Very happy with Krissy and the way my hair turned out.

I never, I mean NEVER go back and change a review, but on this, I felt it was imperative. Initially, I liked my hair ok, until I went home and washed and styled it myself. Hair was chunky and uneven, didnt use toner on my highlights so those parts of my hair were fried. Brought multiple photos for reference, which she barely glanced at. Will not be going back.

Krissy did my hair and it was fantastic. She worked with me to find the best way to incorporate the colors I wanted with the level of maintenance I could handle. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

I called and asked for an appointment. The woman who answered said everyone makes their own appointments and someone would call me back shortly. Never got a call back. Went somewhere else.

Stylist, Kat, did a wonderful job with cleaning up a covid-19 haircut from mom. And the Aupars new cut and highlight was beautiful. She also gave great advice on how to take care of the girls hair with all the swimming they are doing since visiting Pensacola.

Super happy with this place. If youre looking for an experienced and talented hairstylist then this is the place to go. Great location with free parking behind the building!!!

To start I wasn’t greeted for 10min,Cat didn’t come for 25 minutes.She told me she was running late.My appointment was at 1pm, I wasn’t in her chair until 2:15.She cut my hair dry which was great!She cut it too short, about 3” too short.I told her I still wanted a ponytail which I can’t do because the back is too short. The color didn’t cover my grey.There’s a line where she tried to blend. I could have gotten the same thing at any $15 hair cut place. I even told her that not one stylist in my life has cut my hair the length I request; wavy/curly hair. She is no exception. I guess she confirmed that I need to keep my hair down to my waist and cut it myself like I have my whole life.

My brother his wife and I all are customers at this salon the people who work there are professional and friendly their work is excellent and the prices are reasonable

I went in as a walk-in. They were fairly slow whenever I got there so I was accommodated fairly quickly. The lady that cut my hair was nice enough, and we maintained the conversation. Keep in mind I dont like talking to people, But she was very easy to talk to. Shes very knowledgeable gave me tips and tricks to do at home, and even taught me how to do the hair style that I was asking her to do on me. Didnt cut too much off, and my hair looked completely different at the end. The price was extremely reasonable. I wound up leaving a $10 tip. If youre unsure, or on the fence, I would say give this place a try.

Krissy is one of the BEST Stylists Ive ever been to. Shes the first person to ever do a dry cut on my hair & every time Krissy has cut my hair shes done a fantastic job!

Purchased a Groupon for services with Brittany Scott. Called and spoke with Brittany and made an appointment. Went to appointment and door was locked. Called and left a message. No call back. Called and left two more messages with salon owner for Brittany to call me and never received a call back. Will NEVER recommend this salon to anyone!

Cant say enough good about the salon. KAT really turned my crazy idea for an anime color into something beautiful and didnt charge me an arm and a leg for a color correction. I am a loyal for sure.

They just cancelled my grand-daughters hair appointment. She was getting her hair done for prom, its this Saturday. The girl who was doing her hair is out with an ill child. Its not her fault, these things happen. What upset us was the rude person who answered the phone. She kept insisting that there was nothing she could do about someones child being sick and having to cancel the appointment. I repeated like three times that I completely understood, but we wanted to have someone else who could do her hair, since it was so late to book elsewhere. She insisted that it was possible, but for a different price. But the problem started before, when they called my granddaughter to cancel and she had asked the same about someone else doing her hair. They asked about the length and texture, its too her shoulders. Thats when they told her it was going to be 40 dollars. And they would not honor the Groupon coupon she had already paid for. So, the total cost was going to be 60 dollars. This kid is in all AP classes with a 4.0 GPA, belongs to the National Honors Society, shes a member of the council for Chain Reaction, plus other clubs she belongs to at school and has a part time job. Money doesnt grow on trees, every single dollar counts in their household. She has been waiting for prom all year as well as other young ladies out there, its their special day. Now to be told after having booked her appointment 2 weeks or more in advance, your appointment is cancelled or you have to pay extra. Its just not fair. Plus, we were told that Head Hunters is not responsible or connected to the coupon we purchased on Groupon in any way, only the stylist. Well unfortunately, the name is definitely being advertised along with the ad. We will definitely put the word out about this place.
