Im really appreciative of their services. They are really a good mix of professionality and a mom & pop store kind of personalized service. They are responsive and they take time in explaining your options as well as helping you out in figuring things out in the complexity of insurance world. Ive been with them for some time now and could not be any happier! This is coming from me, who is really not happy with most insurance agencies, I highly suggest them! It has been all positive and helpfulMiss Ann the lady their is kind and work hard to help me. I had e a serious issue by car was set on fire some how on school campus. no one saw a thing . Only the inside was damage seats dash andI was in a rental by the next day and new car in less than two week they paid off my old car.So they are helpful and honest I give high marks to the Allstate because of Miss Ann she has excellent customer service the lady is very honest and helpful she was to me when i needed it .

When I walked into Heidrichs Allstate Insurance, I was not very knowledgable about the ins and outs of insurance, cant say I was overly excited about the thought of sitting in an office forever trying to understand the mumbo jumbo I thought I would hear. I walked in and noticed the friendly and fun atmosphere and felt instantly at ease. Ms. Ada Hill explained everything I needed to know in order to make wise insurance coverage decisions and what I appreciated is she did not talk over my head. I felt as though I was talking to a good friend who cared about me. I dont think you can ask for anything more.

Have been waiting for a Quote to get Insurance for two days with NO response at all, and Voicemail every time I call the office poor Customer Service in my opinion!
