Best gym and awesome people. Good place to focus and get help from trainers

Knowing my kids and myself are safe while working out is my number one priority. While smaller than the corporate gyms, this one has everything we need and want. Charlie and staff are fantastic. It feels great to be back in the gym after a very long hiatus.

Great little gym. Has everything you need. Never have to wait for any equipment. Very friendly and knowledgeable owner who is on premise often. Highly recommend.

After joining last night I decided to stay for about 2.5 hours working back, abs, and throwing in a little cardio. Initially, I trained at Planet Fitness in Shadow Creek. However; the crowd became too much along with people not understanding how to not hog virtually everything. Last night was one of the best and longest workouts Ive had in a long time. Management was on point and quick to get me in. I got to witness one of the trainers working with a few people doing an excellent job. The people working out were actually really polite and even allowed me to hop on a few machines in between sets. The gym was clean, the people were clean, and overall it was just a great feeling. If all my workouts end up being like that I can see this being my gym for a very long time.

This is a Great Gym!! 24 hour access and great fitness classes that will help you meet your fitness goals in record time while teaching you self defense. A useful thing to learn while getting an incredible workout. It also has all the the equipment of a normal gym. All this for a great price. I can’t say enough good stuff about this place!!

Absolutely love this place! This is like my home away from home. Ive been coming here for several years and I still get excited to come workout here. Hardly ever packed and always kept clean. The owner, Charlie really cares about the gym and its members. Plus, you can workout here ANYTIME!

I have been to and experienced many gyms, but no gym comes close to the experience I have had at Anytime Fitness. The staff here are extremely welcoming and make sure that all your needs are met. The gym equipment is all brand new and the staff puts in a lot of effort to keep the place extremely clean!

I used to go to this gym, I wanna go back . I really recommend going to anytime . It’s the best gym Iv been to. All the staff are so friendly and it’s always so clean . Going to anytime fitness helped me especially time schedule wise. I lost 20 or more lbs going I always looked forward to working out.❤️

Since the new owner, Charlie, took ownership of this location he has made some HUGE improvements. Before he came along, the equipment was outdated, the gym was dirty, and it wasnt ever properly staffed.The gym has been reorganized with a more efficient layout, he added a new deadlift zone in the free weight area, new equipment is arriving almost daily, and the amenities that were recently added to the restrooms are amazing (towels, toothbrushes, hair ties, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, deodorant, etc.). As a member, these improvements mean a lot because it shows that the owner cares.After talking to Charlie, you will immediately feel at home and always welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares, not just about his gym, but about his members experience and their fitness goals.No excuses, ladies and gents. This place is legit!

These guys run a really clean gym, and are super easy to deal with if you ever run into any issues. There was a small billing issue that I had and the owner actually called me personally to apologize and resolve the issue the same day that I brought it to their attention. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Pearland area!

Im using my 7 days free pass, trying to decide which gym to join. So far, I like the vibe of this gym, its clean, great new equipments, wide range of dumbbells. I heard the staff they will get two additional treadmills, and benches.

My wife and I visited and joined the gym today. We met with staff member Kaylee and she was awesome. She took her time in explaining procedures and signing us up. Hassle free. Extremely professional and friendly. We cant wait to start our work outs. Oh! I forgot to mention... This place looks spotless clean. Great layout with all the equipment needed. I really loved my experience at this gym, and I only cancelled because I had to move and there wasn’t any close to my new apartment. The equipment is really great and it’s never crowded. I used the studio room with the projector for spinning class (there’s two spin bikes), kick boxing and a HITT class. The owner is really helpful and has great customer service. The only con is the treadmill thread is a little worn out on one of the machines. It’s a really convenient and safe gym. I always felt comfortable going as a single woman at 4am, 5am and even 11pm.

Very nice Anytime Fitness facility/gym. All of the equipment were relevant to experiencing a meaningful workout. The owner was easy to talk to and took the time to explain gym procedures.

Charlie is so welcoming and kind. The gym is clean and very convenient. My husband and I are really going to love it here! If you go to a big gym, I highly recommend switching to this one.

Small but comforting gym. Decent equipment. They no longer have the free trial pass as advertised on their website, so that was a bummer.

Great place to work out. Quiet and low traffic times work great for me. Have not done it yet but I stay up very late. Good to know I can at 2 a.m. if I darn well please.

If youre looking for a 24/7 inclusive and clean gym with impeccable customer service, Anytime Fitness on Broadway is the gym for you. I was tired of overcrowding at other global gyms and spent a lot of my workout time waiting on gym equipment. At Anytime on Broadway, I can go at peak hours and get my workout done without any issues.I believe that the owner, Charlie, makes this gym incredible. He is attentive and accommodating to your needs.

