I`ve been with state farm a while and I have never ENCOUNTERED this type of customer services.. in the past I have worked closely with Lesly Tamez. She is awesome and is always able to meet my needs! Today I spoke with Oscar and I was not pleased with the services. I called with two specific questions and he informed me that he would get back with me. I waited two hours for a call back & NOTHING. I finally called back because it was after five and I really wanted to get this handled before the end of the business day. I call back and someone else answers and I waited to speak with Oscar. The first thing he says is Hello I`m glad you called back............... I was confused because I`ve been waiting for a call back from the agency. Anyway, I find out that only 1 of my two questions were answered. So it sounds like he did half of the job.. he was able to get a response from management about my first question but failed to get my second questioned answered then failed to follow up with me........... when I asked about the other question he chuckled and said Ohhhhh I forgot to ask this question was the most important because it concerned my payment options. Anyways, that was pretty frustrating and unprofessional especially after realizing that you did inquire about my question, but failed to call back, forgot to ask the most important question then brushed it off as if it was nothing. NOT PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE.

The team is very pleasant to work with, but make sure that you ask them to double check your quote before you make a decision. The representative I worked with is awesome and holds a really good conversation, but misquoted me three times. I ended up having to pay almost $20 more per month than I was quoted the second time. I’m still paying less than I was with AllState, so that’s good. I said all that to say, have them double check your quote.

However when our policy expired they refused to renew our policy not only that they were extremely rude especially Oliver. The experience I had here was AMAZING! A gentleman named Matt Wigtil there saved me a ton of money on my insurance. I was paying $209 but after talking to him he was able to get me a rate $97 a month for the same coverage!!! I got in one accident once I had my insurance with them and it was handled great. The experience I received after it was exceptional. I recommend them to all of my friends and family!

When trying to insure my 16 year old son several years ago this agency gave me a great price that no other company even came close to. Kevin luong was very helpful and knowledgeable and easy to work with. State farm had way better prices than usaa and Nationwide on automotive insurance. I dont know how they do it, but their quotes were much lower and my teen driver, who pays for his own insurance, was happy for the switch and the discount program (steer clear). State farm is definitely the way to go especially if you have a teen driver.

So let me say that NO ONE likes having an auto accident. However, if you happen to have an auto accident, these are truly the BEST folks to work with. Cant say enough good things about the exceptional level of service that I received after my auto accident. In under a few days, I had an entire team working on my claim and an appointment for an estimate. A few days later, I had an estimate of the damages done on my car and sadly, it was declared a total loss. As devastating as this was to me at the time, Kyle and Megan and the rest of the team in Pearland made this a seamless and painless experience. They helped me surrender my old car with one signature and handed me a check for my loss. They even helped me schedule to have my old car picked up from my home so that I did not have to deal with disposal. Furthermore, Megan helped me apply over the phone and get confirmed financing with STATE FARM BANK for my new car and helped me get it purchased on a SATURDAY, after normal business week hours. Even better, I had my STATE FARM policy modified and insurance cards issued into my State Farm APP before I drove off the dealer lot. That is top-notch service from a top-notch team. I was sent an e-mail asking me to provide feedback on my recent claim experience. All I can say is WOW! I did not even realize I had coverage for this type of loss. When I did call about it, Rosetta was quick and efficient. Rosetta started the claim process for me. I then received a call from the claim specialist assigned to my case. I literally spent 10 minutes on the phone with the claim specialist and then received a check for my claim 1 week later. I have been blown away with the quick and efficient way my claim was handled. Ive been a policy holder with State Farm for 4 years now. It took months to simply add an additional vehicle to my policy, and after checking my account I see that theyve been charging me $277 per month which is NOT what I was quoted. Its also more than what they charged me LAST month, which was also NOT what I was quoted. When I called I was told that these were really the best rates right now. I knew better than to add another car, and I dont even live in Pearland anymore. Im currently exploring other agencies.
