Larsons Service was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be happier with the professionalism and fairness I experienced. Diane (owner) was extremely helpful and upfront about everything that was going to happen regarding my 06 Honda Pilot. After the initial evaluation of the undercarriage, we decided the best option was to trade in the car since the pending repairs would not be worth it. Diane even credited the evaluation at no cost to me. I will definitely be keeping Larson on my list for any future car servicing.
My battery died. Called AAA for a jump and then called Diane to check on age of battery. Since the battery was only 3 years old, Diane said to bring it in for a recharge. She also said have the AAA guy check the alternator, which he did. Got the car running and brought it in for a recharge. Was able to sit out back and read while the battery was recharged. No cost for the recharge and I was up and running the same day!
Cant recommend this place enough. Refreshing to encounter a business that truly cares in this day and age.
They took excellent care of my old Scion, and were honest when it came to a point where it would be more expensive to repair it than to buy a new car. I took their advice, and bought a Rav4. I brought her to Larsons for her first oil change and general maintenance check. They are fast, communicative, and care about the car and the driver.
When I first noticed the check engine light on, I headed right to Larsens. They quickly diagnosed the problem and got my car in quickly for service. They kept me informed as to what the problem was, how it could be fixed, and how much it was going to cost. Everyone at Larsens is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
Been using them for 4 years. It does not get better than this! Reliable, thorough, caring and excellent work quality. Hard to find such quality work today in other places particularly dealerships
Extremely dishonest when telling you something needs to get replaced but after inspecting the parts after the fact there was nothing wrong but they have no problem charging you the diagnostic fee even if your like me and spent $3000 at the place but can’t let that slide because I guess enough just isn’t enough, even the dealership will take the diagnostic fee off your bill if you chose to let them do the work, this shop up sells repairs and are extremely dishonest and don’t think about the customer and just the dollar. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.

I have had two major service visits over the course of about five months. Each visit is A++ and every time I take my car to the other guy (known for tires - big chain), I am sad because Ive spent more money and my problems only get bigger. Dont do what I did. Just pick Larsons every time. Smart. Dependable. Prices are decent and they make sense. Plus, when I needed to use my extended warranty, they took my MaxCare warranty and thats saved me so much more money! Diane and her staff are always friendly, informative and go above and beyond when it comes to getting the job done. They arent looking to charge you for work that doesnt need to be done and are honest and ethical. We refer people to them often when we can.

Ive been a grateful Larsons customer for almost 5 years.Theyve never let me down. When I bring my car in for its regular check up, they go over it from headlights to tail pipe. If they find an issue, they explain it to me in language I can understand. They advise me on the regular maintenance my hard working baby needs, but have never tried to push an unnecessary work.How much do I trust these folks?I do a lot of late night and all night interstate driving alone. But when I pull out of my driveway at 3am to to head for a job in New Jersey, the one thing Im not worrying about is my car.
I brought my vehicle in for the first time for repairs and the service was great. The people working there were pleasant and answered all my questions to the best of their ability. I would recommend Larsons as an excellent place for car repairs.

Honest and very trustworthy people! They have never tried to get us to do anything extra or unnecessary. Taylor is awesome and really knows her stuff. They are all so great. Its the first place Ive regularly taken my car to every 6 months. I trust their recommendations and judgment 100%. Thats sort of a big deal when it comes to mechanics, I think. =)
Larson’s Service station is the best! In today’s world they are a wonderful throwback to times when customer loyalty meant something to a business. I get all of my car’s servicing done at Larson’s because they’re honest and they do a good job. I never really thought about the loyalty thing, or expected anything for it. I had a problem with a broken windshield wiper connector during the winter, and a head light bulb yesterday. Both times Taylor told me they could fix it right then, no wait, no scheduling, and no hassle... Because I was a long time loyal customer. It’s absolutely wonderful having a good, competent, trustworthy auto repair shop “where everyone knows your name”. Especially when you drive a 15 year old car like I do.
My husband has been happy with Larson’s for years for his Honda, but I was taking my Smart Car to the dealership for maintenance and repair. At the dealership I felt overcharged and condescended to and I asked Diane Larson if she could work on my Smart Car. They did their research and have been giving me the best service ever since. I would recommend Larson’s to anyone, not just for their excellent service but for their exceptional customer service.
I cant say enough good things. Every once in a while someplace lives up to your expectations Its rare but it happens. This is that kind of place. From the first phone call to picking up my van it was exactly what I was hoping for. They take the time to explain what they are doing and take the time to show you the parts they replaced. It isnt the cheapest place but the prices are fair and the quality is excellent. The staff is friendly and informative. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them. My only problem is I wish I found them years ago.

Taylor is very helpful and explains everything that needed to be done. She worked with about the things I needed to have done, and the things I could wait a while before doing. I had a lot of things that needed to be done, so breaking it down was great so I didnt have to have everything done at once. Will go back there for the other repairs.

Chevy Dealership told me i needed a new engine. $5000 Larsons guys took 5 mins said Oh transition engine put in a heavy weight oil. Did a follow up at 3000 miles problem of excessive oil use gone. Total cost. OIL CHANGE. Total time playing stupid games with Chevy dealer over a year and a half. Larsons where common sense is a common virtue.
