If youve never worked out before, this is a great place to start. Coaches will guide you through a foundations class to familiarize you with all the movements required to get you through a workout. Super friendly and welcoming. If you already know the ropes, then Anthems a great place to continue to make gains. Also, coaches will push you at your pace.

I love Anthem. The coaches and members of Anthem CrossFit have definitely become my family over the last two plus years of training with them. They work hard to provide a great workout that is tailored to your ability and most of all safe. My favorite part of the day is getting off work and going to the 5:30 class. If you are looking for a box that will challenge you and cares about its members than this is the perfect place.

I’m only in town for a few months and was looking for a place to train. I came across anthem after trying a few different boxes around the Pensacola area. Anthem welcomed me in and Ininstantly felt like part of the family. Plenty of room if you need to do some extra work on your own after class. Coaches are knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you out.

Ive been a member at Anthem for over 2 years. The coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable, cares about their athletes, and are professional. The equipment is very well maintained and the community (members) are the best part. Everyone is so welcoming and has become like family to me. I would highly recommed Anthem to anyone. The coaches are very knowledgeable and willing to help in anyway that they can. I have injuries from a car accident my family and I were in a few years ago. The coaches have helped and adapted the workouts and helped me reach goals and do things I never thought I would be able to. Has an Average Joe feel for a Cross fit gym, which I like better than the tactical tattoo look of most boxes. Courtney is a great trainer and Owner.

The changes to my health after starting Crossfit at Anthem have been significant and I know it is because of the quality coaching and accountability the community provides. I started Anthem about 4 months ago, it was my first crossfit experience and I wont lie at first I was scared. I pretty much went from couch to crossfit and was worried about being able to do the workouts. Anthem has the best coaches and members! They are all supportive, paitient, friendly and really push you. I have done things and seen changes in the last few months that I never thought were possible. Joining Anthem was the best decision I made in 2016!

Never done crossfit before but they were quickly accepting and showed me everything I need to know. Very accomodating.

My family and I love Anthem CrossFit! Been a member at Anthem CrossFit since 2015 as a crossfit rookie. Love this place. It has always been welcoming, coaches and members alike are motivating and encouraging every single day! One can walk in to the box and feel like they are home. There was a time I was injured and the coaches made every workout during my rehab time doable until I was 100% again. At Anthem we make an effort to find time outside the box to hang out as well. Try Anthem, youll love it. Also 3:30 rulez!! Woot woot!
