Awful! Do yourself a favor and go to another State Farm agent! Jenna gave me the worse experience ever! Rude, charging me money on the spot to transfer from another state, and said nothing is free in Texas. The worse experience EVER! Basically told me that the Customer Service agent I dealt with at the Headquarters over the phone was a lie, as well as my agent Ive dealt with for years. She tried telling me they did not give me accurate information. Plus my monthly total for my insurance is more than $60 cheaper just by me choosing another agent in town. Being a State Farm customer since I was 16 I would never recommend this office to anyone! I have never experienced such customer service from any State farm agent in the 15 yrs I have been dealing with them. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS OR TIME!

We lost our windstorm insurance due to this team. We moved from one house to another. When applying to TWIA, they place their signature (without notifying us) stating the house was built before 2008. The house was built in 2015 and did not have a W-8. Even geared with this information, they put us at risk.Only advice, READ EVERYTHING.Not only that, but after cancelling.. this guy try to bill me again just this last month. What a unethical practice he has going here.

They are the absolute worst. Do yourself a huge favor and take your money elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years and just got notice that Im getting kicked to the curb for a couple not-at-fault claims over the years. And they gave me all of about 2 weeks notice during the holidays. They are rude, unhelpful and far too expensive for this kind of grossly disloyal service to their longstanding customers. If loyalty, customer service and professionalism mean nothing to you, then Jeremy Hooter is your top pick!
