SCAM!! I ordered a KIRBY with LaMot Industries in May of this year and my husband and I decided that it wasnt worth the 3,000 that we would have to pay. We called and canceled within the 3 business days like the cancelation required and they still have not cancelled the contract. Any time we call the company the woman who answers the phone (I will not say her name but she is the one who answers every time) hangs up on me or gives me the I will let Mr. Lamot know but NEVER returns my calls. They will lie to you and they have no interest to do anything right. No morals what so ever! Order your KIRBY with someone else. It will be 10 times cheaper that way.