When it comes to choosing gyms I take it very seriously. Ive been to many Anytime locations and recently since one of the new owners Charlie has taken this gym over, it has gone through major improvements and the gyms atmosphere Followed by awesome upgrades with the equipment. Restrooms are much more sanitary and also training areas. I talked to many other members and they are very happy what they are seeing lately. Some days you might even see Charlie in the gym cleaning, maintaining equipment are just stopping in just to make sure we are all happy with the gym. Im very happy that someone like him that is sincere about health & fitness has taken this gym over. Anytime Fitness Pearland is the way to go!!!!

This gym is always clean, has what I need, and Charlie welcomes me every day. I never experienced this kind of friendliness and personal service at a large fitness chain such as 24hr or LA Fitness. Youll love it here!

Clean and friendly people

Charlie recently took over as owner of this place and has made a HUGE difference. First and foremost, he is ALWAYS there greeting every customer as if they are his one and only. He greets everyone with a genuine and welcoming smile, and is never too busy to take a question, comment, or concern. He recently brought in a TON of new equipment, stocked all of the private showers with everything anyone could need, and everyone can tell that he genuinely cares about his customers. Charlie is a great man and I am a lifelong customer.

All I can say is WOW! New owner and such a turn around. The gym is clean and well maintained and everyone is friendly. I am impressed and happy to be back after leaving due to the conditions from the last owner. Thanks again Charlie, my wife and I appreciate your hard work in getting our neighborhood gym back to being awesome.

Second time coming here. Equipment is nice, weights are racked properly AND they have chalk!! Staff is cool, one of the guys there was handing out power bars to all of the peeps working at. Definitely one of the better Anytime Fitness Gyms.

So after buying the Anytime Fitness gym in Katy TX a little over a year ago, and kicking butt to turn that gym into an awesome place for anyone to get a great workout at, we decided to do the same thing when we bought the Anytime Fitness gym in Pearland a few weeks ago. From the new equipment that we added to the amenities that we have added to make for a better gym experience. Wed like to invite you to come in and take a tour and tell us what you think. With regular staffed hours: Mon-Thurs 10-7, Fri 10-5 and Sat 10-2. You can call or email and wed gladly meet you outside of staffed hours as well.

Just joined very friendly staff and super clean gym. Only improvements is maybe a hot sauna and drink dispenser.Over all nice equipment, good price and quiet place to work out very impressed.Please keep it up!TeamGeren

I love the equipment and that it can track my progress. So far I have been to Paris and Egypt lol. The managers are very friendly and helpful. I would love it if my fellow gym members would re rack the weights in their proper place. Outside that its great.

Charlie, the owner, has impeccable customer service. Even when I went in to cancel my membership due to not using the facilities he was professional, didnt push me to change my mind, and even cracked a smile on the way out. This gym is by far one of the best gyms I have been to. I have always maintained a gym membership, and currently have 2 seperated gyms due to commuting an hour everyday for work. I have to say when the new owners took over this particular gym, they know how to make their business stand out. the staff is extremely helpful, and the owner is very personable. They made many modifications to this location to make it accommodating for both genders. the equipment is very clean, and you never have to wait your turn. I also like that they provide essential toiletries available when needed. I have never experienced a gym that provides; hair ties, razors, tooth brush ect for your convenience. This gym and facility has by far, exceeded my expectations.

Ok gym, bad policy. I signed up for month to month instead of a yearly contract, as I travel a lot. After a month they notified me that they have to cancel my membership if I dont get at least a yearly contract. Wow, commercial gyms, great sense of business! I will find someone else who will want to take my money. Bye!

Being a member of Anytime Fitness is awesome, no matter where you go you walk in with confidence that everything is in order and clean. BUT Pearland is my absolute favorite. From all the new equipment to the staff. Charlie has really taken the time to create the best enviornment. Its rare for me to see and have direct contact with the owner of a gym. But he does this to make sure that you have the best expierence as a member and part of this fit cummunity.

Note to Owner: I travel throughout the southeast with work. Visit many Anytimes in my schedule. Housekeeping standards in the gym here are subpar at best. Went two days in a row and the garbage cans were full and bathrooms filthy. You also need more 45lb plates. You have (7) machines that take plates and a combined 630lbs between all of them.

Bad experience and I havent even used this gym yet. We got a groupon scam and the manager confirmed it was a scam when we showed up to an appointment that we made with a trainer. The trainer nowhere to be found. However, the manager known about this since last month. As to what reason that they failed to remove the listing (as it is still available to purchase), is beyond me. If you known this was a scam, why not call groupon? Dont you care about your business name? Clearly not!This incident alone just show me that they dont have a good team communication, dont care about their business name and their potential clients. Anyhow, Im working with groupon to get my refund now but Im not returning here. Thats for sure.
