The staff is so friendly and professional, always greeting me with smiles on their faces! They keep the gym clean and very diligent when I need supplements. Chelsea who helped me out last time I needed supplements was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products. Jenna was also helpful when renewing my membership! 10/10 recommend this gym!

This is a solid gym, has all the equipment that I need and can use. This is a great inexpensive gym, especially if you choose the one club option as it’s only $10 per month after annual and initiation fees. This is definitely the best gym in the area. The only thing I wish is that they were open 24/5 like they used to be. I love working out after midnight when there are very few people there as it’s easier to do circuits. Hopefully they will bring this back soon.Edit: Thank you for letting me know about Openpath. I just got the app on my phone and I’m thankful for the gym being open 24/7 now.

Great besides the sauna not working when I first joined.

I just wanted to take time out my day to commend and salute Mr. Larry Webber. I’ve witnessed from a distance how this man has went out of his way to provide customer service for people, a lot of times when it was extended past the general responsibility of his job tasks. Personally he has been extremely hospitable to me since I moved here. I sincerely hope he is a manager, or will be in the future. His positive attitude can definitely improve business.

The gym is average. Most of the time they are out of equipment cleaning. The water fountain has been broken for about a year with zero effort to fix. Their cleaning service is constantly happening during the busy times of the day so you can’t use the restroom or change. A few common sense things could make this place great. They are focused too much on personal training and not about creating an experience.

Great little gym. Has everything you need. Never have to wait for any equipment. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner who is on premise often. Highly recommend.

When I canceled my membership they kept my account going and it hit my credit and lowered my score.Which btw they never told me anything they said it was closed my membership successfully as that was it but now all of a sudden I owe the $500 something dollars cause they still have my membership account open and active when I clearly told them I didn’t want to be a member anymore. DONT COME TO THIS GYM they with scam you and take ur money and when you want to leave they won’t let you also they don’t answer there phones no matter how many times u call😡

Friendly atmosphere from the time you walk into the gym to the moment you leave... staff is there to greet you. Management has been great Chelsea is always there to answer any membership questions I may have. You can always find other employees walking the floor and ready to help while making sure sanitary needs are available for equipment. The true 24 hour availability of the the gym is a great plus and seems like it’s only getting better with new equipment and a recent facelift that makes you proud to call this my gym.

Dynamic Fitness never seems to disappoint and always motivates you to show up. They have a very strong uplifting community with an outstanding atmosphere. The employees have always been extremely friendly, always receive a warm welcome when you walk in. I was a little hesitant to attend a gym during a global pandemic, but they take high pride in the cleanliness of the facility making sure Covid protocols are met at all times. Chelsea (in specific) has been nothing short of Incredible to work with making sure we receive the most out of our membership. She holds herself to the highest level of professionalism and friendliness to impact each member!! They have EVERYTHING you will need to accomplish any fitness goal you may have. I personally love all the equipment and have heard amazing things about the variety of their classes. If you are visiting or live close I would recommend this gym to anyone. One of the staff members looked in computer for my girlfriend’s number and sent her a text trying to hit on her. Later, after we brought it to management attention they canceled my membership accusing me of training her and a workout partner in gym against policy.

Big facility, has plenty of weights, nobody bothers me, staff is friendly. Pretty much everything I want in a gym. Just wish they wouldnt keep shortening the hours of operation.

From the first time I walked in the door the staff were helpful, caring, understanding, and looking at what needs I was needing. The trainer Tim is amazing and extremely compassionate when it comes to my training and patient with my needs. The working staff are always there to stop and chat when you need to take a breather or just to see how things are going. The facility is Covid friendly and I have never felt concerned about my safety! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a gym!

Everyone here had been super helpful and amazing with getting me started and helping me find the right workouts for my needs. Very clean, very professional, big enough that I dont have to wait on a machine but small enough that I dont feel like Im lost in the crowd.

I have been going to dynamic for about a year now and it’s been A-1. Always have machines and weights available, super clean, and the staff is cool as hell. Glad I made the switch.

