I am so happy this company showed up in my google search for “washer and dryer repair” and even happier that they were amazing. They came over for a same day service, took my machine apart, put it back together & was drying in no time. The specialist that came to my house was named Kyle and he explained everything he was doing and I really appreciated the transparency and honesty. Kyle with Washer and Dryer Guy Hollywood was a wonderful choice to repair my dryer. He was very responsive to my text messages, made arrangements with my tenant to repair the dryer even during the COVID situation (abiding by CDC guidelines). Great service! I requested a quote and Kyle replied super quick. My dryer is already fixed and it hasnt even been 24 hours since I contact them!I didnt want to call someone due to Covid-19 but its been a month since our dryer broke. Kyle used a face mask and gloves to perform the repair so I highly recommend him if you have this type of emergency.
