Any company is no better than the employees who interface with the public and the office staff making the appointment and follow up were very good. They are one of the only companies that promised to call 30 minutes before they came so we didn’t have to wait on site all day. And when we got tied up their guy was nice enough to wait and waived off our apologies when we got there. His name is Carlos Alanis.Secondly he was very patient and knowledgeable in dealing with our Thermador appliances.Finally he was a nice guy and fixed every concern we had and gave us good maintenance tips.
Not sure why theyre so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when youre dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You cant always go by reviews sometimes because most people just dont take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. Thats the way it goes unfortunately. Its a good company as far as Im concerned.
Waiting 2 hours after the scheduled time. the office call and say that it will be $100 more for the technician to come.
Very unresponsive and horrible careless company. It took them three weeks and two visits to tell me I need a new cooktop. Horrible, never using them again!
Thermidor did not have any repair man in the area. This company was recommended. It has taken them no less than four weeks to fix my icemaker. They are poorly responsive. They do not return my phone calls. They seem to send a different repairman out each time so it seems like they are reinventing the wheel at each visit. They have run up the bill considerably for Thermidor. Fortunately, this is covered under the warranty and I am not paying out of pocket.
I have to give 1 star because Google requires giving it in order to post a review but if I could give ZERO stars, I would.This is by far the worst company Ive ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. I have been dealing with them for MONTHS regarding repair of my Bosch dishwasher. I ordered the part that the company recommended in December 2017, which cost $470. Now, in March 2018, that part is paid for, yet it still in their possession. I have made several appointments for them to come and fix my appliance. After the first 2 no-shows I was promised that they were going to show up. I even hauled butt from Islamorada in order to get home to Miami to be there on time to open the door for them. And... What do I get? another NO SHOW. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT USE THEM. Bosch needs to find better repair dealers in Miami, FL.
This vendor was referred by the manufacturer as one of their authorized repair service. We should have done our researched first as we found this vendor way over-priced. Whirlpool washing machine was not operating on the spin cycle. The service fee was $109.95 for 30 minutes diagnosed a faulty lid switch that had to be ordered. The unit was re-assembled and was told the repair for additional labor would be $220.00 and $27.50 for the lid switch. This is outrageous! I would have to invest 357.45 for a seven year $495.00 machine. The replacement part was available locally for less money and decided to install the part myself with the help of You Tube I was able to install the part myself. You would think that an appliance repair vendor would carry most common replacement parts in their trucks and perform the repair the same day verses to return another time and repeat the same process. Unbelievable!
If I could give a ZERO or NEGATIVE rating, I would! Their motto should be “We want to take your money and don’t care a hoot about your appliance problemas!”! My Bosch washer and dryer needed repair. Bosch didn’t have a tech in my area and gave me ASG’s phone number. I told them the washer wasn’t draining.They told me it would be $109.95 for the washer and $99.95 for the dryer—TWO trip charges for the same day and time! 2 service reps came out on separate days but neither checked the pump. The first one said the error code I told them about said to replace the door—not what my service manual said, but they insisted. The second tech agreed but also didn’t check the pump! I fixed it with the help of YouTube and 10 minutes of my time. 😖.The dryer was over drying my clothes. The 1st tech again said I needed to replace the door AND the limiter-tempswitch.When I called to tell them that I had been able to fix it in 10 minutes by watching YouTube and wanted my service charges back, at least for the washer, it took two weeks and 3-4 follow up phone calls from me to get a refund. BUT THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT OF THE TRIP CHARGE FOR THE DRYER, which SHOULD have been $99.95. And THEN they only refunded $89.95–$10 less than I had paid! The SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED the $109.95! 😤FYI—They wanted to charge almost $800 after applying the service charges I’d already paid!BOTTOM LINE, DON’T USE ASG!
I agree with the other reviewers. I have had the WORST experience with this business. I only called them because they were on the list provided by Thermadors website of recommended repair companies. AND I WILL be calling Thermador to complain about them. They came out for my fridge which was freezing all the food I put inside it. They said it needed to be cleaned underneath. They said their next available appointment was almost a month later. I took it. They called that morning to say they would be there between 1:00 and 3:00pm. They never showed up. At almost 5pm, I called them and was told that the guy was running late and could be at my house at 7pm. Well, I live in a gated community, no service trucks are allowed after 7pm. I explained this and asked, :Can someone come tomorrow morning? And she said, :No. Our next available appointment is a week from now. Is that ABSURD? It was their fault. Not mine. I am done with this company. I will find someone else to fix my refrigerator.

Overpriced on parts and labor!! Think they own the market in an arrogant way. 2 other companies were cheaper and nicer about getting work done.
We bought a Fisher Paykel dishwasher and Appliance Service Group is the authorized repair company for them. DISASTER! From July through October 2017 they came over and over again and could not fix the dishwasher but kept charging us (and often tried to double bill us!). We finally contacted Fisher Paykel and got a new dishwasher but only after a fight. Meanwhile we had spent close to half the cost of the dishwasher on Appliance Service Groups INABILITY TO EVER FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. And no apologies, no refunds, nothing. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
The service from this company is terrible. They came to service our Bosh cooktop. Tech did not have part and said it would take 5 days or less. I’m now 3 weeks out and still do not have repair done. Have called them several times and they keep moving date indicating that it’s back ordered.Extremely unrealiable and there is never a manager around to escalate the issue.Person answering phones and calling back is very rude and should take customer service training.My bad for not reading reviews on them first and calling directly from Bosh website for recommended service companies.Will be filling a complaint with Bosh. They should vette better companies they have listed and not list companies such as this one with such a bad reputation.
Really bad service. They missed appointments multiple times before actually turning up. Paid them for showing up and then never heard about the parts they were supposed to quote me on in order to fix my dishwasher. I have chased them numerous times by phone. They never respond or they say they will and never call me back. Just a massive waste of time.Karina at their office just put me on perma-hold (8 minutes with no muzak!). Goodbye forever, incompetents!