So this is an update to my original review. Has some issues with the tanning facility but I was very pleased when Chelsea the assistant manager personally contacted me to make the corrections. This action really speaks volumes on how this club takes customer complaints. Sometimes the simplest gestures is what makes for long term members to a facility. This is a great club and one of the very few who got their act together and opened as soon as the state mandate allowed them to do so. The other clubs like LA Fitness and 24 Hours fitness did not open on the May 18th reopening date and this is why I am now a member of Dynamic Fitness. I highly recommend this gym!

I signed up for this gym about a month before COVID closures. The person that did my sign up stuff was very pushy and would just avoid the questions I was asking. When It did close due to COVID I emailed asking to have my payment on hold and no response. I called and could not get a hold of anyone. I emailed again a couple weeks later and still no response. I did eventually move from the area and tried to cancel and when I did get a hold of someone they gave me an email and I sent them the documents they require to cancel for moving away and still no response. This was about a 2 month process of emailing and calling so when I called to check on my cancel status they said they had already sent it to collections. Their communication is horrible and the gym was really dirty at the time I was going.

No one is required to wear their masks as if were not in the middle of a pandemic. Patrons are seen walking around, talking, visiting with other members, walking about the club without masks (not exercising) You never see a staff member walk around checking to see if people have masks on. Such a relaxed environment.

I have been a member of Dynamic Fitness Pearland since the beginning; and I was recently asked by the club to give a review and whether I can recommend it to friends... I cant recommend it now, since you dont enforce the mask wearing rule. My wife and I and some of our friends may cancel our membership, unless you get serious about the mask. I always have my mask on, either cover my nose and mouth when I walk inside the club, especially when I walk within 6 ft from others; or pull it down under my chin when I work out. Not most of other folks - not even have it under their chin, and many time unmasked people walk within 6 ft from me while I am working out with mask under my chin. I think you should post this rule out (like in my practice) by the check in counter, and have your staff to go around every now and then to enforce it! Dont just put a little sign on the door, then do nothing about it. We want everyone to be safe, right. Covid cases and death have broken record everyday! Darker Winter is coming...

Please do not waste your money. More than half of the cardio machines are out of order. People at the front are always on the phone and they stopped doing towels before covid.I cancelled my membership during covid and now I received a letter saying I owe money to collections even though I cancelled. I also called the office once they reopened and was told you are good and no need to worry about a call I received about bill and now I am stuck with a bill that was supposed to be cancelled.Please please save your money and go another gym with cleaner bathrooms, better cardio machines

Ive been going to dynamic for years about 4 or 5 years. It was pretty good with regards to equipment and cleanliness. However, this last 9 months were amazing! My trainer Jack Owens was fantastic! He trained me throughout my 9 months of pregnancy. The workouts were challenging, creative, but most of all safe! The majority of the staff were supportive during my pregnancy. They even allowed me to have my maternity photo shoot there with Jack as the director.

Service could be better but it’s a good place if you just need some gym equipment to work out on and don’t need customer service.

Great facility in the west Pearland area. You get very good value out of your money. Great for couples who have young kids and workout together because they have kids care available (pre covid) within membership cost.

I’ve been a member for about 2 years. I recently started training with Jack Owens who is great! He’s very knowledgeable and pushes me to my full potential. He is patient but firm. He works with every age group and really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Jack. For the gym, they’ve had issues with their a/c a few times and they could improve with cleaning the showers in ladies locker room. Besides that, I enjoy working out at Dynamic Fitness.

This has been my gym since about 2015, briefly tired LA and 24 and they just don’t compare. They have lots of cardio equipment and machines but if you want free weights and machines for lifting there isn’t a better gym anywhere around.

This gym has motivated me to get back in shape. Shout out to a DYNAMIC TEAM that produces DYNAMIC FITNESS!

