Excellent experience. The young lady that answered the phone was awesome and so very helpful. My vehicle had a blowout on a back county road in Elberta . It was too late to get it fixed so I had it towed to my house in Perdido. The driver, Trey was amazing. He had already picked up a truck on his flatbed, and was able to tow an Expedition behind the wrecker. And, I couldnt believe they did that for only $125. Great company, great people, great experience.

I had the best experience with Fletchers Towing. The driver was so kind and so understanding and tried everything he could to help me if I had Fletchers near me in Milton I would use them over every other service unfortunately I think theyre only in Pensacola but if I ever break down in Pensacola again I know who Im going to call right away

The gentleman that came to pick up my truck was very Professional and courteous and well experienced. I was a tow truck driver myself I would recommend this company to anybody and their prices were better than anyone I called.

Needed a wench out of a pretty deep hole ..well the lady who answers was nice but the guy she said would be there in thirty mins took over two hours to show up and its pouring rain..when he got there the guy hooked up to our truck and yanked it by our rear end and we heard a loud crack..once he snatched us sideways instead of backwards like he should have we got to pavement and our rear end and drive shaft got broken from being snatched inappropriately..we paid 85.00 to them to tear our vehicle up now were still replacing parts that were in perfect shape..dont sign the sheet saying they arent responsible for damages to ur car before they even start the job cause they just want to collect ur money n be done ..they care less what problem they cause to ur vehicle

They were very reasonable in price but they told me they would pick up my truck in 2-1/2 hours and that was early afternoon they wound up picking it up at 10 pm.And left a few items behind.

Calling a tow truck is rarely a good experience but our driver Jeff made it painless and he was super nice and helpful. All this dispite him having to rescue us during the Superbowl. Sorry about that Jeff. The truck got to us in about 15 minutes which was amazing. The prices were very fair. I never felt less than confident in the safety of the broken vehicle. Hope I dont have to use them again but I certainly would.

Fletchers was very prompt and on point. The gentleman that showed up got my car started instead of having to tow it. Saved tons of money. He then stayed with me to make sure I was safe until I could drive away. I will always call Fletchers from now on!

I blew out my axle on the I10 at almost 3 am and was about to be stranded till I got ahold of fletchers....the woman on the phone kept me company while I waited for the tow and they even drove me almost 50 miles home and the poor tow guy I could tell was exhausted! Late on a Saturday afternoon, we needed a tow truck to get our sons car out of a bog on our property. We called Fletchers. Amy was so helpful and friendly and got a tow truck to us within 45 minutes. Jason was so professional and knew exactly how to get things done without damaging our sons car. Amy even called later to make sure everything went smoothly! The cost was very reasonable. I recently had a vehicle that was damaged by Hurricane Sally. The dispatcher who received my call was very through and friendly. I had to have my vehicle towed from Perdido Key to the Mercedes dealership in Pensacola. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their service.

I would NEVER trust this company. They drive like absolute lunatics around town. I just watched one truck speed down the median to avoid a traffic jam on 29. Unprofessional and illegal. Definitely not the first time I’ve seen these trucks pull stunts like this.

Amy and John went aboveeee customer service. My battery died in a bad area and there had been a situation going on down the street.. Amy and John both treated the situation as if I was their own child and personally I would like to let both of them know.. I lost my mom back in December so having two people worrying about me as if I was their own, when they’re just there to tow my vehicle, meant more than they could know to me. Amy stayed on the phone with me for an extended amount of time, and John was quick to get there cause of the area I was in. I highly appreciate all of the work that was put in on both ends and at 11 at night. Thank you two so much for all of your work. You both went beyond customer service and it meant more than just a tow by the end of of the night, thank you two so much for all of your help and support.

The tow guy was nice but I would be nice too charging $85 from vannoys on 9 mile to palafox and Beverly pkwy (straight shot) I was also charged using previously stored card info which was a hug red flag. Hence me not knowing I was going to be charged $85. They are extremely overpriced I would not recommend

Fletchers came and towed my sons truck at 1a.m. on Christmas night. He hooked it up very fast was very nice. The truck was dropped off at my house in the perfect spot. Im very happy with the company and the driver they sent I have called them before and will call them again

I didnt catch my driver or his partners name but they did an amazing job getting a car towed for me. I needed it basically in a very specific spot and they got it right there. The cost was a fair bit higher than quoted, but they did such a good job I didnt complain, even tipped them a bit more. Highly recommend.

Fantastic! They really came to my rescue after a horrible morning with a scamming tow company that turned out to be some company in California. I called geico which dispatched Fletchers! I explained my morning and asked how long I would be waiting because I had been out at my car for 3 hours already (not their fault at all) and they told me 15 mins. They were out 10 mins later! What a blessing this company was to me! Fletchers will be my go to from now on!

This is the first time I have ever used Fletchers Towing, and it was an extremely impressive experience. They came 30 minutes earlier than expected, and Charlie was awesome. He explained what he was doing, he was courteous, he even played with our dogs a little bit. Securing the car to the truck was a fast process, and I can tell he was used to it. He applied safety guidelines. He answered my questions about how it worked. He let me sit in the truck with air conditioning while he worked. And he made jokes! He gave the key to Pep Boys once he put the car down. If I had an option to use any towing service whenever my car went down, I would use Fletchers!

Well no one likes to have to call a tow truck, a bit of unfortunate luck caused me to need this service several times - the drivers got to me quickly with no problems .. went the extra mile to retrieve my vehicle on another occasion and on all occasions my vehicle was delivered to the destination needed. No over charging .. no problems and I definitely recommend!

Broke down 300 miles from home.. called and they were prompt and courteous (even at 1am) and they got to me quickly especially since I was on the interstate.. in fact the insurance co have them an address (I was on the interstate) and the customer service lady called me and got them right to me.. even called me back to let me know they had located me and was turning around at the overpass to get to me.. great customer service all the way around

After my car quit running last night on I-110, I looked up a wrecker service with good reviews and luckily found Fletcher Towing. The dispatcher took my location and said it would be about 55 minutes, the driver was there in about 20 minutes. He was fast, personable and delivered the car and me to my driveway. I used a credit card and the whole transaction was quick & clean.

The tow truck did not have air conditioner, a radio, and when you hit the brakes the steering real nearly snatched out of your hands...Not to mention I was told by Woody that if I did not keep a pay book I was not getting paid for the 2 days I workedThis is highly unprofessional, unethical, and further more ridiculous
