The most lazy cab clean I haver ever seen. Paid almost $30 to have my dash lightly touched by cloths but not actually wiped down and clean. I called to complain, best they could do is give me a ticket for another car wash (the base one not the one I paid for) they didnt even think about saying bring it back now and we will take care of it.

Best place in the area for do-it-yourself car wash. Plus, if you choose the automated wash, they finish by hand so a bit more thorough.

You get a good wash at Red Carpet but the bugs are always still there when theyre done. I wish the inside wipedown was better. The car exterior comes out pretty good, except for those bugs. Its a pretty easy process thats improved with the new low-end competition. The pretty girl who checks you in helps with all the options. Lots of options.

I go to the downtown one every few weeks. The employees are very friendly from start to finish. I noticed a green substance on my vehicle and the attendant made sure that it was all removed. Its a great deal. Especially when I use a coupon. Cheaper than the drive through carwash in my town.

Caused 700-800$ worth of damage to my Escalade, and the owner wasn’t even REMOTELY interested in helping anyway. As a matter of fact, he claimed that I was lying because I didn’t get the managers name on duty, even though I talked to two other employees that witnessed my car get damaged. The Owner was horrible on the phone when I spoke to him, which took about 3 weeks because he never calls back. I had to have the manager on duty text him telling him to call me. Don’t go here, wash your car at home to save money.

The workers were courteous and accommodating but initially failed to clean my tires effectively (They left brake dust on my rims.) and missed areas while vacuuming. Two spent time thouroghly cleaning my rims once I made them aware of the problem.

A bit more expensive than your average gas station car wash, but well worth it.There are multiple types of car washes you can get ranging from a quick rinse up to a full wax with interior vacuuming. Your car is dried off with hand towels at the end.Great scenery, friendly staff.

Sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you dont. I constantly have to remind them to dry of side mirrors. When they clean my mats, they dont hook them back up. I also feel a bit more time spent on the inside of the car would be beneficial. I definitely agree service and quality are going downhill at all locations.

We quit going here for years and decided to give them another try.Vacuum: They left rocks, dirt and small trash everywhereInterior: Virtually all locations where dirty, untouched and glossed overTrim: Completely untouchedExterior: They did a pretty good job on exteriorWhen you pay $25 for ultimate cleaning and get horrible cleaning that is disappointing. They were very friendly to us just bad job for the cost. I recommend doing it yourself!

I am only providing a one because zero was not an option. Paying $25.95 for a car wash and when it’s complete my vehicle still needs me to go over it when I get home is unacceptable. The seem to value time over the quality the are putting into drying off cars. It doesn’t take four people to dry off one car and it’s still wet. Inside not clean just horrible service all way round.

This business on Glen is a poor representation of Red Carpet Car Wash!1. Lady at the check out counter, look me in the eye and hang up your personal phone call when cashing me out!2. Say Thank You for my business!3. Manager on duty in the Red shirt, pay attention to your employees lack of detail! Why is it if I watch you look the car over and you walk away, that I have to have your employees reclean 5 places!4. When you clean a window you work in a box formation, you don’t just haphazardly wipe a window!5. Remove all floor mats when vacuuming a car!6. Lastly, and most importantly, Try not to SUCK!I worked at that particular location and the downtown location when I was 16-18 years old, I am now 45. Gary Jose taught us very well on how to clean a car properly and efficiently!I wouldn’t bring my worsts enemy’s beater with a heater to this location again!

The receptionist, and Ed (in the drying area) need customer service training as theyre very unfriendly and unhelpful, and appear to really not want to be there. For someone who is new to car wash in America, its VERY unclear where to go when you first arrive. Theres a booth that appears to be on the property next door (for someone from Europe), with no sign except for Open - could be a parking lot - no car wash sign at all. I was confused and not sure where to go, so ended up in the wrong end of the place (the only bit that seemed to be open), and Ed and the receptionist were extremely unhelpful and rude - despite my smiling, friendly apologies and asking for help. They need guidance on smiling when they see a customer (especially if that customer is smiling and greeting them in a friendly manner), and being kinder and more helpful. Receptionist needs phone training as well - when I called to find out if they were open today, she seemed impatient and couldnt wait to get me off the phone. Bailey, in the booth, was lovely - very sweet and friendly; and the guys who washed the car were also friendly, polite, and helpful. They did a great job on cleaning the car. Hand-drying wasnt very thorough - drivers side-mirror was left wet, and froze so couldnt see in it and had to remove the ice myself. We plan to return, hoping that Ed and the receptionist receive the training they need; but if theyre still unfriendly and rude next time, well find somewhere else.

Needed my black car detailed after a deer slid across the hood earlier this year, scratching the clearcoat (and thats all, thank goodness). After contacting a number of detailing shops in the area and reading reviews online, I settled on Red Carpet. When I picked up the car, I couldnt believe what an amazing job Tom and his crew had done... and for a very reasonable price. No visible scratches any more. The car looks better than new. Highly recommend.

I always get the express wash. I love the fact that my car is clean in around 5 mins. Plus it washes the salt off the undercarriage. I cant do that in my driveway. The hand drying at the end is hit and miss.

Get home and there are streaks all over the car from water running. In California they have air hoses that blow the water out of cracks. Too bad red carpet only game in town.

Paid the 26 bucks all works and full service yesterday 9/27/17. The vacuum was the most important part of the deal for us knowing kids ride with us to and from school most often. But we were so disappointed when the vehicle rolled out after 10 to 15 mins. We could have paid the 10 to 13 bucks from their package and will MOST DEFINITELY get the same result. Worst, carpet and floors were left wet and vacuuming never seemed to have happened. Nevertheless, we are GOING BACK for a detailing service! this time!!!. Call it Stupid, but Im willing to spend my money just to prove a point. At the same time, we would want to see how good or how worst they can really do a SERVICE even with the expensive detailing worth hundred bucks and more this time.

Purchased the $20 full service wash and was extremely upset with it. After the $20 wash and a $10 tip my $30 wash netted me bird poop still on the hood, still dirty rims ( yes i purchased the tire and rum package), floors did not look vacuumed, and dust/ dirty interior doors and center console. Extremely dissatisfied with the quality. The only reason for 2 stars was the staff was very friendly. Not worth spending $20 on!

Went there today, 4/14/16, spent around $22 dollars for their ultimate wash inside and out on my 2016 Kia Sorento. It was the worst car wash that I ever spent money on. When they were finished I got in the vehicle and drove away and noticed my dash and floorboards were absolutely filthy. You could tell they just brushed over them with no attention to detail. I have to say, they werent even busy. Waste and I mean waste of my hard earned money. Would not recommend. They get one star because the girl taking the order was nice. Stay away!! Go to the Glass House in the South End for a 5 Star job!!

Clean my car really nice

While the workers were friendly the job was definitely subpar. I had to ask for the bird excrement to be removed from the back window. After I left I discovered the inside had barely been wiped down or vacuumed. I would have been better off paying for an $8 carwash elsewhere and cleaning the inside myself. Now Ive paid for a carwash that I need to go home and finish.

This place is horrible. I have a brand new car and they didnt clean it at all. They didnt vacuum it, they created smear marks all over my windows where they supposedly wiped them down, causing me difficulty seeing when headlights were coming at me. The staff was very rude and arrogant when I called to complain. Ive had a bad experience every time Ive went here. The jefferson st and the Sheridan rd location. Ill never take my car to them to be washed again.

Have been to this specific location a few times now and have never left happy. They dont even wipe off the dashboard anymore or the inside of the windows. Had crumbs from a toddler on one of the seats and they werent touched, i.e. they never even vacuumed. Strange.
