Mani/Pedi..always professional..great job...friendly service..I always enjoy my visits..

I had my nails done Thursday morning and by Friday morning the Polish was already chipping and peeling off. The Tech never introduced herself so I dont know what her name was.

I am 61 years Young and this is the first time I ever had a pedicure when did an excellent job she gave me good information that I needed to know about how to care for my feet and of course I had to have a manicure in which she is number one at doing a great job I recommend her to all my family and friends

Lynn and her staff are very knowledgeable and make suggestions above and beyond what you may have come to expect when you go to a nail salon. Not only are they friendly but they treat you like a friend. They provide an excellent manicure and pedicure and they actually care about the condition of your nails, hands and feet. If they see something of concern they will even ask if you have seen a doctor about it, if thats appropriate, just to be sure you are aware of it. My mom and I both go there.

Me and my daughter visited this place during our escape from Irma Hurricane. We really enjoyed time here, it was authentic, different, very professional, warm and clean, feels like home. The lady that worked on my pedicure did really good job, worked with love, and took her time to do best job possible. I had the best pedicure in my life, and also got some medical advice on my toes from the owner!!! And I liked the fact that girl was not into talking, but into work, which I could feel she loved! I was enjoying my peace in a very good massage chair! I would come back again and again, but little too far from Fort Lauderdale. The owner walked us all they way to the door at the end. Very pleasant experience and lasting results!!!

I am SO blessed to have found this nail salon! Lynn is very knowledgeable and took her time repairing the damage done by other salons I previously visited. Shes very detailed in her work and transformed my hands and feet in less than 2 hours. When I got home, I felt the bottom of my feet and they felt so smooth, just like a babys. I could go on and on but if you havent been to Lynn, you need a treat. For me, itll be a permanent treat because I found the perfect place for my nails. Thank you, Lynn!

It is a wonderful place to go, lovely environment. Great people. Jacinda is great she does mine, my sister and my daughters nails. Never had any issues. Very professional. I have been to other salons, and had very bad experience with them being to ruff. But Jacinda is very good at making sure the customer is happy. Will continue to have her do our nails. Cant wait to go back and get a pedicure. I will only go to nails by Lynn and have Jacinda do our nails from now on. Lynn and Anna are very precessional and nice too. So you wont loss no matter what by coming in.

Stephanie did so amazing. Got multiple colored acrylics, wasnt in a hurry it did take a while but it was totally worth it im definitely coming back, she followed every request and it was super cheap

It had been about 8 years since Ive gotten my nails done. I found Nails by Lynn and did a walk in. Jacinda put them on and I have had two fill-ins by Lynn. These ladys are wonderful and always do a great job. With the work in do my nails look crappy by the time I go in and they fix them to perfection. Thank you ladies :)

I was eloping in Florida and needed my nails and a pedicure badly! I googled nails and found Lynn. I was very impressed with the reviews she had and her experience. I went on my wedding day along with my future hubby and he LOVED the massage chairs and the wonderful pedicure! I wanted polka dots on my toes and got them along with wonderful jewels on both big toes! When she did my nails, she added four jewels to my ring finger!I was just so pleased with the service and attention to detail and so was my hubby! I would HIGHLY recommend Lynn and her staff to anyone in the Pensacola area!They just made our day!!

I think this is a real cute place to get nails done but customer service wasnt great until it was time to pay then she was nice once she seen my cash in hand . I wouldnt personally come back but Im a stickler for customer service, But my nails came out nice but I admit but the owner wasnt very welcoming.

I called and asked if somebody was available in 20 minutes. I went there and Stephanie was there to take care of me. I got a beautiful Medi, pedi. I will definitely be returning. I could understand everyone that spoke to me. Which is a big help

Lynn and Anna are wonderful. Clean and employees are pleasant. They use liners in their pedicure trays.

Very disappointing experience after reading such great reviews on Yelp! The customer service level as a new client was extremely rude and unprofessional from Lynn herself, even after waiting a while for service. My time there consisted of rude comments making it seem like my nails were a burden and everything was very rushed. Due to her unfriendliness, unprofessionalism, and poor quality of the nails received I will never go back and do not recommend anyone else to waste time here.

Don’t walk over the threshold. This owner is offers a horrible service (tip and gel) absolutely amateur results, terrible selection of colors and an absolutely nasty attitude. This lady should NOT be in anything related to customer service. Carefully READ the reviews on YELP and CAVEAT EMPTOR before booking at this nail salon.

Nails by lynn has been by far the most applied, generous, caring spa i have been to . Through the dozens of different experiences with previous salons, they are the best . They provided me with a relaxing environment with amazing and beautiful results, I highly recommend their buisness to others . Their cleanliness was impressing. Nails by Lynn and Spa is the finnest providing me with a divine customer service.

OMG... absolutely the worst nail experience I have ever had in my life!the nailist burned and hurt my nails and fingers numerous time while she was removing the old acyclic, the owner finally came in and finished it because she was kept hurting me!after the owner finished removing my old acrylic, she put me back to the original nailist.the original nailist kept SANDING MY FINGERS during process of finishing my new nails.The owner Lynn was very COLD, of course no mention of I am sorry for hurting you.never going back there again.THIS IS FOR OWNERS RESPONSE.Lynn, that is not true at all, when you asked me if I liked my new nails while finishing up, I did not say YES, I said well see about that.because the shape of the nails were unacceptable AND she was kept sanding my fingers and hurting me. I was just praying this session will be over soon and can get out there.I dont know how many times I told her please dont sand my fingers!and I was happy with my old nails, my regular place have no problem removing them without hurting me. I was just looking for a place that is near my work. so I dont know what you are talking about.

I had a mani-pedi done and its one of the best Ive received. The salon itself needs a little updating (the interior is one open room, could use room dividers and more modern decor and lighting), but the quality of my mani-pedi was fantastic. Lynn took the time to really give me a stellar pedi and the polish actually lasted for over 2 weeks (rare for me!). I like the techniques used (such as the cuticle eraser and the massage) and you can tell this is a salon that focuses on quality over quantity. And prices are average. Definitely the best nail salon in the Gulf Breeze/Navarre area from my experience and will return.
