The salon is well maintained.But, the Staff is not presentable.They get rude sometimes if you ask for fancier cuts.They need to hire more women looking ladies and less of manly women.I would not go there as I need a neck massage and shampoo.I pay 35 dollars for the service and not just to waste my money. Gotta find a better location.

Ive been getting my haircut with Alyssa for the last year or so. Alyssa always has a smile and shows her great attention to detail. I am pretty particular about how my hair is cut and she is never without advice when I ask what or how I should maintain my hair. I will always comeback to have my hair with Alyssa at Sports Clips!

Haircuts ain’t cheap, so give the customer a satisfying haircut or lower the price.This lady had an attitude or something, she just wants to finish the haircut in 5 minutes. No attention to detail. Went home to fix her mess ups.

Call to see when the person that has cut my hair before and was told she would be available at 3:00 her name is Hope who I think is the manager. I plan my day to be there at 3 walk at 2:59 two. And no customers in there two people working and I didn’t feel comfortable with the other one and the one I had requested had just come in and I am told she is going on lunch she can do my hair at 4.How rude she cut my hair in 10 minutes Did not care about Inconveniencing me.She can actually afford to miss a meal.I will never go back. I have a friend that just got his hair cut there and said they were not taking coronavirus precautions he sick now just went to have a Covid test waiting for results thinks he got sick from there.

This is my POV personal experience...I walked in with a mop head and I explained to my hairdresser how I wanted my haircut the barber was very nice and friendly I was able to keep a conversation due to the fact that I am social distancing the barber also commented on my face mask which made me feel good because although we couldn’t see each other we still were super aware of what was going on anyways I loved my haircut I would go back and I would recommend my barber or stylist or hairdresser.

I have been to other Sport Clubs and this has a great staff!! Alyssa is the bomb of hair stylist. Been seeing her since she been there, almost two years. Ask for her.... you will be happy.

My son just wanted a trim and got more than half of his haircut. Also haircut did not look professional it was very noticeable that it was uneven.

Not even a haircut stylist, she gave me a haircut and beard in 10 minutes, that was the worst style I have ever got on me, which my style is just a classic, the barber who got me that cut were not cute, not helpful,not friendly,and not a barber even.when she got the job done in 10 minutes, I got a shock, I just said not bad, just I wanted to leave that place and go to other one, they charge 25 dollar for making my hair dump in worst.I SWEAR, THE CHINESE BARBER, DOING BETTER THAN YOU DO, AND CHEAPER.Will post this on my social media accounts btw .

First time at this location. Was not busy so I got right into a chair. Staff was polite. I asked for a basic men’s cut 2 1/2 on the sides and back and blend to finger length top. No special requests. When I got home I realized the cut was poor. My sideburns were untouched. They were longer than my sides. Maybe the sideburn mullet is a thing? The blending or tapering wasn’t done well in the back. I take responsibility for not checking before I left. I assume she was just inexperienced. I’ll go somewhere else tomorrow to get it fixed.

Love this location they are always friendly and prompt. Chelsie is our stylist and she does an excellent job with my nephew who is a wiggle worm when it’s time to cut his hair.

Brother and I went in for cuts, each had a stylist completely mess up our hair. It was bad enough that we drove to a barber immediately after to get them fixed. Save your money or only go with one of the older stylists who may have more experience. For what it’s worth, he got a mid fade, I had a 3 on the sides blended to 5 on top. Both were disastrous.

This location used to be my favorite when I lived in Pearland, Pasadena and Kemah area. Over the last several years there has been so many new managers and stylists that it is hard to come back for steady continuity.

First time at this location. Haircut was ok but it wasnt what I wanted. They cut way too much off and used the electric clippers too much. They used the clippers for 85% of my haircut. It should be closer to 50% if not less, preferably just on the lower half of the sides and back, then blending the rest in with the scissors while scissoring all of the top. She used the clippers even on the top of my head to blend in with the sides. This is just way too short and cheap looking. My bangs that i like to keep long for styling purposes were completely shortened to the same length as the rest of my hair on the top with the scissors at least.This haircut would be good if i were in the military but thats not what i signed up for when i walked in.

I go in for a hair cut and get some girl who doesnt listen. Didnt even strike up a conversation. Didnt listen to my instructions she just cut it and combed it they way she felt. No Trim around the ears, No Eyebrow trim. She put gel for some reason, I always do a Low Fade and a dry cut. Tried to upsell Ill never let her touch my hair again. This place is going downhill fast

Another cut that took way too much off. We even showed a picture of exactly how my son wanted it - his own picture from last year. When I commented to the girl afterwards, she just shrugged her shoulders. The cut is uneven too. Thats the third Sports Clips with the same poor cut. Never again.

Avoid Nancy if you want anything except abrasions and a close shaved head. She is clumsy and seems inexperienced. After asking if I wanted my sideburns trimmed she proceeded to shave my beard off. She dropped a towel in the sink and then tried to put it on my face, the towel was sopping wet and she ended up soaking my clothes. Now I get to go to work for the next couple weeks looking like I cut my hair myself blindfolded. Management was apologetic.

The manager left recently and the quality of cuts tanked. Never going back again. They didnt cut the hair around my ears evenly. All i needed was the bottom half of my head shaved a little shorter and they managed to mess that up. Boyfriend came in with me and had an equally bad experience.

Best Sports Clips Ive been in. Laura did an excellent job on my hair. Although it isnt the closest Sports Clips, I will take the longer trip for the quality experience.

My first time to ever write a review, mainly because my standard guy cut is about 4 of hair on the left side of my head, and 1 on the right side of my head. First time Ive wanted to get back and get a recut cause I paid $20, but not sure I even want to step back in...

Walk in got helped right away. It is a typical SportClips. The tvs here showing some shooting. Got my hair cut. It was a quickie hair cut; lasted about 10 mins. Came home and noticed she didnt cut the hair around my ears. The women asked me to hold my ear down because it was keeping her from doi g a proper fade. That is the first time that ever happened to me. I am at 50% about going back, not gonna use the same barber.

Professionals ..... especially Raquel... she cuts hair the way I want even if it takes more time then a normal haircut .. keep it up
