Went in on a Saturday morning with my fiancé, everyone working was super friendly and helpful. Kelly the manager was great helping us pick out wedding bands. We will definitely be back to make a purchase!

Best place to get your jewelry! My husband and I went to switch out my engagement ring 2 times and the manager Kelly & another older lady was very polite, patient and helpful with getting me the right fit. I felt at ease and welcomed throughout the service ! Great experience.Thank you K Jewelers 🤗

I was overcharged to size my engagement ring. Charged $450.00 which was outrageous for a simple gold band. Old lady working there at Kay’s north shore mall ripped me off. So disappointed.

Im usually a very patient customer because having worked in the customer field for years, I know how it can be. However, they take FOREVER. There was one employee in the back (not sure what she was doing) and the one employee helping a customer, took over 30 minutes and I just gave up waiting and left. Funny thing, she called the employee from the back to help another customer that walked in, but then went back to the backroom. Ill never return to this Kays Jewelers unless Im willing to wait an hour for any service.

Not one to write reviews (esp negative ones) but this place is unbelievable. Horrible customer service. Went back 3 times for a wedding band and then to be told they don’t have it. Said they would call us when they found the band, however never did. Complete run around and waste of time. Go to a different Kays or jeweler company.

Seems their business model is based on sliding hidden fees into receipts and then making refunds a hassle. Plenty of other jewlers around. Id go somewhere else first. If you do end up at Kays double check your receipt.

This place is the ABSOLUTE worst place to go i would recommend jarred or zales. this store does not do their jobs correctly or at all they go against what their CUSTOMER is saying they dont have manners at this store i would NEVER EVER buy another ring at this store.

This store is a delight. I enjoyed everything and everyone.I walked in to get my watch adjusted. I was literally swept off my feet by the warm welcome the hands-on manager Amy and the respect. If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I were shopping for wedding bands and decided to try Kays. It was a Saturday morning, and the store was busy. When we walked in, no one made eye contact with us or said hello, we will be with you in a few minutes. Nothing. After 15 minutes of being ignored, we left. We didnt expect to be waited on immediately, but still - its not that hard to acknowledge a customer. Walked across the mall and purchased our wedding bands at Zales and had a MUCH better experience.

Went here to get a ring for my girlfriend the stone fell out of the ring with in a week then I reordered another costing me 30 bucks.. the stone then fell out again.. this time when I reordered in came in the mail damaged... after sending it back again.. the stone fell out yet again... 4 times I had to send the ring back. Fed up with the place will never shop at kay again I should of went to Jared.
