DO NOT GO HERE! Im new to the area and didnt see the other reviews until it was too late. First red flag, its one of the last businesses in an empty strip mall. The first lady Apparently didnt speak English and Im 99% certain she wasnt licensed! When asking for a full set, she glued the nails half way up my own nail bed. I wouldnt let her finish. Now the other lady takes the 3 worst ones off, and it never got better. When asking about the gap between my nails and the fake (she didnt even glue the entire nail to my nail) she said she would fill it with acrylic bc it was too late to take off, offered for me to come back in a few days to fix for free.....NO WAY. Ive been getting my nails done on and off for the last 20 years and Ive never seen this! Every single nail underneath is either filled with extra acrylic or completely detached. My concern was them snapping off since they arent held on by much. They are way longer than I like, the shape is terrible. The only thing I love is the color, bc I chose it. For a Monday night, for a new customer, Ill never return.

Did a change color on toes and didn’t have time to do my nails. If that was the case I would’ve never got my toes done highly upset . Especially just getting out of work.

This place is HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is so unprofessional and rude! I walked in with my son to get a manicure (both of us wearing masks) when the woman working screamed at me I couldn’t bring my child in and proceeded to chase me into the parking lot. I am so overwhelmed with how disrespected and upset that I feel. My son was scared and upset as well. DO NOT GO HERE.

Made an appointment and when I walked in the lady told me i would have a 45 minute wait ... there was only 2 people on the entire place. When I asked why my appointment was set aside she told me “oh too bad you have to wait you weren’t here on time” I showed up at 3:50 pm for a 4:00 pm appointment. Absolutely the rudest salon I’ve been into.

Absolutely no professionalism. Rude! Waited over an hour to start with an appointment. Not a single apology or even a polite explanation. Pedi smudged before I made my hour drive back home! I was so disgusted with the service I skipped the mani. Never again!

My go to for eyebrows, manicures and pedicures. The ladies are incredible. Super talented and so sweet. Highly recommended.

Ive been going to this lady for about 2 to 3 months now & she gave me Fungus. I am so upset over this. I had to take my own nail off & get medicine for it. This place is the last place you want to go to get your nails done. My poor finger nail.

If you are looking for a quick manicure or pedicure this is your place. Ive been a client for many years now. I do wish some of the technicians would be more detailed in their work. It gets busy, so at times, it feels kind of rush. Overall, okay.

She rushed my friend, paid extra for the shape, paid in advanced, they are all crooked, checked to see if they were dry and messed them all up and refused to fix them. She put nail glue all over a cut. There was so much wrong.

Had to quickly get eyebrows and lip waxed before an event. Was in and out in 10 mins. $12.00 total. Very nice job too.

O.P nails needs to have a long thoughtful meeting with its staff and reevaluate their customer service. I usually tell a nail tech what I want and give them full creativity power to deliver, most nail tech salons usually deliver. On a saturday morning after most of the salons in my area were booked I decided to try the one salon that had availability, O.P Nails. upon arrival I was greeted, asked what I want, the tech said she can deliver and to wait 5mins. over 15mins, an elderly woman prompted me to sit at desk seats away from the lady who said shed do my nails. the older woman was rude and condescending in a way. when I told her that I had powder dip on my nails, she grabbed a plastic nail and proceeded to pulling the dip out, I screamed ouch! she looks at me with disgust. I told her usually my nails are dipped in acetone and the dip usually just peels off. she soaks my nails in ice cold acetone water, as shes doing that shes telling me how bad powder dipping is and how I should always get acrylic sets. She use a dremel to remove the rest of the dip.Once ready the older woman start applying the plastic nail on to my finger. I kept having to point out the obvious gaps between my nails and the plastic nail, she waves me off and said it will be fixed when I put the acrylic on. Moments later I am asked to sit in from of the original woman who would do my nails. We both sat there with very little to say. She seem to be in a rush, every customer that walks in she says 5 or 10mins to them. My nails started to look a mess and I tried so had not to be rude or disrespectful but I told her I didnt like the length or the shape, she said shell fix it. After minutes of filling, my round now looks like an almond/ cat claws. I paid them and left in defeat hoping soon enough Ill feel different about them. Normally I tip generously and this time I walked out feeling terrible not doing so but the service and delivery of the product was a nightmare! Hours later I left, I called back and she said shed fix it. Next day I showed up in the morning explaining my situation [uneven length, shaped off, gaps between my nail and acrylic nails] and the lady said shed fixed it. I was relieved. After minutes of filing and painting, I noticed the nails looking worse than before. The paint accidentally smudged, point it out and she said it would fix itself once dry. The results were worse than the day before. The woman was not apologetic, if anything she was annoyed that she had to fix the problem, she would talk to the older woman and look at me and look at my nails which created an uncomfortable feeling. $45 for my experience was hell. The equipment doesnt seem to be sanitized, the customer service was terrible. The atmosphere was not what I expected out of a salon. I dont normally write negative review but I would highly not recommend this place.

