I have not been a client of Estrella Insurance for enough time, which would allow me to make a comprehensive assessment of this companys services. This been said, my experience with my Agent, Maria Peraza, is been positive. She is very professional, affable, knowledgeable, attentive. She makes herself always available to answer inquiries I may have. I am happy with this company, so far. Perhaps I will be updating this review, in the future, as time passes by.

Maria was very helpful, my final quote ended up being higher than what was originally offered, but they were able to tell me that I had a speeding ticket I had forgotten about. GEICO wouldnt insure me and The General wanted double!!! Both companies didnt even tell me why. Estrella explained to me that my ticket was in the last 3 years and was likely the reason my rate was higher than was originally offered. Maria apologized for the rate being higher, even though it wasnt her fault(its mine!).Very professional and I was insured within 20 minutes! Definitely recommend!!!

For years, my car insurance has been $300 or above until I meant an agent name Jose at Estrella Insurance. I can call this man anything about my insurance & he is always happy to assist me. Jose makes me feel comfortable talking changes to my policy. Recent, I transferred my insurance to another car. I called him so many times in one day & not once did I hear an once of annoyance in his voice although I asked him a thousand & one questions regarding the changes - lol. Im never going to another agent other than Jose at Estrella Insurance. The best part about is it is that word of mouth spreads - I was referred to Jose by someone else (wink).

No matter what I call Tony about I always have a problem. He has his grandmother (who doesnt speak English) answering the phones now so something as simple as making a payment is impossible. I have to call back a dozen times over the course of a week to get an English speaker on the phone.
