I cancelled my policy back on December Betty at your office did not do her diligent work. My bank account was charged my policy was never canceled . I called them to get a refund, refund was done without the Fee that they charged me. I called the officeOver 12 times they keep giving me the “we will call you back”Betty you should have the decency of call someone back and if you made a mistake you should own it . Because those cheap ones are just that cheap. Fact is there prices beat them by alot. Plus its not just a phone number they are a brick and mortar business. I cancelled my policy on January 26 of 2019 they said yes we will cancel it. February came around and I tried to call left messages they never returned my phone calls and then took out my payment for February. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT
