Nails on the go! I stopped by on my way to Albuquerque and saw this place to get a much needed gel manicure. The people were friendly and hospitable. Thank you!

For the most part ok. Pedicure was good but the girl that did my fingers didnt really listen to me, not sure if she was new, but doesnt look like she went all the way down the sides of my nails, waiting for one to fall off. Ive been really careful. Dont know her name..

Depending on the day and who you get you could end up with a very good experience, other days I have had not so great experiences. I do have my one favorite nail technician and every time I go to him I get exactly what I want and how I want it.

They were able to take three of us for pedicures at the last minute on a Saturday. Did a great job with the pedicures, very thorough. And the staff was very polite and professional and personable

I asked for oval shaped nails and hot squares off nails. I also wanted to keep the length but she filed the nails to half their length. The tip disintegrated and didnt last a week.

2 weeks ago I had a manicure with the gel polish at Paradise. I perform intensive work with my hands and didnt expect the polish to last but maybe a week. My nails look freshly painted to this day.

My favorite nail place in Payson. I have tried others and always came back to Paradise. Now I dont even try others. This is my place!!

Buyer beware I was a loyal customer for 15 years. They recommended to do my eyebrows. I did,and regret having them done because when I came home. I noticed that they were two different shapes. I had to go to they valley to get them redone by a professional. Do not have your eyebrows done here.

I got my nails done and I had showed her an idea of the nails I had wanted and I got nothing even close to it. The nails are bumpy and crooked. She tried to speed through it and had me there for more than an hour just for them to come out terrible. Currently taking them off.

“Everybody” goes here and seems to love it. I’ve been three times, twice with an appointment. Every time I’ve been, I get passed from one technician to another! I’ve never experienced this anywhere else. It makes me feel like I don’t matter. And my manicure doesn’t last! I had to go back two days after my last one and have them fix two different chips (gel). It lasted after requesting another coat but the whole experience had a demeaning feeling. I don’t want to go back.

Cute little place! Located in the Safeway plaza. Make an appointment if you can, this is the only large nail salon in town and can get very busy at times. They all do well there and its fairly priced.

New to area, walked in...friendly and happy atmosphere...Tracy did my nails and they look fantastic! Shes very good and super nice too! Price was great as well!! Happy to have found this place! 😊

I love getting my nails done here! Clean place and they know how to get out ingrown toes. No bells and whistles but a down to earth place in little Payson that is clean. Nice hard working people in their. Its busy so I always recommend making an appointment!

The staff is rude and you can clearly tell that they talk about you. The pricing and all is good but I wouldnt reccomend UNLESS you get Michael or definitely Tracy.

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever received at Paradise. Hadn’t been since they combined the two businesses!! I have had very nice experiences before. Not sure if I will try it again .

Shopping. Love Paradise because it is the beat place in town for the price. I have been a few times before and it is usually where me and my friends go when we want to get our nails done and I have usually get the 25 dollar nail deal for gel but I have never got acrylics there yet but may try them in the future sometime when I go again.🧚‍♀️

Very friendly and helpful. Quick to be attentive to walk-in customers. They work as a teams to make sure you are serviced in a timely manner. The gentleman who did my foot and leg scrub, massaged my feet it was very theraputic. I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a pedicure. This place was open late and welcoming unlike some of the other locations in town. It is not a five star place but it is five star service. They are clean and use new files for each customer. If I ever come back to this area I would definitely stop in for a pedicure.

They dont communicate well. I asked how long a wait it would be, and was directed to sit at a manicure station, so I assumed I would be up next. I was left there with no magazine, no tv, nothing to do, for about 45 minutes. There were 3 different people who worked on my manicure, but the end result was good - neat, professional, and long-lasting.

It was my first visit and had the DIP gel manicure. Vivianne did an excellent job and everyone is friendly. A very happy atmosphere, great service and wonderful prices!

The odor of the acrylic is so strong I got a headache. They need some sort of ventilation. The gentleman was nice, but minimal English. The shouting in Vietnamese is really disconcerting . My pedicure consisted of a minor trim, very limited massage and a paint job that I could have done better myself. And not to mention for a$25 price tag . Glad I decided not to do the manicure for $25. Next time Ill wait to go down yo the valley.

Nail techs communicate in a foreign language. Makes me feel uncomfortable. 5hey always do a good job on my nails though.

This was the worse nail experience I have ever had! I wanted a color change with gel on my natural nail. She started by filing off the polish and when I asked her if it could be soaked off since it is my natural nail she acted as if she couldnt understand me. The polish job seriously looks like my 4 year old did it. I am not from this area and was just killing time and thought I would get a different color. I do not recommend this business.

Just moved to Payson from California. Very impressed very nice staff, clean, did excellent job. Had pedicure. Eye brows wax, eyebrows wax wasnt bad at all. Considering my thick eyebrows. Would recommend highly. Ill be back thats for sure. Prices resonalble for the quality of care they gave me.

If Michael was not there, I would find another place to go. Right now the acrylic odor is so strong. I sure hope the ventilation in there new location is better.

I asked for a gel manicure & this is what I got. A dremil to remove ALL old polish. A dremil to smooth, a dremil between dippings.To the point of BURNING the bed of my nails. No cuticle clean up. No lotion hand massage. I was told I need dipping powder polish. What the heck are you saying! My fingers dipped into a powder and who knows whod had there fingers dipped into same powder container previously. The edges of my nails were so jagged they tore up my pantyhose. The sanitation of the whole salon was scary. I pray I dont get some sort of infection.

The shop could use a good scrub but the service & people are excellent.

I have gone here many times and the service is amazing! They do exactly what you want and I have never had a bad experience!
