The good people at Mobile Kangaroo have been incredibly helpful - twice. Once for a battery problem on my iPhone 8, which they swapped without cost (Apple Care+ is an absolute bargain), and then for a cracked screen, which was done in just a couple of hours. Theyre friendly, efficient, and absolutely covid-safe, which I appreciate. You can trust these folks completely to take care of you - as well as your high-tech tools.

The Texting system works so great! I sent him a text, he wrote back promptly and confirmed he had the product. I made sure I could arrive after his lunch break, and when I showed up he installed the cover while I waited! The fee was very reasonable and I shared with him how pleased I was and assured him I would tell everyone they should come here for their phone/computer and tablet repairs/service.Thank you Tim!!! My iPhone x touch display was behaving erratically, changing apps and typing like a ghost had taken over. I found these guys online, made an appointment through the Apple service and took my phone there. It was out of warranty so the repair was not covered and I paid for the fix, but these guys replaced the touch display and it has worked perfectly ever since. It took a couple of hours while I waited, but no sending the phone away, hurray!!! And no need to buy a new phone, double hurray! I highly recommend the MobileKangaroo service for repairs.

Strange experience. More than anything, it always helps to be greated with a smile,..maybe the worker was having a bad day.But we felt like we were in trouble just for showing up.. To bad as we drove from out of town.. :(

Fixed my MacBook. Replaced the keyboard and when the track pad didnt work I took it back and a completely different technician fixed it at no charge. These nerds are AWESOME! All business. Much faster than waiting for Apple.

Great service. Took in my MacBook Pro with glitching display. Tim quickly assessed the problem to make sure it was in fact a hardware (vs. software) issue and ordered a new display. Being an authorized Apple service center, I was also able to get a new keyboard, which I guess was sort of on recall. Very pleased! NOTE: They are closed from 1:00-1:30 for lunch.

I’ve had performance issues with my phone and had to replace the battery. I went down to see Tim at mobile Kangaroo and my experience was totally pleasant. It always sucks forking over money for your smartphone, but I left in good spirits because Tim was super friendly. He was so efficient, he was able to help a couple other people while I was waiting for him to finish my repair. Thanks again dude!

Zero stars. I feel like my computer is being held hostage. They have had it for nearly a month (it will be a month on Wednesday) Im really frustrated with the lack of communication from this company. I called a little over a week after authorizing the repair and was told they were still waiting on the part. I expected to hear from them last week as promised and didnt. I went to the store on Friday and they were closed with a note saying they would be open on the 4th. I sent an email to the contact listed on the note on the door and nobody ever responded to me. On the off chance that I typed the email wrong, I replied back to my $400 invoice from the 14th asking for an update this morning. Ive just left another message asking for a call back but Im not very confident that it will be returned. Im ready to put a stop payment on the charge as Im not sure what is going on with this place. I cant recomend a place like this for any kind of repair and will advise my friends and colleagues to go somewhere else.

It was my first time getting my iphone serviced. I got a new battery. The service was excellent. Will come here again next time.

Had one of the worst experiences here about two months ago. I took in my MacBook Pro with Retina to have the battery replaced. This includes taking the whole lower case off and replacing all of the parts with a new one. I left it there for 5 hours when they said it should take 1 hour. When I went in to get it they told me that the battery could not be put in because it would not hold a charge. I then found out they were using a third party battery and had tried to pry out the old battery. I was assured multiple times prior to having them attempt to repair my device that this was a certified repair and exactly what apple would do. Turns out they will order third party parts, call it a certified repair and most people would not know. They also charge more than going to an apple store.I took home my computer and removed the underside to see all sorts of pry marks and a battery that was bent in half in several places. When I took it to the apple store they noticed the track pad was also not working correctly. Im not sure how they are certified to repair Apple products but I would not take your product to this company.

Brought in an Apple iMac after bringing it to the Apple store (under warranty) and being advised that there is no problem as it passes our test. Super frustrated, we brought it to this store where the owner actually took it apart and discovered the malfunction. He fixed it within a few days and the whole process was easy. So thankful.

Can I give this store zero stars? Because thats how often they have been on site when Ive dropped by to inquire about service. Zero times in my several attempts. They pay no attention to their posted hours, they take entire days off and just post a note on the door, they dont answer their phone, and its quite a hassle for me to drive all the way downtown just to find out they didnt feel like coming in that day. I will try the folks at Batteries N Bulbs, and anyone else before I ever go back to this place.

I recently received service on a MacBook Pro from Mobile Kangaroo. The service was performed exactly as expected in less time than originally anticipated. The entire process was seamless and the business owner truly knows his Apple products - better than some of the Apple representative Ive spoke with.If you broke your Apple product and are looking for an Authorized Apple Service Provider for repairs I honestly wouldnt look any further than Mobile Kangaroo in Petaluma.

Instead of driving to The Apple Store in Santa Rosa, I decided to on Kangaroo Wireless to replace my recalled Macbook Pro keyboard. Tim was fast, communicative and courteous throughout the process and the replacement keyboard he installed performs flawlessly.

Worst experience ive ever had with a repair shop; Cannot believe they are allowed to touch apple devices let alone put apple authorized on their building.Brought my Macbook Pro in for a logic board replacement. Took them 3 weeks to fix. upon first using it I found the serial number wasnt updated meaning no iCloud access, the keyboard backlight wasnt working, the right side speaker wasnt functioning, and the bottom panel was missing a few screws. Also noticed a few scratches on the lid and a dent on the i/o panel, appears it fell off their work bench. Brought it back to have these issues taken care of and got a call another 3 weeks later saying they cant fix those problems unless i want to pay for it. They wouldnt buckle on the backlight and speaker but did buckle on the serial number and screws. get another call two weeks later saying its all fixed and ready to go. Get there and sure enough the serial STILL ISNT UPDATED. I spend two hours waiting in the shop for them to try and figure it out but finally leave. Week and a half later I get another call saying im signed into iCloud and its all set to go. Pick up the laptop and what do you know its still not updated. I throw a massive fit and tell them this is ridiculous and their response is that I need to purchase a new logic board because the serial number for this one must be corrupted. I storm out of the shop, go home, call apple, file a complaint, get on the phone with support and within an hour I have my serial number updated in the system.NEVER WILL I EVER BE BACK
