I love coming here all the time, their staff is amazing and they will actually take their time to do your nails. They’re very dedicated to their job. I’ve came here a couple of times before they close and they’ll still take care of my nails.So if you were thinking about this place but you’re not sure, I’ll recommend them a 100%

This place is awesome. Relaxing environment, kind staff & great work. JAY is the best! I am loving my new nail set from him. He literally took less then 1 hour to do a full set of nails & believe me, they are perfect!!!! I am now a permanent client of his because I can’t find this work anywhere else. Amazing nail techs here. They have supplies for the latest trends and actually know how to shape nails and give you exactly what you ask for. I love Jay and Andy but they’re all amazing!!

I’ve been going here for years and the service has just gone downhill. On my last visit the nail tech seemed inexperienced and we struggled communicating. Later that night one of the nails broke. I went in to repair it and after waiting an hour to fix ONE NAIL I was charged for the repair. Also each time I go there there’s a different price, they seem to be making up prices as they go.

Today was my first time going to Lovely Nails, and I can’t express how terrible the service was. Not only did I paid for a service that was done badly and decided to asked NICELY to please fix it- the nail tech had the audacity to tell me “topcoat” would basically fix the 10 layers of nail polish he had applied on my toes!!Another nail tech ended up doing my hands and she was so rough and decided to was removing nail polish out of my fingers with a NAIL FILLER!! Not caring one bit if it was hurting me.I can’t express how terrible this service and how they made me feel as a customer.I dont recommend NOT ONE PERSON TO GO!

BEWARE potential customers! Not enough attention to detail. Communication and willingness to work with the customer or fix issues is a HUGE problem! Themanager ran and hid when confronted about bad service leaving his employees to deal with the problem. AVOID if you are looking for good, thorough services.

It was my first time and I booked an appointment with someone named Ken. I got there 8 mins late but their policy says if you’re 10 mins late you’ll be treated as a walk in. I waited an hour before anyone started on me and it wasn’t even the person I requested. The lady who was attempting to do my nails obviously didn’t know how to do the design I wanted so another man came to do it but he still didn’t do it right either. On top of the terrible service I paid $66 for this (nails and toes) and I personally think it was worth $30. I will never come here again.

It was a terrible idea to come to this place! The service was horrendous they were unprofessional and not very talented nor creative with their work. I went in for pedicure and and acrylic full set and after the way my feet turned out I opted not to get a full set. Ive read the reviews and they had great views but somethings up either these people were bribed or are friends and just flat out lying. I will not be back what a waste of time

Fast service. Not sure equipment for Mani Pedi disinfected between customer. The cuticle clipper was.not removed from a sealed bag or from disinfectant in front of me. Nail polish brand quality not good. Looks like crayon on the fingers

Made an appointment for 12pm, it’s now 1pm & I still have not been seen. I stressed to my nail tech, #7 how important it is for me to come in & out, hence me making the appointment. He did not speak to me letting me know he’ll be with me, as well as no one else checking back with me for that whole hour after my initial entry Wont be returning. Unprofessional & disorganized for people who have things to do, if you have time to wait an HOUR then this is a lovely spot as the name suggests :)

I went here to get my nails done on a friday and i waited 45 minutes after my 1pm appointment and didn’t even get serviced by the person i requested for my appointment. This was my first time here. I only had the acrylics on for a WEEK and they absolutely destroyed my natural nails. They used MMA monomer which if you don’t know is extremely cheap and bad for you i’ve gotten acrylics on for YEARS and had them on for months at a time and it never destroyed my nails or made them extremely weak to the point they couldn’t recover after two weeks it’s been 4 months since my visit and my nails are ruined.

The waiting chairs are flthy and floor and equipment are nasty too.I think not everyone is Licensed.I ended up leaving very upset, because the service was terrible.

