They are very friendly despite being very busy. It was one of the best pedicures I have recevied. The acrylic manicure was pretty as well, though there were a couple slightly crooked nails and a lump on one. But there were many regulars there so I believe it doesnt happen often. Just be sure to pay attention so that they will fix things throughout the process.Because they will.

Very nice staff. Clean environment. It is a little cramped but nothing uncomfortable. They were done with my mothers French tip acrylic at in about 30 minutes. They looked very pretty. My set was a little over an hour. I got acrylic with a gel overlay and a few embellishments. They turned out very pretty! I will be coming back for my fills!!

My nails came out decent but my nieces turned out terrible and I didnt look at them until we were already home. Color is not even and the gel on top of her nails are completely uneven and bumpy . I am very disappointed with this. She just wanted to have pretty nails. :(

My wife and daughter have been going here for years. Nate said there was no time to fill my daughters nails today understandable. Than a walk in comes through the door. She wants a full set and he takes her right away. The excuse was a full set is easier but he said there was no time at all so unfortunately we will not be returning. Make sure you set up an appointment unless you walk in and want a full set done because. Than you jump ahead of everyone else.

I had a full set with gel polish done in half an hour and they are gorgeous! I highly recommend 👌

They always do a fabulous job They are very nice and they remember who you are! As long as you are openly communicating and telling them right away they will fix any issues before you leave. You can even request a specific technician. Great customer service! Great quality!

I eat my vegitables and do all my chores just to deserve a pedicure here. Cute little place always busy but friendly and clean. Kjerstin was my last specialist and as much as I loved the finnished nails I could have stayed in her chair all day with the great treatment of the royal pedi. I would easily recommend them unless they get too popular that I couldnt get an appointment haha

My daughters had a good experience but the girl who did me forgot steps and didn’t do things my girls got like a hot towel she only pumice one of my feet and I had to tell her to go back in and fix things. I asked for my toenails to be trimmed and she didn’t do that either. My “massage” lasted 5 seconds it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received.

I LOVE it here! They’re efficient but perfectionists, cost effective but not cheap work, and they always find a way to squeeze me in even if I call last minute. I love Hoa and Kim, and Kjerstin actually did my nails the last 2 times and I love her too! She has great color and shape suggestions, and even though my nails are thin they never hurt me. Their place is super clean, and they are friendly and fun. Customer for life 🙌🏻

I never had done my nails, they were very good and I enjoyed the visit it was a good one. I like the atmosphere, never sa my self doing my nails til now. I had a manicure they took my hang nails cause they were starting to hurt me they, were gentle and my fingers started to heal.

Extremely unprofessional. It started out okay, the girl took me back to begin taking my previous gel color off as I was in for an acrylic fill. She burned my fingers with the drill several times while just taking the color off. After that she asked me to move back to the waiting area and she would be right with me. She then proceeded to play on her phone! She asked me to move so she could go on break! Absolutely ridiculous. If you’re not ready for me yet say that. Don’t start and then decide it’s time for a break! Terrible.

I have really been impressed with the staff and the great job they do. I like to get nail art and they are always good to try anything.

Bebe is the greatest!!! Had some ingrowns and pulled the right with very little pain at all!!! Havent found someone in years that could get them out like she did. Im going to definitely being back to her for sure. The shop over all was nice place and the people are great.

I had an awesome experience getting a basic pedicure from Lindsey! :) She seemed like she might be the owner because she took pride in her work with the details. Im 7 months pregnant so really appreciated that she scrubbed my feet thouroughally and did a wonderful foot massage! Also my toes look FAB!;D And my feet feel SO GOOD!

I am so picky about my nails that I previously drove 50 minutes every 2 weeks just to go to a nail place that I trusted. I have this place a chance, and I am so glad I did. Kim did my nails even BETTER than my previous nail tech & I only have to make a 10 min commute. Plus the salon is so cute & has a good environment. Freaking love this place.

I was so excited to go to royal nails! I had so many people tell me how fantatic they are and how great the prices were! So I booked an appointment. I went in with a picture of what I wanted(full set acrylic, gel black, white crossing lines over the top). It took an hour which I expected but when they said all done how will u be paying? I looked down and was so disappointed!!! The nails are not uniform in shape, rhe enges are not clean at all, the gel looks all gloopy, and the lines are absolutly horendous!! I would have said something and requested they redo them but I had another appointment to pick up my son. 3 days later the gel is peeling off and the nails are lose.......... All in all I will not be returning. $45 wasted................

First time coming here and Hoa did such an amazing job Im definitely coming back!

I went here and got a full set not only were they incredibly rough with me all 3 times I had to go back for fixing work (they jacked them up each time) they are also dishonest and not worth the money I am very disappointed in the work and they said they would not fix them again after a mistake on their part. I cannot afford a new set and I am now stuck with this dasister of a set. I am so upset about this. save yourself some pain and money and go somewhere else.

Kim is the best. I love her. My nails and my toes always look great when she has finished. I highly recommend this place for you fingers and toes.

Time well spent relaxing in their comfortable chair with the massage feature going while one of the cute ladies takes care of a great pedicure. This is a great place to go if you need to get your stress level down.Very attentive salon technician who did a great job working towards customer satisfaction. She was pleasant and talkative, very good at the total customer experience.

These guys are amazing! My nails are always perfect and dont ever break or lift! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the massage chairs are so nice! They can do almost any design or color you ask for and their color selection is endless! Highly recommend them! If you go once you will become a regular!

