Avoid Linda Darnell! Her office will screw up your whole familys driving records, and not apologize or offer to fix THEIR mistakes.I was a customer for over 3 years. Last March, I got into a small accident (~$5000) in a parking lot. The only vehicle involved, no other damage. When I called Lindas office, they recommended a good repair shop and I am 98% satisfied with the work. The issues come about when Linda flagged the accident against my driving record (expected), AND my wifes record. My premium didnt just go up, it went through the roof. $235 was standard, then to $345, the next month to $555...A MONTH, no warning or reason, just a new bill in the mail. When I had to add my daughter to my insurance policy (got her license), Linda wanted $789/Month. So, I wanted a second opinion and called around for price quotes. Other insurance companies asked me how my wife and I both were drivers in the same accident on the same day in the same vehicle, but not my insurance company... When I called Lindas Allstate back and asked about it, they refused to removed the accident from my wifes driving record, and they refused to adjust my bill from being over-charged. This was on, or about the 20th of the month, so I asked if I was paid current, and I was. I let her know I was canceling my policy at the end of the month, and I did. Now, she has sent me bills for another $440, that I will absolutely not pay, and she has turned ME in to collections.I will say her staff is always pleasant to speak with, even when theyre screwing you over. I do not recommend Linda Darnells Allstate office.

Linda and her staff are very helpful and friendly. They responded right away to all my questions and were very thorough and informative. They made sure all my questions were answered in a timely manner and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my allstate policy. I would HIGHLY recommend this group if you are looking for a change of insurance or even if you have allstate and just arent that satisfied with the current customer service you are receiving. I have never come across a more capable group of insurance agents.
I am impressed with the continuous excellent service Linda and her staff have extended to satisfy all my questions while suggesting the best value to cover all my insurance needs. Insurance can appear to be a complex issue however my confidence in having a knowledgeable Allstate agent handle my different issues has made me a very satisfied policyholder.