I had an awful set of acrylics done elsewhere, when I went to OP I figured it couldnt get worse. Instead Julie fixed the uneven/non-symmetrical job the other place did AND made my fake set thinner. The gel was smooth and has lasted (flawlessy) for 2 weeks. Heading over there after work for my second visit.

My experience here was always so-so. Nothing extraordinary but decent. Until I had a nail tech give me the worst manicure Ive ever had. The tips on my acrylics were put on wrong so they pointed downwards, the surface was bumpy and uneven, and the polish was streaky and bubbly. None of the other, more experienced techs stepped in to correct her.

Michelle is great but she keeps bringing new staff in. I went in the other day for a manicure and gel nails, I had two different people work on me who had no idea what they were doing! Thank god Michelle took over and finished me up.

Im not a woman I dont really have my nails done Im a man but Ill give them a good rating I give them a 5-star rating give them that business if you think that nice out there thank you and God bless

I just wanted to write my review to let you know how unprofessional this place is. I will start by I never went to this place before this was my first time and my experience was horrible not only did they make my nail bleed and tried to continued working on my same nail as it was bleeding smh they also had me sitting in a chair soaking my nails for 15min because the lady had left the store YES I watched her from the window get in her car and drive away I had asked her coworker if she was coming back and she did not speak any english so she was unable to understand what i was asking until i was about to walk out the door in the middle of our some what conversation the other lady who was working on my nails walked back into the store to have me sit down to finish my nails and all i was getting done was a acrylic overlay i was very upset at the fact she had me waiting and then my nails looked nothing like how i wanted them the acrylic came off within 3 days with this being said i would not recommend anyone to this place they have horrible customer service skills and very bad commincation and they can care less about what the customer is asking and also very rude

STAY AWAY! The woman who did my pedicure (10/16/18) did an absolute hack job! I dislike short nails, so she took it upon herself to give me the shortest & stubbiest looking toenails she could fabricate. They were all different shapes, some round, some square. The square toenails had slants to the edges & a corner of my big toenail was GONE! She was super late & had me waiting soaking my feet for forever, never apologized & rushed through the entire appointment. When I told her that my manicure color wasnt the same color as my pedi (yes, she used different but similar colors, Im assuming they didnt have the same in GEL form so picked the closest looking one without at least telling me) She started blabbering in a language I couldnt understand. No accountability whatsover, rude, disrespectful! Take my advice & don’t step foot in here.

Was okay. They did rush tho so the nail paint was a bit sloppy. The first women that glued the nails down wasnt sanitary, she was picking her feet aftrr she finshed my hands then worked on another ladys hands. That was gross

VERY BAD experience!! she cut my nails TO SHORT! i had nail polish all over my toes! Nails were un even! pedicure HOORIBBLLEEE!!!! smh! to pricey!

Never again. This was honestly the worst experience Ive ever had. I showed them a photo of matte nails with high shine tip, they said sure no problem. Put on regular polish over gel that wasnt properly dried first. The result was a waving of the gel and removal of everything with dremel...they said they would do it again, go get pedi now. I got a pedi and again no matte finish. I left with no fingernail polish, regular toe nails that have paint on the skin surrounding nails, fibers in polish AND THEY CHARGED ME 25. NEVER AGAIN

I got a gel manicure and I didnt even last a WEEK when its supposed to last 20 days at least!!!!! You guys suck and Ill never go back. If youre working all day you could at least do your job in stead of chatting with the other workers the whole time and not play attention to what youre doing !!!!!!!
