I had a great experience with Kays at Pearland Town Center. They are very friendly and professional. There was a ring that I wanted and there were only 2 left because they were no longer making that ring and it was not in the there store. The lady made it happen and called me the next day that she had the ring.Follow up: its time for my 6 month inspection during covid. I got there and now its by appointment only and I was not aware. The staff was excellent nice about it and because there was no one in the store they welcomed me in. They were also taking extreme precaution with keeping everything sanitized.Thank you for being so kind to me.Loyal customer

Not Happy l have purchase several pieces of jewelry from here and have always been very Happy with my purchases until this December when l purchased a diamond bracelet and twice they reordered it because of missing diamonds and the 3rd time it fell off my arm luckily l was home when it hit the floor, the ladies was always nice and very courteous but this time they seemed irritated with me the customer... l normally don’t write bad reviews but unfortunately this bracelet fell off my arm somewhere else while l was wearing it and l refuse to deal with the ladies in the Pearland Center treating me as if l did something wrong... l feel the only thing l have done wrong was patronize their business at least 6 times for my jewelry... l have given them good reviews in the past but this purchase didn’t end with a SMILE... go there at your own risk😪

The staff is so friendly and helpful anytime we need to have my rings cleaned or resized. They are the reason we continue to purchase from them!

First off i dont understand why people are saying workers at this store are pleasant as every time ive been in they seem annoyed im there... this last visit is it for me... i brought in my ring and necklace for inspection and the girl BrOKE MY CHAIN cleaning it and gave me attitude after... ummm YOU BROKE IT!!! seriously? then she gave me a chain 2 inches shorter... i dont want a shorter chain i want my original length... then was annoyed again i asked for the same length.... after all this she had the AUDACITY to tell me i had a 100 dollar certificate if id like to buy something basically... are you fing kidding me?!?! had she not been rude i was actually going to buy something for a graduation present but i be damned if youre getting commission off me after how you treated me... i purchased from james avery instead... then when my husband went to pick up, and his name was listed on the slip btw, they gave him a hard time about picking it up... this is the only kays ive ever had problems and every visit is a frustration.... and two days after picking up my chain its broke AGAIN!!! ive worm this chain daily for 6 months no issue until that woman broke it.... im done with this kays and will be going to baybrook from now on