If you want to pay a fair price yo get your nails/eyebrows done, go ahead but it wont even last you a week. This might be long, I have alot to say. I have been going to this salon ever since I could remember and I dont know if its because they have been getting lot of clients but their service has become terrible! I am furious! This salon no longer care about satisfying their clients, all they care about is money. I have had 3 terrible experiences getting my nails done by them BACK TO BACK. I have officially decided not to go there for nail service anymore because my money is being wasted. I cant be paying to get my nails done with gel for them to last 3 days. They always overcharge me and I still give tips, I dont understand. Now last Sunday I went there to get my eyebrows done, the lady they had do my eyebrows was completely clueless and was playing around with my already non existent eyebrows until someone else came to fix them. Long story short, I was influenced by lady who did my brows to get my lashes done, so I did because she guaranteed it would last 2 weeks. It looked nice for a min but I felt uncomfortable. Why? Well because whatever glue she used was already poking my eye. By the next day, one of the tiny pieces of lashes was crooked and was ready to come off. I had work on Tuesday so I went back on Wednesday to have them fixed again. I had to wait almost an hour before the lady came to fix my lashes. Then guess what that same night the same tiny extension came off. So there I am today/ the next day writing a review cause the got me f*ked up. I cant be going back and forth to a salon to get something that I clearly paid for to be fixed multiple times.. ON MY TIME! will not be going back there again.

Customer service was subpar and this is literally 48 hours after getting the manicure. I didnt pick at them not did I do anything crazy with my hands to make this happen. Definately not worth it. Also I noticed she used a base coat as the top coat....

This was my second time going here and definitely the last!I went in requesting a full set with different shades of nudes on each finger nail. (Simple right?)I go to sit down to get my nails and the guy tells me that because I was doing different colors on each nail that that would be $5 more dollars....like if I was getting designs or something...I said ok whatever that’s fine. So then he asks me the shape I tell him and then he tells me it’s going to be $65 for this when I only wanted them so simple!!!I ended up walking out becAuse I had a feeling my nails would’ve ended up looking trashy!!!!

I usually go there but the last two times havent been good. My pedicure was rushed and my toenails were painted badly with old dried polish that chipped days later. And the last time I went in for a fill Jay who always did a good job before, did a horrible job with my design and left paint all over my hands. I had to go somewhere else and have it re painted. I was very disappointed.

Terrible first impression had an appointment with Jay and still waited 30mins. I didnt even see him and I walked out due to the fact I had a appointment and none of the staff seemed to care.As I was patiently waiting you would think someone would tell me the status. Or hell be right with you.Something right? Nope and they didnt even seem to care about me walking out after waiting 30mins for my appointment. I even came early and still had to wait. Waiting 30mins after making a appointment is UNACCEPTABLE.This shop is also depressing to walk into, nothing lovely at all. I was excited to try but this place has poor customer service and is poorly ran.

Depending on who you to- they will give you good service. Kim is always my go too. She takes her time and is never in a rush to get you out. The others are fairly quick and can do a messy job. I don’t like the fact they all speak in Chinese or Vietnamese but.

I always ask for a young lady named Kim to do my gel manicure and pedicure biweekly. I can only speak as her customer. Shes professional and does a nice job. Gel polish looks great and usually lasts 2 weeks. If I ever chip them with manual labor in one day or two, she gladly touches them up. Ask for Kim and youll be fine. :)

Stopped in on a Monday because my shop was closed.Worst nails I’ve ever had-for $50!! Thick and they lifted after 4 days. I had to have my regular nail shop fix them.

We had a nice time this evening. Nails are lookin good! She did try to up-sell a little more than I would have liked but otherwise, all was good and I would go back again!

This was my first time there and when I got there the receptionist that greeted me wasn’t nice, when I was getting my nails done by this guy he was rushing and he didn’t even have the color that I wanted, he had to mix’s up different colors to try to get the color that I wanted and now my fingers are hurting, also he when he messed up on one of my nails he started to scratch it off with his nails and that’s nasty, also my nails on the sides are crooked and I’m not satisfied with the service and the place wasn’t that clean and it was messy they had things everywhere also i was also told one price i would be paying in the beginning and then I was getting charged more !

TERRIBLE, I paid $20 left with my toe nails uneven, a cut on my toe and no nail polish because they couldn’t do my nails without painting half of my toes. Unsanitary, tools are not properly clean and staff is rude.

Worst nail service I ever had. The people are rude and nasty. The entire salon was disgusting. My nails look like crap. My moms nails look like crap. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.

Horrible. My acrylics did not look good at all. They were uneven and the lady kept trying to file my nails square when I wanted them round. This is my second time here, both times were bad!

The service here is mediocre. There arent many nail techs, so depending on when you arrive youll have a long wait. The seats are nasty and the place needs to be remodeled.
