Tried to give them my business and called numerous times with no answer. Left a voicemail and never heard back. Not a good impression so I took my business elsewhere.

Jacks garage set up an appointment with me to run a cpu diagnostics test for my brake system, however did fallow thru ...when i arrived, the gentleman was rude even after he acknowleged the apointment agreement. MAYBE his mechanical services are good, sadly his customer service was poor, and i will never return based upon his time management, and behavior.

Jack is a Mad Scientist with bugs, and I recommend anyone with a vintage VW to use his services.
