Joining Bodytek Pembroke Pines was such a great decision! Ive been attending here for almost a month and in just these few weeks I can already see some changes. Not to mention that the owners are AWESOME and they have an AMAZING group of coaches! The office staff is very nice and cleanliness is very important to them. The workouts change all the time, and I guarantee you will never get bored. I definitely recommend anyone to join!

I absolutely love Body Tek Pembroke Pines! I have done plenty of group classes like this but nothing compares. The results are amazing if you stick to it and the trainers here are amazing, friendly and professional to motivate you through it. Tamker’s energy is off the charts and pushes me to give my all even after a long work day. I wouldn’t want to work out anywhere else!!

I’ve been going to Bodytek Davie on and off for years but once I heard they were making a studio in Pines I was elated! Super close to my house I can literally walk there. The staff is super nice and helpful and the owners are the sweetest! The workouts are intense but definitely worth it! I’ve seen a dramatic change in my body and my endurance. Best feeling is that I don’t feel like I’m dragging myself to the gym. It’s a fun and effective one hour class with the best trainers! So if you’re not a gym person this place is definitely it!

I signed up during their soft opening and I couldnt be happier. The front desk staff was amazing, the trainers were on fire, the manager was so knowledgeable and the owners are down to earth and very friendly. Overall it was a great experience and I am looking forward to working out even more. If you are looking for a place to fall back in love with exercising, give Bodytek Pines a try. You will LOVE it!

I am starting my weight loss journey and I LOVE this gym. The trainers are amazing and the front desk staff is so helpful. The music is everything and it makes me get through the last set when I want to quit. If you are looking for a gym in the Miramar or Pembroke Pines area, CHECK THEM OUT!!! you wont be disappointed.

The staff was so pleasant and helpful. They worked with me learning the correct workouts even the members were nice. Everything was clean and most importantly those cold towels were so REFRESHING.. i am signing up permanently

I have been going to this gym for a couple months now using classpass. I really enjoy the different workouts they offer, every time I go its a completely new workout. Also, I enjoy that you workout full body each and every workout, All of the coaches are very friendly and knowledgeable, they always make the classes fun and eager to join the next one!

Fantastic facility, the workouts are a challenge and great. The trainers and front desk personnel were professional and inviting. Let’s just say I left with a membership!!

Please be aware this was an e-mail orginallyMy experience yesterday 1/20/20 at the Bodytek in Pines was excellent, and please show this email to Mike, Stephanie is indeed a great asset to your company and made my workout fun and challenging (in a good way), she is the true definition of a trainer and many were pleased on how she was on top of us and making sure we were doing the techniques the correct way, with that being said, I hope you all consider opening a location in Hollywood. I can guarantee you, you will have a lot of traffic since theyre many overpriced CrossFit Boxes in the area and I find your monthly membership fee to be fair. Hope to be a future client in the near future!

Definitely not your ordinary gym! Stellar management, great trainers, clean equipment, and the music is life!! The workouts are unique and the environment is unintimidating.

OMG! Bodytek Pembroke Pines just had its Soft Opening and as soon as I walked in, I fell in love! The studio is beautiful! The staff and management are so warm and welcoming, the coaches i’ve had always push their clients to give their best and are challenging, but not intimidating! They even give us courtesy cold towels to cool down with after our workout! If you’re looking for a fitness routine that guarantees results (There’s a new station set-up everyday so plateaus are impossible if you’re down to put in the work!) each of the different Bodytek locations bring their own unique flavor, and you’re gonna love it here!

One of the best gyms I’ve been too. From the owner to the trainers are truly amazing individuals, who are so helpful on wanting to help you reach your goals . Love them all but my fav is Tamker from our very first conversation that i asked i need that extra push, she hasn’t stopped pushing me to my max !! A must try for sure !

Amazing workout that sells itself, highly recommend taking a free class and experiencing it for yourself!

I have tried several fitness program, but had difficulty finding the perfect type of workouts for me. Either it’s too much cardio or too much weights. I tried the free two weeks and I was SOLD. Stephanie was my coach and she made the time fun and painless. The music 🎵 is hype and it feels like a party every time I go. Lastly, those cold towels at the end of my workout reminds me of a vacation I took took Playa Da Carmen!

They offer amazing HIIT classes here. I have been to every instructor here and Tamker is my favorite. She is very helpful and is always a pleasure to talk with. Check this place out and check out Tamker.

Ive tried many gyms before, but this gym is my absolute favorite! Its a beautiful new facility, the staff is super friendly, and overall it has a genuine atmosphere!
