Alex was great! Super gentle with my nails and I have been to so many who were much more careless. He also was very professional and didn’t complain or roll his eyes when I told him I wanted a different color on each nail. I highly recommend this establishment and will be going there from now on.

Today was my first time at this business. The place is very nice, very clean, in fact they clean every station after every use. I had the deluxe pedicure and regular manicure, they were both really nice. I will recommend this business.

I discovered this salon about 19 years ago and have been going there since. Linda has been doing my nails all this time except for twice when she was on vacation. I love that she is meticulous and a perfectionist and have been happy with her service.I moved away from Broward County in March of thisyear but visit often for doctors’ appointments but each time I’m in town I schedule an appointment with Linda. Have not been able to find her equal elsewhere.

I always go to Julie for my nails! My friend recommended her and I’ve been going ever since! This place is just down the street from my job, however I’ve driven 30 mins from home just to have my nails done by her! She’s very sweet, and she really cares if you like your nails. She takes pride in her work and it shows!!

When I came to this place I was looking for the Other Elite Nails in Pembroke Pines . There was nobody in so I said why not . They had an older man do my pedicure . It was horrible . He actually cut up my cuticles . I was forgiving at first but then when I sat to get my nails done by another guy he was horrible as well. My cuticles were bleeding and sore for a few days . They were not gentle at all. I will never go here again or recommend them to anyone. It’s not sanitary to cut up someone’s nail bed with those machines they use for everyone

Shout out to Julia and Thu! They were amazing. Julia is the G.O.A.T of lashes..lol. Ask for her when you make your appointments. It was my first time there and I had a good experience. Clean, organized, quiet and an overall good ambience.

Awful. 48 dollars and they are a mess all different sizes and shapes for all nails. Ben is who did them. I expressed my disappointment abd and they did nothing just took my money!!

I have been going to Elite Nails for over 15 years. My nail tech is Ann. She has so much experience, reliable, patient and truly cares about her clients. I have recommended her and Elite Nails for their warm atmosphere and friendly customer service to many people over the years and will continue to do so.

Usual nail tech was unavailable, was assigned Le, he is unfriendly, rough and clearly does not like his job. He cut me twice, cut my toenail at an angle, the nail polish clearly needed to be changed, lots of cotton fibers, he became angry and walked away; understand his frustration - I was frustrated and didnt say anything until the 4th time he had to remove the nail polish from my nail. When a customer hasnt complained and YOU become frustrated explain to the customer what your intention is - no - he just walked away and another person came to finish polishing my toes - unprofessional in every aspect - the kicker he complained to the other techs in chinese (note - if you must have a conversation to complain or comment - do it out of earshot of the customer - or wait until they leave, it makes one uncomfortable in ANY language) walked away from a paying customer and did not return. Unimpressed with the back up techs they utilize, pricey and unfriendly

Okay, so I’ve been going here for almost a year on and off, it is always the worst pedicure I’ve ever had, it is so dark in there the paint on your toes never looks good. Also the only person who is good at nails is Julie but half the time if you have a appointment she is running 30+ minutes behind. It is over priced for the quality of work.2 stars for julie

I asked for a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was awful. Polish went over my toe mail cuz the lighting is dim. My hands are not filed right because I asked for coffin shaped nails but got different shapes. My designs were not what I wanted because my nail tech didnt want to waste anymore time on my hands. So I ended up paying $128 for everything which I shouldnt. I should of just walked out. Waste of money and time

I have been getting my nails done there for years. I always make an appointment with Ann. She always does a fabulous job. If I have something come up where I need to change my appointment, she will work with me to arrange a new time. She is so friendly and I truly enjoy my time with her. When I bring friends or family from out of town, they see Linda, who is also very good. I highly recommend!

Got almond shaped and Blue Martini dipped by Lisa and my nails look amazing!! Got a little nicked on my cuticle edges but it was totally worth it.Reasonable prices and great nail techs, def recommend. Place is gorgeous and clean.

Julie...has been doing my nails for over 4 years, I am extremely happy with the service here and I recommend their business. My nails are beautiful and always are complimented. Customer service is on Elite level.

The place looks nice and the service is good as well. I get the dip done and its been pretty great so far. Reasonable pricing, not cheap but not crazy expensive. They dont take American Express cards and its cash only for tips.

This spa is in my neighborhood and this is where I usually go. However One of the usual girls that did my pedicure was is such a rush to get to the next person even though there was no line. She did not clean under my nails, she did not use the cuticle scissors, she did not give me a foot massage. I will seriously consider Making sure I never get that nail tech again.

