Booked Pedicure. There were 3 of us...didnt have to wait very long...girls were lovely.. very comfortable massage chairs.. loved it .the only thing missing was a glass of bubbly and the beach.

I was a walk-in for a pedicure on a Friday. As soon as I walked in, I was able to sit in a chair immediately. Good, right?.. Absolutely not. It was a rush from start to finish. I even asked the lady was she in a race. She didn’t answer but I’m assuming she didn’t understand what I was asking her. My toenails were not covered completely with polish. In my opinion, this place is only concerned with quantity of work being done instead of quality. If you are looking for quality, make an appointment with P&L Nails & Spa across the street.

Love how the girls done my nails. They done a beautiful professional job. They were fast, attentive and perfectionists. Thank you for a happy result.

My pedicure was okay. My dip on the other hand was horrible. My thumb was crooked and all the nails were different shapes/sizes. I had to come back to ask for a second clear coat because there were unpainted matte patches. The best part is that another nail tech, who wasn’t even the manager, came over to my tech while I was telling him what I needed fixed. When I told my tech my thumb was crooked the other tech said “and what”. I’m sorry but that is not how you speak to customers.

Amazing I enjoy going out and seeing the girls on a fortnightly basis they are alway bright and bubbly and do the most amazing job I get both a manicure and pedicure they even do waxing so have a great variety for your convenience they are the best I have been to many shops and home services but will continue to be a loyal customer thank you!!

At first I was nervous when I walked in but the quality of work easily was 5 stars. I was recommend by a co worker and went with my mom. They did a wonderful job on my nails. And relatively quick. Will def come back.

For efficiency and proficiency they are great. No particular fluff and chit chat tho (which personally works great for me, but might not for others...)

Nails turned out good on a walk-in. Wish theyd sanitized each station between guests. I will update my review with any issues. So far so good, otherwise.

His attention to detail was perfect. Im EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Will definitely come back here the next time in Florida.5/5 stars for sure!

My experience was really horrible. It was my first time here they took me 45min later than my appointment time. The finishing of the manicure is terrible, I can see the layers in the color and the edges are poorly done and in my gelly pedicure, she had to try many times to place the color on the nail, maybe because of the lamp,...and in the last time she made me blood in my toe...So, it was the first and last time for this nail salon...

I was referred by a friend. I’d been looking for a new salon for the longest. I was told to go with Tammy but she was booked for the day so I was lucky enough to get Helen and let me tell you, she is AMAZING!!

After searching for a nail salon for over a year since I moved to Pembroke Pines. Oh and I enjoyed the wine while being pampered. They spoke a GOOD English. They also repaired the nail quickly and look them so nice. Will definitely be back next week for a refill on my full set. Best nail salon in the heights hands down.

I love coming here Pro Nails Plus! This place hands down blows my mind on how great and detail oriented they are. Ive recently gotten into nail art and this place has truly qualified nail artists who are not only good at recreating nail art, but are also amazing at creating their own designs

This is where I get my pedicures every couple of weeks. Intimate shop, very serene and relaxing. No loud music,no tvs blaring. Low lights, excellent pedicure--their specialty. Massage services are also available in the same shop

I have been to Pro Nails Plus for about 1 year now and I refuse to go anywhere else. I can bring up a picture of what I want and they do it even better! When Im not sure what I want their creativity to be lost and Im never disappointed. Their work is beautiful, its a fun environment, and theres always a great conversation there.

I loved this place until today. The tech asked me if i wanted gel or acrylic. I told her gel. She still gave me what she wanted *acrylic & regular polish*. And still charged me 35 dollars as if she was charging me gel. I didnt even argue. Just to be sure I asked is this gel? the man who charged me at the counter said yes... I paid it but they just lost a customer. sneaky rip offs!

Have been going here with my daughter for over a year. Service consistently going downhill. Recent experience prompted me to ask the tech if she was trying to set the record for fastest pedicure. In and out in 20 minutes? Youve got to be kidding me? Wheres any sense of pampering?$22 for this... not worth it. We will not be returning.

I been going here since high school and I love this place. The place have had many owners but the current owns are very good and the people are very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone.

When doing a pedicure, all she did was remove my nail polish, massage and paint my toe nails. I asked her to push back my cuticles and she said she did- which she never did. I could have done much better than what she did. Never plan to go there AGAIN.
