the screen still looks perfect but it doesnt work, originally i was charged $80 today he said he was running a special with $40 dollars off and he would give me 10% because i was clearly frustrated and somehow the total today comes out to $95 ? So out of pure curiosity when i got home i had my roommate call and ask the price and it was $109 ? so basically he just makes up prices and uses cheep 3 party screens and has a face warranty (: dont waste yo money

Fast, efficient, reasonably priced and friendly! This is my go to place instead of paying for iPhone insurance. I can get my cracked screen replaced in under an hour which, unfortunately, seems to happen about once a year. Hopefully Im done for a while but, if not, Ill be back.

They fixed something that couldnt easily be fixed. They also ordered something for me and kept it for me far longer than I would have thought they would, and even notified me that they still had it. I hope to pick that up today! lol I think many broke phones are excuses to buy new phone. If you really like your current phone, see if these guys can fix it. If you just want the newest model I guess this doesnt matter but for those who have a phone to use without regard to newest or coolest. Check these guys out. I bet they can fix cheaper than you can replace. That is what they did for me anyway!

The iPad screen replacement was done at a very reasonable price. It did turn out that there was a dead spot on the screen. However being lazy and not using the iPad very often I didnt get around to going back until 3 months later. The work was guaranteed for only 30 days but they replaced the screen with a new one without charge. Thats customer service!

I happened to be in town and saw their sign on the sidewalk. So I left my shattered iphone with Travis and while we walked around shopping in the charming downtown, he fixed it perfectly in about an hour. He had said it would take about two hours, but was able to get it done in one. The price was fair as well.
