The technician quickly diagnosed my stove problem as two broken convection fans and an element. He explained how the breakdown occurred, how to avoid it in the future, and how it would be repaired. After receiving the parts, the technician expertly replaced the fans and element, explaining what he was doing and showing the damaged parts. He is very knowledgeable and was a real pleasure to deal with. The stove is back to working order. I highly recommend the company to everybody.

Had appointment yesterday that required me to wait at home (take off from work) for a technician to come out fix my fridge. Very professional, my home insurance told me that I needed to buy a new oven, Chad fixed it in 10 minutes!!! It has been working perfectly since.

I am reading my old text message today, it recalled me my last experience. Last year, I called this business to repair my walking freezer. A guy came and worked on it for 15 minutes, told me he bypassed some sensor and the freezer would be back to normal working condition. Then he charged me around $140. But it didnt work, and I texted him after he left, got no reply. Finally I had to call other company to get it fixed.

We chose this company due to the high reviews from other customers.Chad initially came to service our refrigerator/freezer in May of 2021. He was able to resolve our ice maker problem. However, the light in the freezer which was working interminttently he had problems. He said a part had to be ordered to fix the problem. We called him after a few weeks since he did not keep us abreast of the status of completing the repair. He informed us that a wire harness was on backorder and promised to keep in touch, He never called us. I called and spoke with him in April, June, and again today July 7th only to be promised again that he would honor his promise. I am very disappointed by how we were treated and do not recommend this company.Follow up: In response to the companies reply to my post.....the problem is still not resolved (09/17/2021). I contacted the company directly but have not heard back from them to resolve the continuing problem.

Called Chad for our freezer not working. Was on time and worked hard to get us up and running. Although the first attempt to fix the issue did not work, he made sure that he came back (even on the weekend) and worked diligently until we did. I called this business on 9/17 9:43am to inquire about ice maker repair. The guy said he could schedule me for 9/18 between 9am-12pm. I agreed and he said send me a text with your address, which I did 9:48am. Today 9/18 I waited for the guy to show as he said he would between 9am-12pm. He never showed up or called. I called him 12:21pm asking if he was planning to arrive and he said “I think I have you on my schedule, let me look and call you right back”. He didn’t call, so I called back at 12:39pm and 12:44pm. No answer and the call went directly to voicemail. I asked my mother to call him from her phone because he wasn’t answering my calls. She called him also; same result... no answer, straight to voicemail. Clearly he wasn’t coming between 9-12 as I was told. My mother wrote a negative review for the company shortly after (as the experience was obviously negative with this guy). Within an hour the guy called me. I didn’t answer because I don’t want anything to do with this guy and his unprofessional behavior. I’m sure he wasn’t aware at the time, but he left a voicemail on my phone saying “F that b (except he said the actual words), she leaves a bad review over this”. He called back and after hearing that voicemail I answered and informed him I heard his message calling me a nasty name over the review. I informed him that maybe he should answer his phone or return calls and he wouldn’t get bad reviews to which he said rudely “I called you 3 times”. I told him no he didn’t and bye. He didn’t call at all earlier as his reply to my mom says. The only reason the guy called at all was because he saw the review. Avoid this company if you want a reliable and professional person to deal with. I would advise the guy who called me to at least hang up the phone first in the future when he calls potential customers names and curses at them. Not a great image to project.

Chad repaired my 82yo mothers refrigerator freezer. He was very polite and professional. Chad had to leave to go pick up a part but he came back the same day to finish the repair so she would not be without a working freezer overnight. A few weeks later the freezer was having a different issue, I called Chad and he was very busy that day but he was very kind to stop by later that evening to fix the issue at no charge. I would not hesitate to call Appliances of Broward again in the future if needed. Thanks Chad, I appreciate your great work ethic and will recommend you to family and friends.

Had a phenomenal experience with Chad, after THREE bad exchanges with companies! Showed up when they said they would, was professional and courteous, AND was honest. (Not too much to ask, is it?!) After he identified the problem, he was upfront about the cost and it worked out that although only a year old appliance, the best option was for me to replace it due to wet board and rusty motor. 🤭 As a service provider myself, I am a firm believer that good service should be commended. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Called and spoke to Chad on the phone about my refrigerator. Scheduled an inspection for the following day between the hours of 3 and 4. He was a complete no show and didn’t even have the decency to call and let me know that he wouldn’t be able to make it. Needless to say, we went with another company. Zero customer service.

My dishwasher wasnt working properly.  I called Same Day Appliance Repair in the morning and they had a technician out that afternoon.  Customer service was excellent and they fixed my dishwasher.  I would recommend this company to anybody.

Chad was on time and did a great job fixing our refrigerator. The company that originally diagnosed the problem was unable to fix it but Chad had it back to tip top shape in about an hour at a price that was far and away better than the other quotes we received.

We had an issue with our dryer not working, I called them on Saturday and they came out by Monday morning. During that process the heating functionality didnt work and they came back out twice to make sure it was completely fixed without charging us extra. Also followed up with us to make sure everything was working well.

I needed to have my ice maker fixed immediately in order to make settlement within 2 days. I was in Delaware and had another appliance co. supposedly fix problem 2 weeks prior. I called Appliances of Broward out of desperation, and after hours (7pm), and Chad showed up at my place within an hour. 30 minutes later, my fridge was working again. He was very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. I will definitely will be using Chad for all my appliance repair needs in the future.

Chad was fantastic. Our fridge went out in Thursday. I called him Friday morning, made an appointment for 2pm that same day and showed up promptly. He didnt have the part on his truck to fix it, but agreed to get it and come back at my convenience to fix it. He quoted me the price and It seemed to be fair. We agreed on 6pm and he was there promptly and the repair was completed within 30 minutes at he price we agreed upon. He followed up via text later that night to make sure everything was working well. I will use Chad and Appliances of Broward again.
