Our daughter is stationed at NAS and had a flat, and other tire problems that didnt allow her to changer her tire. Friendly dispatch, unbelievable driver. Because it was evening time, most tire places were closed. He didnt just leave her at a place that was closed. He did some calling around, found a shop that had a tire for her jeep. Thats being a good human being, people. Thank you so much for helping take care of her when we couldnt. Will always recommend this business!

Awesome! The receptionist was very professional and informative. I had a vehicle there that needed to be towed to my apartment complex but i was out of town. She was able to work with me on timing so that i could be there and the tow truck operator could put the vehicle in the parking spot of my choice. I also needed a new key made and she was able to give me a reputable company with decent prices right off the top of her head! Not to mention the tow truck operator put the car in its place with perfection and was very kind!

This is my first time using Tatums Towing Service, but I am glad I did. Mrs. Pat was so sweet over the phone even with me sobing. Thank you for being so kind and polite. To the gentleman that towed my car thank you for the suggestion of towing my car to the automotive repair shop and for your kind service from beginning to end. If I am ever in need of a tow truck company I will call this company again.

Im not one to review a towing company, but they are by far the best experience Ive had. Great and friendly service! If a time comes where I need this particular again, Tatums will be my first choice.

If youre broken down late at night anywhere other than the center of town, forget about these guys. They may have a truck on the road, but wont send it out of area because they have to keep it available in case the police request them. In other words, theyre only showing up if you get into a wreck and the police call. I guess the contract with law enforcement pays better than insurance companies roadside assistance or even cash offered by the public.

Broke down in my truck loaded with pea gravel. Called Tatums and got a price and they were there before the ETA I had gotten on the phone. Donald was the driver, very nice and polite, he dropped the truck exactly where i ask. Great Job, would highly recommend and will use again if Iever need a tow.

I just want to say I have had a hell of 2 weeks flat tire now new issues. I called crying having a break down, didnt know really where I was. dispatcher such a sweet patient lady came on the phone and calmed me down. phone almost dead and just in a panic. But the gentleman that they sent was an angel and came to my rescue yall are fantastic, thank you so much for the speedy pickup and tow I definitely will recommend yall to anyone and everyone. Called Tatums when we were broke down right in the middle of Pensacola....very close to their Mobile Hwy location. They informed us theyd have Their next available truck out. After an hour and seeing two of their trucks drive by, we call them. The phone operator was very combative and said theyve been busy. I sure wish they would have told me they were backed up when I originally called.