I been going to this gym for almost 3 years because there is a great master personal train ( Jack Owen). I been know him from 24 hour Fittness and I have seen the amazing train he is and the dedication he takes with each of his clients. When I decided to go back to working out I found out Jack was at Dynamic and I went there to join and train with him. I am very picky about trainers and he has always show professional dedication to my needs and always pushing me to doing better. I can honestly say that he puts a lot of time into my workouts and is always making sure that I am doing the right workouts to my fit goal. I highly recommend Jack as a trainer because he is very good at what he does and if he would leave Dynamic I would still look for him to train with again!!!!

I started attending dynamic stopped went back and stopped again. My only reason for attending this gym was because my personal trainer Jack Owens he is not only amazing at what he does he LOVES his CRAFT!!! And results were ALWAYS PRODUCED!! I stopped attending this gym due to other staff members trying to down play my trainers CRAFT, sales would try to recommend other trainers after I have said several times I already had one. I wish my trainer open his own gym!

Billing nightmare! For some reason my bank declined my gym membership payment. Instead of letting me know, dynamic sent me to collections. I’ve been with this gym for over a year and half, I missed one payment, which I was unaware of, and they send me to collections! I was supposed to get a call from a manager, which never happened. TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO TO A DIFFERENT GYM. This place obviously doesn’t know how to treat it’s customers.

The gym is typically dirty and many machines do not function properly. Dont waste your money. They also charged monthly fees when closed for Covid-19 which I consider unethical.

Paid for personal training that I tried to schedule so many times with no luck, $$ gone down the drain. Then requested for my account to be on hold, filled out paperwork with manager who didnt even process my paperwork. They still charged me for time I didnt go to the gym due to medical reason. Talked to manager when I returned who said shed process refund for time I was out, of course that didnt happen either. Am seriously considering canceling my membership, this is too much headache.

Nice environment, convienent location for me! I love that they offer some additional group class at no extra charge. Locker rooms are nice and tidy, awesome mirror for a gym selfie for after your work out. They have all the machines needed for a good intense workout, treadmills, nice new indoor bikes for cardio. Very clean and staff is friendly, there is gym rats running around so beware... See what I did there, lol, but great place overall! ONLY down side is that the kids zone closed down permanently! Im a mother and my kids loved that place and so did I, since it was very convienent to leave the kids there and enjoy my workout. So they assume moms dont work out?? SMDH! So now hubby and I have to take turns going to the gym, do one can watch the kids, its a hassle, but we still like going to the gym so we handle it. Other than that, like I mentioned, great place!

Jack at the Pearland location is amazing. He is extremely professional, and personable . He makes working out a breeze . He teaches you workouts that will get you where you want and need to be. I have requested to freeze my account due to the pandemic in FEB. They gave a document to sign and been told everything been taking care and my account has been freezed. I noticed that they been charging my credit so I reached out they asked me to go to the gym. I went to the gym they gave me a number to call. I called they asked me to go back to the gym 😂. Then been giving and email and told to wait 72 hours to get a refund. After a month they told they didnt locat the document and they cant issue a refund. They lost it and I got bunished. Worst customer care I ever get from a gym.DO NOT trust them and make AUTO PAYMENT.

Still being billed despite the gym being closed. Cant freeze my account because no one answers the phone and the website contact form is conveniently broken. I plan on disputing the charges with my CC company and canceling my membership once the gym opens back up. This is how they treat their members, I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Ive been going here for about 3 months total (currently not going) with a personal trainer and It was a decent time for my first gym experience other than the billing. David was my personal trainer and he did a great job. I stopped going after a while because I didnt have time and it was a very complicated and unneeded process. I wanted to freeze my account until summer and that was fine but the payment for my personal trainer was horrible. I only asked for one set of sessions which was for about 3 months and after that, I just wanted to do my regular gym trips on my own. My sessions ended and then they charge me again for another session when I didnt ask for it. It was too complicated and unneeded and I wish they would have a better way of doing their memberships.

I love this gym especially my trainer Jack. He goes over and beyond caring about his clients ESPECIALLY during this recent time. I appreciate how concerned and diligent he is when it comes down to encouraging, helping, and pushing me to my goal!!!

