Epics plumber, Chance, was extremely pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He diagnosed quickly the strange noise my A/C units drain was making in my upstairs bathroom sink, removed and replaced a cracked sink tailpipe plus P-trap, re-routed a portion of my A/C drain line to reduce the likelihood of clogging in the future, installed shut-off valves on both drain lines to assist in future line maintenance and flushed both water heaters. All projects were done competently, at a reasonable price, in around 3 hours. Attic work was done under extremely hot/humid conditions.I have used Epic before and have always received top-notch service.

They were friendly and were able to come out right away to unclog outside drains. Epic also came up with a solution to help it drain better. They did a great job! Thank you! I would recommend!

After 4 frustrating days with unfulfilled scheduling issues with a premium home warranty service, I searched the web for Best Plumbers in Pearland. I found that EPICs listed services was what we needed. I called late that day; but they promised to call the next morning to confirm an appointment. They did. Wonderful customer service and they were quick to come out to my home when others told me it would be a few days before I could get service. The technicians were very professional, did what was necessary to fix my problem, and then were thorough in making sure the issue was resolved. They did not charge me for more than I needed or suggest additional repairs that were unnecessary at the time, and their prices were very reasonable, especially for their attention to detail. We contacted Epic for an estimate to repair/replace our waterheater. The service techs were professional and curious and were able to check our older heater and explain in easy to understand language how the process to replace works and offered a fair price.While we didnt replace the unit yet, we will use Epic Plumbing when we are ready.

William arrived on time, masked for Covid & wore shoe coverings. He found the causes of the leaking toilet and repaired it. He cleaned the area when finished and removed all of his supplies. The toilet & floor were spotless! He also wiped down all door handles & light switches with Clorox wipes! How nice to have a working toilet and NOT have to clean up after the technician!

I had a whole house re-pipe. Sergio and Albert did a fantastic job. Sergio was really careful when he had to cut the sheetrock. He cut a minimum amount of holes. Far less than I would have expected. All the work was done to code. They were great about cleaning up at the end of each day. Very happy I chose Epic for this service.

Epic is definitely the honest plumber! They have repaired a hot water tank system that was emptying prematurely because of how the original plumber linked them together. Now we dont run out of hot water after just one 15 minute shower.After the terrible freeze and Winter Storm Uri, Epic and Mark Worley also saved our keister when we had a leak in an outdoor faucet that was enveloped in a pillar surrounded by stucco and stone. They did the hard hammering to get to the pipe and repaired it quickly. We were so happy we could turn the water back on to the main house and could take showers again!The other great thing about these folks is communication. They stayed in contact with us to let us know how far down the list we were and when to expect someone so we could plan our day accordingly without having to sit around forever. I cant say enough good things about the whole experience.

The process of requesting service, scheduling and confirming my appointment was very professional and Shelby arrived at the beginning of the two-hour window that was originally communicated to me. He was very thorough in diagnosing my plumbing issues and provided me with a detailed cost estimate for each of the repairs before starting the work. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work and will contact Epic again for any future plumbing needs.

Cameron and Marcus were very professional from start to finish. Although Cameron had to deliver bad news right before Christmas that our hot water heater had to be replaced, he cut straight through the BS and explained exactly why my hot water heater was no longer serviceable. He clearly explained the length of repair and the expected costs, cutting me a deal on the second hot water heater as we have a two 40 gallon tank system. Chance was the plumber who installed our tankless water heater and he was great! He claimed it would take around 6 hours for the conversation but it only took him around 4. After installation he walked me through some important information I needed to know. I will be calling Epic Plumbing again when I need work done in my home.

Called for water heater issue. Had a service tech here in one and a half hours. After he looked at it, we discussed the cost/benefit of repair vs replace. There was no pressure involved in the decision making from the tech. I decided to replace the old water heater with a new one. Had the new one delivered within a half hour of making my decision. Installation went smooth, even getting old one out/new one into the attic. The price was fair and reasonable. The work was done professionally.
