They towed my truck off for the cops.i was driving it without no tag and registration nothing.but I wasnt go n to put the wrong tag on it.i rode without tag its better no felony when u got no tag .anyway.H and M towed it to there shop.but I did have license.i just got them back almost 7 years without them.i was so glad not to go to jail I always do lol.i didnt.the people there at the tow yard was nice and helpful people.i got it out it wasnt cheap.never is n that situation.but my windows didnt roll up.i been working on the truck.H and M put blue sticky plastic on my two windows on my 02 GMC Z71 it came off easy but it worked no rain n my truck.i thought that was nice of them.i would use this tow n company again.hopefully by choice this time lol.good people there I recommend H and M .for ysll

Man these guy are the best hands down

A gentleman with this company came out to tow our broken down truck during a bad storm and allowed my husband and I to take our baby home without having to wait with the vehicle. The first few companies called would not do this.This man worked very hard and had a great attitude! He backed his truck up down our small dead end road, and placed our truck in the perfect small space as if we parked it ourselves. Again, this was all during a torrential downpour. It was very impressive. Great guy! We were so thankful. Now THAT is a hardworker!!

After arriving to pick up a Uhaul (after hours) the Uhaul app would not work on my phone which left me super overwhelmed being as I was on a time crunch. That is when the office manager Beth happened to be walking out who was already off for the evening and she proceeded to not only try and help me on my app but then went back inside to login on her computer when we could not get it. The owner showed up as well while I was there and everyone was so friendly. Not only did they make my experience very easy but we had a few good laughs as well while I was waiting. This truly meant alot to me as I am a single mom who is a veteran which means zero family as I am not from here, and they went above and beyond to help me. They are very personable and I would recommend this company to anyone for Uhaul or towing being as their customer service from the top down is phenomenal. My car was stolen and wrecked. These guys were great! One of them was actually friends with one of my Facebook friends and saw my post about my missing car. He messaged me whenever they picked it up to let me know that it was safe. When I got to the shop they were very nice and the guy even helped get my tag off of my car. Five stars would recommend!

The driver (tucker I believe) was excellent as well it was in a tough spot 2 inches from a fence in a gravel and wet spot and he was able to connect to and move it with no issues at all and no complaints and placed it exactly where I needed it at the drop off location very courteous! I cannot say enough good things about H&M and Max, the driver. My car broke down on a busy part of the interstate during Friday rush hour traffic, and Max was there in record time. He was so concerned with my safety; Id had my mom come meet me, and he told us to go ahead and go since it wasnt safe in the area we were in (due to traffic and it being dark) and he would get the car hooked up and meet us at our destination. He gave me a very affordable rate, and was extremely professional and polite. He even offered to ask around to mechanics he knows to see if any of them work on hybrids. Being a single woman, I appreciate the feeling that someone has my back. I will definitely use him if I have any future towing needs and will recommend him to everyone I know.

The Best of the Best! I cant recommend H & M enough! I broke down on the side of I10 in Pensacola today. AAA sent me a tow truck and I was lucky enough to be rescued by Tucker. He was so kind, so polite and professional! He had my truck loaded up and ready to go in a matter of minutes. And he wasnt even bothered about getting soaked in the rain! It was a 2-hour drive home and Tucker was friendly and chatted the whole way. He made what was a stressful and frustrating situation less so by just being a great guy! He is definitely an asset to this company and I will always recommend H & M!

My boyfriends car broke down as he got to work. This was the only towing company friendly and professional and able to assist him. This company was referred by another due to the fact that they didnt have a smaller truck to get a vehicle out of a parking garage. But Thank God for H&M for being there for him. Tonight was the second time I was fortunate enough to have Max from H&M come to my rescue and tow my van that was broken down. The first experience was a few years ago when my daughters vehicle needed a tow. Both experiences he was prompt, professional, polite, and pleasant. The other guys whose names you might recognize couldnt have cared less that a female was stranded in the middle of the night, because they had to keep a truck available in case they got a call from FHP. So, apparently they can only help if you actually wreck your vehicle. Save your time and frustration and just call these folks first. I would give them 10 stars if I could. It was cold out there tonight, and you saved me. Thank you so much!