Its a gym with weights in it. Thats probably the only good thing to say about the place. Customer service is a joke. It took two weeks of me calling to even get in touch with a manager about a billing issue. When I was able to finally speak to someone who could answer a question, it was too late. Machines are constantly broken, Weights are everywhere, and there was once puke sitting on the floor for over an hour. There are sooo many better and cheaper options. I dont know how they charge $80 for two people

Have been a membership with his company for several years. I was even paying more.per month than some of the new members who are paying $10 a month because of the new promotions that only new members can qualify for. I never complained about that or tried to get them to reduce my fees but the moment my husband and I cancelled our membership at the end of Feb before COVID the company continued to draft our fees and daycare fees which I did dispute with my credit card company because I was told by the guy working the front desk when we canceled that we canceled in enough time that we would not be charged in march. 4 months later we receive a letter in mail that we are delinquent and have 30 days to pay or they will report to credit bureau. My husband called july 10 and spoke w a guy that said he could not find our cancelation form. My husband did ask to speak with management but he informed my husband that it would not matter who he spoke with because that is just how they treat their customers and that they probably threw away that form. He continued by saying that he has seen that happen before in the passed and that that company will try to get every penny they can from their customers. This isnt right and is terrible customer service and they should not be allowed treat their customers this way. We had been members for several years and this is the thanks we get. Will never go back to this gym and advice those to stay away. This business is not even accredited by the BBB. Please do research and go with a company that is accredited if you are thinking of joining any gym.

I am going to Dynamic fitness for about three months now. Great gym! So much space insideespecially the room for group classes, its huge! I think this is the biggest gym compared to others in Pearland that fall in the same category (I tried all of them in my area with Free pass before I finally chose Dynamic).Its also clean and monthly fee is more than fair! I signed up during the promotion.Group classes are my favorite! There are so many of them, so you can choose what you like.********Update after 9 months being a member:The only thing is missing is a Steam Room, it would be great if they made a steam room here.Regarding towels, its disappointing that they are no more provided which we paid for (with the extra fee that they charge after few months being a member, they specificall explained that fee was for towels) . Other than that I love it.

Same as other reviews have a contract with Dynamic Fitness Post Oak, the gym closed and transfer to another location. They want to charge me 150 dollars to cancel my membership, but I found a loop in the contract that says it must be a Dynamic fitness center or owner the new relocation. So I just call the new location and they say the are not own by Dynamic nor their owner. You can call and cancel it by telling them the new gym its not own by Dynamic and try to not get charge.What a horrible experience I am having. By the way they will give you a Email that does not exists and a phone number that does not work.

I would give a negative number if allowed by Google. Dynamic Fitness originally was by the Galleria. When I tried to close out my account, as Ive done with any gym around the U.S. over the phone, the receptionist and manager said they would not accept unless I went in person even though I told them I was leaving town for work and no longer needed their gym for obvious reasons. They refused and wanted me to come in person to cancel. This is horrible service during the customer life cycle in my professional opinion. A word to the wise business owner, you can do great things for customers 100 times and barely get referred for new business BUT it only takes 1 bad experience to spread 10 times more.

I joined this gym back in November with a killer black Friday deal (shout out to Nate for layin it out!). Along with getting a membership I started training with Willie Davis. LET ME TELL YOU, this man has changed my life!! Ive been training with him now for a little over 6 weeks and the results are incredible. I see my body getting stronger and slimmer and Willie has done such an incredible job at understanding and catering to my specific needs. I want him to train all my friends and family members. Hes charismatic and kind and so invested in your journey. If youre looking to start training, I highly recommend.

Im coming up on being a member for a year now with Dynamic Fitness and I love it!! When I first started I was hesitant but Nate did such an amazing job and encouraged me to get a personal trainer and I did and havent looked back since. Im only there two times a week so the extra push and accountability are needed for me. Of course it helps me coming back since Jennifer is always so friendly with me each time I check in. Very rude managers!I called several times with no luck and finally spoke to two managers who were extremely rude!

