I am a TFB member as well, but also run a business and TFB found a way to not pay a claim where another member backed into one of my company vehicles even with the member acknowledging it was his fault. Adjuster came up with a lame excuss to not have to pay and wanted to argue the facts. Talked with my personal agent who was supposed to at least inquire with the adjuster but agent has not returned a call since. Im done and will cancel all of the cars, home and umbrella policies that I have with TFB. Not that they really care... but in the long run it will cost them much more than this small claim. Some times you just have to stand on the principles of the matter.
I will never go anywhere else, customer service and prices are the best. Phone calls always answered immediately, they make everything so easy from adding a vehicle to answering questions I have. Employees that answer the phone are always so helpful and sweet.
I was rear-ended by an individual who is insured here and the company is absolutely no help. Out of pocket over $1200 (Rental and Tow ONLY, not vehicle is still not being repaired) right now for something that was entirely not my fault. I cannot STAND this company. Oh, by the way, if you want to contact them through their website, make sure you pretend its for Rate Pricing other wise there is an error code and it will not submit your inquiry. CROOKED!!!!!!!!!!!!
Joe has been my insurance agent since I moved to Pearland. Cannot say enough good things about the staff and service.
Been with TFB for years, but their not concerned about matters a customer can be concerned about.