I have been coming here religiously every 2-3 weeks for a gel mani and occasional pedicure with my favorite nail tech. That stops today, all thanks to the incredibly competent front desk staff :). Not once, but twice, I have called ahead to make an appointment and the geniuses don’t put it into the system. So when I arrive to check in, of course my tech isn’t available and that leads a very pregnant, very upset loyal customer to walk right out the door. No, I don’t want to reschedule, no, I don’t want to see anyone else... this is why I called to make an appointment in the first place. Even a simple apology would have gone a long way, but I didn’t even get that. I will never step foot in this place again.

Nail tech didn’t show up. Front desk people didn’t do anything about it u til I asked for anyone to do my nails. No apology. Nothing.

Went here looking for a new nail salon and new nail tech. Immediately I had the best experience. Linda has been doing my nails for a while now and they last up to 2 and a half weeks. I get acrylics with gel polish done. I love how she paints the nails all the way to the back leaving no space and she cuts my cuticles the best, you dont see them start to grow out until the second week. I hope you give this a try and I really recommend Linda.

Great experience. Even it was Valentines weekend and they were busy I got my appointment for the time I asked. Cindy was my nail specialist and she did a great job. She help me to find my color and did a pretty heart design for my valentines event. I will definitely go back and asked for Cindy again.

Great location. Hours are good. The wait was pretty long but that must be because It is a good place. Staff was friendly. Service was done great and the prices are fair. I will return for a second time to this place.

I have been going to Elite for about 8 years. I have had quite a few people in those 8 years. About a month ago I had Maria which kept on saying that she wasnt as detailed and slow as my regular person Linda and she definitely wasnt. My first bad experience was with Maria. The nails looked bad and the polish started falling off in 3 days. But I wont even write a bad review as in 8 years one bad experience doesnt count. I just wont go back to maria.*The people I totally recommend are Linda and Lam. Linda who gives the best pedicure in the world. She sometimes runs late with the person before you but she is worth the wait if you can wait.*****The second person was Lam. Who truly is not only great at gel nails but has a great personality! If Im going to spend an hour or more with someone working in my body what better than someone good but also someone with a great personality! Smiled every now and then when he worked on my pedicure and then engaged in great conversation while doing my manicure. There is nothing worse than having someone work on you who cant even smile and looks like they are pissed off at life. Not this guy. Lam was Awesome! 👍🏼

Ive been going to this salon for over a yr now. Slightly over price but I thought it was worth it. Today they lost my business... I didn’t like my color and although I understand I picked the color the customer service wasn’t there. They wanted to charge me all over again to change the color. I had paid $80 and I was willing to pay just a bit because I understood that I picked the color. I found it unresonable to charge all over when I did my nails today. The receptionist said the owner didnt care I didn’t like the color so sorry but full price.. I said ok I will pay full price to someone that appreciates me as a customer because I wasn’t happy.. bye bye Elite

My experience has been very good. I make an appointment and it makes the experience so much better. I have a favorite nail tech, she does an awesome job on my nails, which last me up to 3 weeks. Im very pleased with Elite Nails.

Sorry not going back! Did gel manicure and I got 2 cuts! I hope no infection follows...I was gonna do pedicure as well but not he is not very careful in cleaning so forget about it. I still tipped him for the work even though he did not do my nails good its not painted evenly. definitely my first and last!!

This is by far the best nail salon I have been to and there have been many. I have the Shellac done and after trying other places, Ben and Natalie are the best there is. The salon is clean, organized and well managed. Dont bother looking around for anything better because you wont find it.

Pretty disappointing and you just lost a long time customer today. After telling me a 5 minute wait - 30 minutes later and still waiting and telling me 5 minutes just to appease me. Should have been honest upfront and I would have came back. Now I will go elsewhere.

I went to this salon to do gel mani and a pedicure. They wanted to charge me $5 to take off the gel I had on my feet since I was doing regular pedicure. So fine I accepted that, but when I didn’t want to do dip again and instead wanted to do gel manicure because I wanted a certain color they also wanted to charge me an additional $5 to take off the dip of my hands. All about upcharge at this place as he wanted to of course do dip (more expensive).What is the difference it all comes off the same and it’s not like I was doing a regular mani. I was doing Gel Manicure.I have been to other salons where I switch from gel to dip and they don’t charge me. Ridiculous!!

Just had a mani/pedi done with Le. Not the best experience. He left nail polish on my nails. I asked him to remove it before polishing and that seemed to bother him. There wasn’t much attention to the details of my polishing and the overall service felt rushed.I will try some place else next time.