They wont stop billing you when you make changes. And they keep billing when they say they arent billing. Might just be better off with another gym so you can actually just work out instead of argue with them about billing.

It was an excellent sport club i found in the area. Friendly instructor and wide area. affordable fitness equipment to used and it was warm inside and it was a safety gym i had known in the area. Thank you.

All the negative post about the Pearland location and unreasonable cancellation fees are true. Sales people work to close the deals while experienced sales people work to sell you personal training. I joined this gym and after one visits never returned. When I tried to cancel they just handed me a phone number. Almost a year later I called again to cancel and I was told they would charge me $120 to let me out of my contract. That saves me a whopping $40 from my total contract agreement. I told the manger (John) that I havent seen that Gym in 8 months, but he continued to act as if he was doing me a favor. I hope you enjoy yet another negative review. Ill ride out my contract and gladly cancel at the end of my one year. Too many other choices in the area.

Be aware! If you do not pay to cancel your membership they will send it to collections and they will keep calling you. If you do not pay it goes into your credit. Its a gym, people always sign up and quit it shouldnt mess up your credit!!! This gym is BS.

I go really early available equipment is not an issue. One big problem is upkeep. There is an leak in the ceiling by the free weight machines. There always seems to be a 5 gallon bucket catching the water, with towels on the floor to soak up over flow. This morning however was completely dangerous. There was a puddle that was at least 15 feet towards the free weights. Employees everywhere, and no one doing anything. The buckets were over flowing. These are 5 gal buckets over flowing. It didnt happen in minutes. It took hours for these things to fill up and NO ONE was doing anything to empty them. Customers walking through the water, ridiculous. Someone is going to fall and own this place.I was there almost an hour, and right before I left, the girl at the front counter brought a couple more towels and put them in the puddle, but left the full buckets and the towels did nothing. The puddle was well past the towels.Management needs to step up.

Please believe all of these reviews. The Pearland location is very dishonest. Make sure you demand that they highlight important details that they tell you about your contract if you do decide to become a member. They are scammers. I repeat they are scammers.

I like gym. Gym is where I can get big. This gym is good gym, becuz the weights are heavy.

Gym experience is good, but when you join solely because of the childcare it becomes a pain when you drive 20 mins and you can’t work out because they can’t accept anymore kids. This is clearly becoming an issue with this facility. You’d think they would increase their hours to accommodate the members. To have childcare open for 3 hrs on a weekend is just poor business. This fact alone is pushing me to cancel my membership.

Been a member of this gym for years. Utilized a trainer. Love the free weights and ability to get in and out. If youre focused when you enter this gym, you shouldnt have an issue. The gym full right after work as all gyms are. Thats why being open 24hrs a day for the work week is a plus!

I recently visited this location on March 6 and i was very impress. I loved the openness of the gym and the cleanliness of it as well. I was given a tour by the gym manager Nathan. He walked me around the entire gym and explained the functionality of each area.

No towels, no paper towels anywhere. I was told to blow my nose with toilet paper and that it was too much trouble for them to clean dropped paper towels to stock the dispensers. They would rather inconvenience paying customers than their own paid staff.

I love the gym. Have been members for yesrs. But nothing is more frustrating than having 8 TVs at the treadmills and only 3 are the same channel with the other 5 being dynamic fitness infomercials. Even when major sporting events are on, unless its ESPN they wont be showing them. This is not a priority to them while it is to me and my husband.

Dont even think about joining this gym unless you got money to give away. They will push you real hard to get a personal trainer that could cost you $220.00 - $600 a month for one to two sessions per week. Even if you get a trainer he/she will work with you for about 20 -30 mins and it is not worth the cost. Read the fine print on any and all paperwork because they dont tell you about all the hidden charges.As soon as you sign up they will hit you with a Enhancement fee $54.11 that is yearly. Right after you sign up for a trainer, they will be pressuring you to get the trainer for another 3-6 months. It is not a bad gym to workout just dont get the trainer.
