Started my day by realizing one of my units was not working, called Howard early in the morning and he got the job done. Very knowledgeable and professional, the business you need to contact hands down.

Gasket Doctor did a great job making some much-needed improvements to our walk-in cooler at work. Now, the temperature reads 5° cooler than it did before they intervened and the compressor doesnt have to work as hard.

I called him several times to ask questions before I started the job... and without hesitation, he truthfully answered all of them. I was not expecting this level of service because in Miami it is hard to find reliable and honest professionals. He was not pushy, he took his time, and he actually saved me a couple hundred dollars. Saturday, dryer not heating, was very pleased when Gasket Doctor answered the call and delivered same day service at exactly the time scheduled for the repair. Clear communication of fees before they came out and at the time tech diagnosed the problem. The repair was done within the hour. I will not hesitate to call them again for any future appliance repairs!

One word...PHENOMENAL! I don’t use that word loosely. I called more than a few other companies before I found this one. Not one answered the call or responded to the call. Howard not only answered but squeezed me in to his schedule to see me that day...during rush hour. He got here when he promised, told me the latest would be a few days to complete the job and then knowing that time was important to me, called me the following day (a Saturday) and said they were ready. They came and installed them and I am ready for the opening health inspection. Very impressed with the professionalism of the company. And the price was more than fair compared to his competitors. Although in my opinion, he has no competitors, he’s in a league all of his own.

Had a new gasket and door closer installed. After a few months, we had some problems with the closer, but Howard had a solution and came quickly to fix the problem. Were all set and my walk-in is running better now.

I googled for commercial appliance and gasket repair and chose the Gasket Doctor. I believe it was the owner, Howard who responded. He came out immediately and gave me a quote. I had been trying to use my regular appliance repair company and waited for over a month for correct parts which they never received. I have owned restaurants for 30 years and can say this was one of the best experiences I have had. Will continue to use this company and highly recommend.

Howard with Gasket DR is just amazing. Had work recently done and the gaskets on the bar coolers werent quite sealing. Called Howard on a Saturday night around 8pm. He called me back right away and apologized for any work that wasnt up to par. Howard ended up coming to make repairs around 11:45 at night when business had died down not to effect anything.He truly cares about the work that is done and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure all work is done properly.I would recommend Gasket DR to anyone that asks!Thanks Howard and Gasket DR!
