Plate reader never works and they have to manually enter it in which usually gives me the wrong wash. This is supposed to be quick, convenient and automatic but it is anything but. Nice people but nice doesn’t mean effective.

Staff is always super helpful. I got a new car and needed to update my plate for the membership, the guys took care of it no problem with zero hassle. AJ was happy to talk off-roaring with me while I waited and discussed my new truck. Great place. Great staff. Great prices. Absolutely recommend!

This car wash tunnel does an awesome job and is very quick. After youre through the tunnel, free vacuuming and free wipe down towels are provided under shaded areas. My favorite part is the compressed air that is also free. It gets even the dirt from the smallest of spaces!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is hard to come by these days…but the people working at this car wash are always smiling, friendly, professional and attentive. You can tell that this isn’t “just a job” to them. They take pride in their work and it shows. The car wash does a wonderful job each time I’ve gone through the wash, the vacuum pressures and air always works great and the place is always stocked with courtesy towels and very clean. The music selection is great, they play a variety to cater to everyone’s liking and they go above and beyond here. The customers are always courteous of others and don’t blast their own music and everyone just gets along well here. I’ve watched how management treats the employees and all I can say is “excellence”. Their prices are reasonable. Yeah sure u may be able to find cheaper but like the old saying goes “you get what you pay for”.If you’re looking to find a car wash that will not just meet but exceed your expectations, this is the place for you!

This car wash is the best car wash and is definitely my go to. I will not go to any other place. I always have the best experience here. The staff is friendly, there is free vacuums, and free car mat cleaner. It leaves your car looking spotless.

I just took my truck here over the weekend and I must say I am very impressed. I always passed by this car wash on my way to Stabucks and this weekend I decided to give it a try. I got the top tier buy 1 get one special at the drive through self service kiosk and pulled up to the entrance. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly employee that gave Mr an air freshener and sanitizing cloth to wipe down surfaces. He sprayed my truck with bug spray and sent me on my way. The wash itself was pretty comprehensive, its one of the longer washes Ive been on but it included a ton of stuff like tire wax. They also have vacuums available as you exit left which I didnt use but they looked really clean. I will be coming back for sure!

Spencer on 83rd and Thunderbird is one of the nicest and caring employees I’ve met at any business. Really feels like he loves his job and helping other people. He’s helped a lot and I see him working 9/10 times when I go wash my car. He goes the lord extra mile. This store knows how to handle customers very well and they honor any word they say.

This super Star Car Wash Express just opened on March 2nd. They are offering free car washes is introductory value. And for $5 you can get any unlimited wash for 2 months. This is a great deal so I took him up on that. The friendliest of the staff its first rate. Everything from the check in to check out is high tech! By the way i have never seen so many vacuums?

The Super Star car wash does an above average wash with a subpar dry at some of the locations. I will also be glad when the license plate readers are available at all locations. I dont enjoy having to wait on an employee to receive a car wash on my monthly pass.

Literally the worst possible place to wash your car unless you love listening to other customer’s loud music. The management couldn’t care less about keeping the peace. Other companies like this have signs all around about keeping music low, but not this place. Thanks for being a detriment to the neighborhood.

I havent used a self serve car wash, always going to full serve. Super Star, of course. Since I moved to Phoenix in 2000. But because of Covid, I didnt want anyone in my car. I kinda washed/vacuumed it in the garage a lot and it stayed nice. Then I moved to a place with no garage and no good hose access. My poor car turned disgusting but I am still not ready for full serve. I went to this location and had no clue about what to do. Luckily I met Tone who came right over to help me. I had a great experience! Everything I needed was supplied as people mention in the other reviews. I am about to go back - my car will thank me. And I thank Tone!

An older bald guy at the entrance of the wash yelled at my mom and I saying we needed to have the car in neutral because it wasn’t letting us go forward in the wash. We double checked and it WAS in neutral, we said we did and he responded rudely with “no you don’t” in which I repeated for the 3rd time yes we did and he said well you must have your emergency brake on (her car does not have an emergency brake nor would we put an emergency brake on in the car wash) and he responded rudely with “oh, wow”. So unprofessional and rude. This was our first experience their and definitely our last.

Best automatic car wash I’ve ever been to. Car came out so nice. Vacuums are top notch, there are a lot of them, and they have clean towels to use to dry your car. Highly recommend this location as they’re getting this car washing thing dialed very nicely.

The guys here are so helpful and friendly. I like that I can go through more than once if needed, and the vacuums are clean and work well. I like the disposable rag for the dirtier jobs like tires and door jambs, and the microfiber towels for spot cleaning seats and the rest of the interior. Nonoverflowing lined trash cans are very tidy and helpful. Air gun blows water off the side mirrors and windshield. Also, theres a mat cleaner that works fairly well (sometimes I use it, sometimes I dont), and a sink to give your hands a quick rub & rinse at the end. Really everything you need for a decent price, and nice guys running it. Five stars!!

Low pressure vacuums make not a good suck job. The blue towels? Yeah...those were bone dry. There werent hardly any clean ones. But the hopper with the dirty towels were full to the top. Cmon SuperStar, dont turn into a CleanFreak. I expected better from yall.

(Young FM) I went there to vacuum my car Thursday, January 21st, 2021 around 5:30pm or so. I didn’t end up going through the car wash because my back window doesn’t go up. One of the workers (Gabriel) was very nice and respectful to me. I was all alone and we would come back and fourth to check to see if I was going okay.
