I can only write from my own personal experience at this location The staff have always treated me with respect and with courteous Professional Customer Service & Support. The lines and how long you will wait depends on the time you decide to go whether a week day or weekend. Masks are Required upon entry and social distance is in effect. I will definitely recommend and Definitely Revisit this location.

The best United States Post Office I have ever used!!! Thanks to the awesome people who work there! Sincerely, the post office in my own zip code is not as good as this one. I actually prefer to drop my mail here, so I always come here! The Lord Bless You Postal Workers!!!

Today date 08/18/2021Today I came in the post office with my husband we were next we had NICOLE HAS A REP SHE HAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE ASSUMED I WAS ON MY PHONE USING THE CAMERA I DONT KNOW HOW SHE CANE TO THAT CONCLUSION I WAS ON MY PHONE ZOOMING INTO A PICTURE THAT MY FRIEND SENT ME WHEN I CORRECTED HER SHE HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE SHE DID NOT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL SHE AND EVEN IF I WAS ON MY PHINE ON THE CAMERA HER TONE AND BODY Language said it all ATTITUDE ATTITUDE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD ONCE AGAIN THE NAME IS NICOLE

I came to deliver a package to my mom and i was assaulted by the mail clerk karla. she actually pushed the package i planned to mail off so hard that it hit me. i asked for a supervisor and was given a false number to make a complaint. i am still searching for a legit number to make a complaint to her supervisor and manager to avoid this from happening to anyone else.

KARLA was a mean person she should be nicer to work with customers and try to help them.

I would say the worst post office in Florida. Definitely the worst in broward County

Super slow, still asking for mask ever if you are vaccinated. The manager has an horrible way to treat same with employees. 0 manners and this is what the government is paying for.....

This location has long lines which is expected but the service here is awesome. The staff is super friendly. Especially Ron that works at the window. Very informative and welcoming. Highly recommend this location

I cant get a hold to anyone about a missing package it keep saying that in transit that is on its way to next facility but if hasnt been scan for a about a week straight.

Very Poor Service!!!Very RUDE with customers, lost packages, no updates tracking package, the real disaster!I am seller on Ebay for years, the last complaint was on Monday 10, i want to know where is the my customer order package today August 17.My customer is following his order on USPS and his package was accepted the last August 10, he contacted you from Louisiana last Friday August 15 and you unrespect him by phone and was very rude at same time.Today is August 17 and nobody know about the package and the system has never been update since August 10...I got his message and can post here or go in person and show you to the supervisor.I pay USPS PRIORITY ALWAYS in all my orders for many years and honestly is Nasty deal with your office at this time, you need go back to SCHOOL and learn good education and good communication with customers.We pay expensive prices for your services and we deserve the best customer service.People working there think they got the rigth to unrespect and no way.Do the rigth things!!!No more lost package without explanation!!!TODAY IS AUGUST 25 AND THE PACKAGE DID NOT ARRIVED YET...

Probably my best experience at a post office!It was very busy today but they had the right amount of staff and were extremely helpful.The manager (or a staff member) was on the floor helping people find the right packaging to use and assisting the line organization (pulling people with prepaid packages to the right location etc.).Made my experience less stressful and was in and out really fast!

Customer service at this location seriously needs to be improved. The white man who wears glasses is always making these snarky, sarcastic comments and behaves as if you are bothering him by asking for assistance. The short, black lady that works to the far left appears to be annoyed with customers and is quite rude. She once made it a big deal because I asked her to tape the recipients address to the package..ridiculous!! The Asian lady with the glasses seems nice though!

This post office provides excellent services the clerk are friendly, fast, helpful . They go beyond to deliver excellent .