Worst experience ever ! I did dip polish this week, the tech used wrong “top coat” my nails never dried . They bubbles over and are uneven and zero shine . Also to top of off 3 nails have already cracked . I called Tuesday unhappy and their was hardly any help. Now they have offered to “fix nails” I live 45 min away and it’s impossible to fix any time soon. I paid $48 for my nails only no manicure either just dip powder. They refuse to give refund . Stay away !!!!

My usual operator service was great but the noise level in the shop was not the regular relaxing atmosphere. Other operators were just too busy talking to each other across the room.

They were very kind. Allison handled my manicure and pedicure neat and gentle. Will come back again.

10 year they didn’t care to lose a loyal client bad customer service, refused to take me until my technician returned from vacation. Only because the tech that, I was using had the receptionist Call n demand I’m not late or he wouldn’t take me. My wake up call. I then get a call telling nobody is available no longer until he returned. Very saddened because I’ve referred friends, my daughters are sad too bc they like them. They are good to them. I asked the receptionist why she just stayed quite said sorry you gotta wait until Tuesday. Nobody wants to do it. Very unprofessional and heartless. The worst customer service ever!!!!!!!! This was my very first time going to this salon. I had my nails done on Monday (just a fill of acrylic over my natural nails.) I was satisfied when I left. I woke the next morning to find that the polish on my pointer finger had chipped. No biggie, I called told them what happened and the first thing out of the rude girl’s mouth was “you have to pay for it, we can’t do it for free.” I was a bit taken aback, it’s not what I expected to hear. She went on to further explain that since the top of my nail chipped, it wasnt their fault because they only work on the bottom part of the nail. Because I am a fair minded person, I said no problem, I just want my nail fixed. She said “just come in by 7.” I got there at 6:40. She had me sign my name in, I did and she tells me to have a seat. She has barely given me if any eye contact! I go and sit, the clock is well within my distance and watch the time just go by. At 7:05 I ask is it going to be much longer, she barely give me eye contact again and when she does it’s in a dismissive way. At this point I am getting a bit annoyed. Not having gotten a suffice enough explanation, I ask her “do I have to wait until someone is available?” She said yes. I saw several technicians free in between a mani/pedi…good customer service would have been the rude front desk person to ask any technician if they were available to do 1 (ONE) repair. Nothing! Horrible experience and then I get home and another nail chips.

This nail salon is the worst! This was my 1st visit and last. The 1st sign I should have left was the customer service is horrible. I couldnt tell if it was racism or what? I thought Im here and I have a flight to catch. Cindy is the nail tech that did my nails. I got the nexgen nails so I let Cindy select the color because she had an issue with the natural color I selected. The nails did look nice however I noticed that the nails look as if they were going to break, so I mention this to Cindy but she just ignored me completely. Cindy handed me the $45.00 invoice I tip her and proceeded to the register to pay. Once I handed the gentleman behind the register the $45.00 invoice. He charges my credit card $115.00. When I brought it to his attention he got upset with me as if I stole something. Not to mention as soon as I left I went to pick up my phone and my nail broke. So I return to let Cindy repair the nail. Ok I get more attitude. When I advised before that the nails needed more nexgen powder. She cut my natural nails therefore the nail tip was very fragile. So she repairs the nail and shortly after I leave another nail breaks. I go back and now the girl behind the counter and Cindy the nail tech are pissed at me. Ive never had nails break like this, but the worst part is the horrible customer service and attitudes. They act like customers owe them something. Customers pay for a service.

They somehow managed to not seal my acrylic nails and water got in. I removed the polish after 2 weeks and 4 of my real nails were green underneath the acrylic! Ive never seen anything like this. Im upset and stunned. I wont ever be back to elite nails again. I wish I had the name of my nail tech to tell you whom to avoid.

Welp..After years of patronizing Elite Nails and Spa in Pembroke Pines I am currently looking for a nice, clean, professional salon rendering GREAT skills.My daughter and I had 4:30 mani, pedi appointments . My daughter had an appointment with Natalie. A walk-in came in afterwards and ask for Natalie...the receptionist asked my daughter if Helen could do her pedi, she agreed. Long story short, after 2 hours, I was done and my daughters nails were still undone. My daughter quietly declined her services and has vowed to go to another salon.I wasnt quiet..I told them I would no longer use their services. On top of that, I have written a unfavorable review on yelp and every other site, expressing my concerns . I guess Natalie thinks because shes the owners (Jackie) sister, shes exempt..Emma who does my nails is excellent!

The service is describes just like this.....Its like walking into a clothing store and knowing exactly what you want and the store is giving you what they want you to have. Then making you pay for it knowing full well that you are not happy, very terrible service and they resent when a customer asks for specifics and they talk mean about you to other guests if you are particular about how you want the manicure or acrylics done.