Not a great first (and last) time experience here. I got a new girl. While I understand everyone has to start somewhere, she wasn’t ready to work on paying customers. She tried hard, and took her time. But I had to ask multiple times for simple things to happen that should be a given with a pedicure. And even after I asked it didn’t improve. I paid $33 for their deluxe pedicure-an upgrade from the basic. It should have included a massage. I got some lotion rubbed into my legs. My feet don’t feel any less callused than when I came in. My polish job overall looks decent which is why I am giving this 2 stars instead of 1. I’ve had much better experiences for much cheaper.

I have been coming to royal nails for a while now and I always enjoy it and leave happy! I go in for pedicures and french tips and they do a great job! Got a pedicure here. It was good. Wish I had more time to relax my feet in warm water. Water was too hot and felt rushed out of there. It was 27.00 for a basic pedicure.

If you are a new customer, DONT come here! I had a pedicure from the new lady (who should not ever do nails again)! She cut my toe twice in the same spot and it was bleeding for a good 15 minutes. Then she insisted to try cutting the cuticle off that was still there.... (It was not a cuticle, but the skin that she had previously cut). Not only was that terrifying, but her paint work was the worst job I have ever seen at a salon. I had polish all over my toes (not just the nail) when I left there. I did not get a foot rub as listed in the pedicure list and was left with foot mask all over my legs. I had to ask for a rag to wipe it off myself. The man that did my nails wasnt bad but if you ask me, I would never go there again! I got a whole 5$ discount for my trouble. So, if you wish to pay close to 100$ for a nail set and pedi with the worst service ever than this is the place for you.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I went in to get my nails done and was having the dip system put on. They used the drill to pull the top coat off before soaking my original product off. As he was getting the top coat off he had the drill speed way to fast and took a chunk out of the of my finger causing it to bleed. Its been over a week now and its still trying to heal. On another note, I wanted to keep my nails since I had worked to grow them. On that same finger he ended up cutting my nail off. When it went to putting the dip on he had no intention of trying to make my thumb the same length as all my other nails. I had to ask him to put an acrylic nail on to try and even them out. Couple days after getting them done my nails all had separation from the product, not to mention the acrylic nail never had a good seat to the product, it had lifting right away.

Im very picky when it comes to my nails. I like them short, thin, and natural looking. After trying several different places over the years. This is the only place that does it EXACTLY how i like it. I will be a customer for life!

I have been nothing but pleased every time I have a pedicure here. Prices are great and the employees there are fun and relatable. They even took great care with my daughter (9) for her first pedicure. She loved every second.

Fantastic experience. Im an older, heavy set person and I have a hard time getting in and out of a lot of the Pedicure chairs. Their chairs are not close together so there is plenty of room. The chairs are in great condition. They were able to take 3 of us on a walk in basis and were extremely friendly. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very conscientious after I told him about my sensitive cuticles. First pedicure Ive had where my cuticles didnt bleed. I will be back.

This is Nathan...again...when we can’t take someone in because we are full means we can’t do it. When another person comes in an hour later as a walk in with something faster to do and with in our schedule for other clients we are going to take that person. Because when a full set white tip is short and simple it’s a lot easier than a fix fill with a design. Plus, the full set was less, yes we want to make more money but it’s about time and who we can fit in. You don’t know our work schedule and how to accommodate appointments if you did you’d be hired. Please payson city of Utah can we grow up and stop being children, just come and enjoy payson royal nails, I promise we do more things than most salons and when someone goes to another salon they always come back! Royal nails is the best ever!!! The owner (Hoa) takes the time to make sure everyone is satisfied. Everytime I go in she always makes sure to do her best job and she always brightens my day. I would highly recommend Royal nails they are the best place I have found!

My daughter had dip nails done when we were in California and paid $35 with manicure. Here they dont even do a manicure and it is $35. Then they charged me an extra $5 to have them painted as a french manicure. Four days in one of then has already chipped and one week in one has started to pull up. I went in to see if they would fixed it and they wanted to charge me money to do it. Doesnt anyone guarantee good work anymore? My daughters lasted over a month no problems, do not think I will be going back.

I’ve really enjoyed going here the last couple of months. The staff is very kind with great humor, reasonable prices, easy location and a clean welcoming little shop. I do recommend coming by and checking them out.

They are super helpful and go the extra step. I had my 2 pointer gel come off (maybe I was too rough on them with dishes?) And they fixed them right up! When I got there they were busy buy fit me in right away. Very nice and didnt make me feel like an inconvienieve (unlike the grumpy old lady getting a pedicure 😂). Love their Gel manicure. Who doesnt when you can enjoy a champagne and get your nails done. Their gel colors are endless and you can get a design with it as well with few extra bucks. Interior is such a feminine and girls are super nice. Love their music station as well. Must go place for nail in Melrose. Try their special pedicure which has hot stone massage.

I took my daughter here for some birthday pampering and we were given the royal treatment! All three employees who worked on us were so nice and polite! The biggest thing that impressed me was that everything was so clean and sanitary! Of all the nail salons Ive been to this was by far the cleanest. The decor was attractive and all of the chairs appeared new. I didnt expect something so nice in Payson, Utah. Really amazing experience! Thank you!

We made an appointment for 5pm for 2 people, we get there and there were still 7 people waiting to get pedicures and only 3 people working. If you book appointments book to the appropriate amount of dang employees you have!! This place has gone downhill big time. It used to be a fun relaxed environment, but with the new owners its been awful!!
