Service writers are friendly and respond when they say they will. Bought a car there and was not pressured in any way. Will definitely but another Volkswagon again. Plus the lifetime power train warranty was definitely worth the purchase.

Lunde performed warranty recall service on our 2013 Passat this part failed 1 year later and only1400 miles. And they wont cover the replacement. They just lost my business.

Had an appointment to get my 2013 Volkswagen Jetta serviced here. Scheduled it, in-person, with Mr. Rodriguez, the day before it was serviced. Got a new cabin air filter, a pan drop on my transmission, and a coolant flush for my engine. Everything was under $500! All in all, I was very happy with the service, the establishment itself, and most importantly, the level of professionalism of their employees! Would recommend to anyone needing to get their VW serviced!! (:

The three stars go to Codi. This was my first time in for service and I can honestly say I wont be back. Cashier like Neil wants to pass the buck and play go to Neil. Neil who was at his desk doesnt acknowledge I am standing in front of him, then decided he would make a pretend phone call after which I said customers standing in front of you dont take priority? He then passed me off to Codi who was actually on the phone working Pretty disgusted VW of Peoria. Clearly customer service is a thing of the past and taking my money is all they want. They dont inspect brakes, tires or anything for $100 bucks?