I love most people there but the one lady who is always stationed to extreme left when you walk in, acts like she knows EVERYTHING and she doesn’t. Her attitude is so wrong. It’s the short African American lady who I explained if you have a package to return to sender you have to hide the address it is going to or the post office personnel will send it right back to the recipient and not the sender. She didn’t listen and when I check the tracking it was being routed back to me. She did this already in the past and I told her and she didn’t listen.I hardly ever go to this post office. I love the one at Flamingo and Pines (my everyday post office near my home) or the one at Miramar Parkway and 75. They know what they are doing and are pleasant. She needs some training. Anytime I go there I hear her cutting people off and not even listening to what they are saying. If you don’t like your job find some other job. Don’t take your problems out on us. Nasty, nasty attitude. You need at day at one of the other post office I mentioned to learn how to deal with people. I guess it’s where this post office is located too. Happy I don’t live that side of town. I know I would have to wait on the others working there just to bypass her.

I do a lot of mailing here - great post office. Ron is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. Dont believe the bad reviews, they get a lot of crazies, it IS a post office after all. Julia, Hoi, and Nicole are great too!

I also really like the Asian lady. She’s always very nice, making all feel like family coming to visit. She always remembers my P.O. box number. 246073.

The lines are decent, usually have lil to no wait. the staff is often friendly and helpful. the parking may be the only issue because the parking lot is a bit tight and compact at times.

If you arrive 15 mins prior to closing do not expect any smiles or customer service. The employee by the name of Ron was rude and very unprofessional. He attitude quickly changed when I asked what his Managers name was. I will never go to that location again! Its not that difficult to provide great customer service.

0 customer service from the male post man that works at this post office. I didn’t get his name but I believe he is the only male that works at this post office bc he is the only one I’ve seen the few times I’ve been there . Today I drove 1 hour to this post office to mail out two medium size boxes. After running into heavy trafic I Walked in 1 minute passed closing time. I was glad that the post office was still open as what I needed to ship was urgent. There was one person checking out and another one waiting . However, The postman that was on duty told me he couldn’t take my boxes bc he had “ called the line” and the delivery truck was already there ! I’m not sure how that was keeping him from ringing up one last person. Noticing that he was still ringing up a couple of people I politely asked if there’s was any way he could take my 2 boxes as it was an urgent matter and I drove a long way to get there, I begged. But he say nope that he was closed. I didn’t make a fuss and left very disappointed.

This is the best post office Ive been to in Broward.

I hate coming to this location because of the sarcastic, smart-ass man with glasses there. He can be very rude and condescending. However, the asian lady there is really nice and very pleasant.

This is a post office store as opposed to a regular post office. Its location is convient and you can do almost everything here as you can in the regular post office in addition to being able to purchase additional postal merchandise.

Because this is the local office closest to my houses Im assuming blame on this location: The drivers that deliver to the Palms townhouses on Pines Blvd are either super lazy or the addresses are coded wrong. Its a house number not an apartment, deliver it to my house, stop marking every delivery undeliverable and returning to sender because they wont drive around the neighborhood and drop it off at the doors. The centralized mailbox is just for paper spam. Deliver it to the door like every other single delivery service, you are the only ones!!!

There is a guy who works at the front desk at this location. I find him to be very unprofessional and condescending - feeling the need to explain to me how to fill out a money order - as though I asked for or needed any instructions. Absurd!!

THIS IS THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER !!!They stole packages !! They sold two packages worth $300 !!! If you want your stuff to be shipped properly, DON’T USE THAT POST OFFICE. They’re THIEVES !!!!

Very rude and disrespectful. No help whatsoever. If I’m asking you for help it shouldn’t be you questioning me as to why I’m asking for help.

There is a guy working there with a mental illness, who lunges at people and yells aggressively. Today he was saying that I cant use scissors to cut shipping tape because its a federal building and scissors are considered a weapon. I have nothing against special needs employees as long as they dont scare or threaten the customers. I dont think this guy should be working in a customer service environment. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Worst customer service. Employee wouldnt allow me to send a prepaid package in a box. Needed a bag, but didnt fit in the bag. Refused to just send the USPS box .Why have boxes of they refuse to ship them?
