I have Used A-Better Plumbing to fix a busted pipe in the attic and again for leaking underground pipe in my yard. Both times this company was able to fit me in on short notice. the technicians have been so professional and courteous and do really good work at a fair price. They also show me exactly what the problem is before they fix anything and patiently answer my plumbing questions. This is the only plumbing co. I will use!

Just used them because both of my toilets were clogged. They arrived promptly and fixed them quickly. Russell was great with my dogs too and gave sound advice. They are based in Pearland but had no issues coming to Houston and providing great service at a reasonable cost.

A Better replaced two grinder pumps at a cost of $4k and gave us 1 year labor warranty - they worked good for 30 days then one of them went out. A Better immediately said that it was our fault the pump went out and wanted to charge us another $2,300 + when we questioned that they became very rude told us they were going to file a mechanics lien on the property and vowed they were going to get there money one way or another. I do not recommend this company -

First of all, you can’t beat same day service! I called A Better Plumbing first thing this morning to replace a water heater and Sandy was able to provide me with a quote over the phone and provide an eta for a technician to be at my home after noon. The technician called when in route and I couldn’t be more impressed with Ronnie & Isreal. Excellent service!

Needed sewer line to hook up from septic to city . From first call, the response was professional and fast. We had gotten a previous estimate from another company and A Better beat it and did a good job. Jose’ is a number 1 worker and strives to please the customer. I called 3 companies about fixing a leak in my water line outside my house - #1 said they cant do it, #2 said the earliest they could have someone out was 1 week, and #3 was A-Better Plumbing who said they could get someone there the next morning. They gave me an estimate right away, got to work, and charged exactly what he estimated.

Great Company! They provide the best plumbing service that I have never had. Ronald replied my message at midnight. Next day morning, the plumber stop by my house and fix our problem. They explain everything in details. The price is quite reasonable. I already used their service three times last year. Very satisfied. I will refer them to my friends without any doubt.

They were on time for our appointment. They were supposed to give me a quote on redoing out bathrooms. Couldn’t answer questions about pricing between tile floor in shower or acrylic basin. Still have not received quote over a week and a half later.

I had called them for a job that wasnt an emergency, but still showed up within the hour, and it was the owner. Great service and very personal. That meant a lot to me as an owner of Restoration 1 of Pearland - Nassau Bay. If you want a reliable company for emergency services or for any specific needs, this is the company you should call.

Had A-Better plumbing out yesterday to look at my 15 year old Ruud water heater, it was leaking water into the drain pan. After talking with the tech I decided on a replacement unit, the service was outstanding and the tech did a great job cleaning up after the service. Building a new house in Alvin. Sandy & Roland have been EXCELLENT during bidding, proposals & execution. Had a little hick up this morning, but Roland came out and issue was resolved in about 30 minuets. Turns out it was a minor issue that I thought was a bigger one. :) I would highly recommend them for ANY of you plumbing needs. (New construction or existing residence). I had a great experience with A-Better Plumbing. In the late afternoon on Friday, I started noticing water pouring out from around my bedroom vent... it turns out the AC drain (stand pipe) leading to the attic was backed up and water was leaking out. I called A-Better Plumbing and Ariel showed up less than an hour later. He and Alejandro cleared the drain and poured gallons of water down the cleared drain to be sure it was good. Also, while Alejandro was running the snake, Ariel took the time to probe and dig and helped me locate two buried french drains in my backyard (no additional cost). I cant say enough how pleased and thankful I am for those guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have had to call A Better Plumbing out on two occasions (Pipes busted in the kitchen and then heater started leaking) over the last 3 years. They respond quickly, service is excellent and pricing is fair and reasonable.

I have used this company for several years until recently. I waited a week and a half for an appointment and then the afternoon of the appointment they call and cancel and Im told that they want to tell me now tell me the price they are going to charge which has never happened before..........They wanted me to pay two service calls even though it was one call with two items being repaired.......................needless to say I have a new plumber.

Called three different local plumbers on a leak at my main on a saturday and could not get one to come out untill monday morning. These guys came that day and the price was a couple hundred less than any others quoted. Never calling anyone else but these guys...
