I went to the same nail salon for over 10 years until they ended up going through 3 different owners within a year or two.I was lucky enough to discover Suzys about 2 years ago now, and I thank God I did! I have Never had a bad experience & no matter who has done my nails at this salon they have always come out perfect!Considering Ive been getting acrylic nails done for over 20+ years now I can be very picky. But even with my very first visit to Suzys they did them perfectly, just had to tell them what shape I preferred.I almost dont want to let others know how great they are because they do get pretty busy & I dont want to ever have to go anywhere else! LolBut I do know how hard it can be to find a place that does quality work & are genuinely nice people. All the girls there do great work & definitely deserve the business!Thank you Suzy for maintaining such an awesome business!!!!

Wanted to get my nails done for my birthday instead waited 20 minutes to be lectured about fake nails and when I asked if she can do a design that THEY advertise was told maybe she could do it but its not guaranteed that it would look good because and I quote it doesnt always come out good!? Plus their prices were a little steep. So I walked out. Dont mind paying for good service/ product but not taking a chance that it might not come out good!

I forgot why I stopped coming here all she does is make u feel uncomfortable. I needed my nails done so I came back cause she does decent work but she is always saying stupid things like why didn’t you take your nails off before coming back to see me or saying jokes in her language about u and I really think she needs to retire and stay her dry ass home. I will never go back to Suzy she sucks as a person and all her staff told me they will eventually leave the salon.

Absolutely the best salon to go to! Ive been going to Suzys for years as Suzy is the owner and mother of a friend of mine. I always have gone to Lisa in particular, but Suzy makes sure no client leaves without perfection. Its a clean salon, very good prices and great quality. I now live in Florida so I miss Suzys so much because no one compares!

I love this place. I have lived all over the US, well... the world even...Every time I move, it is such a struggle to find a warm, friendly, reasonably priced nail place that is clean and does a good job.It took me a year to find Suzis, but would go nowhere else.Yes, it doesnt have the haughty high end salon feel, nor is it in the most beautiful of locations and I do prefer some manicurists over others, but for the most part, I have not a single complaint. When they are busy you never wait too long (although I recommend making an appointment). And theyre open on Mondays too!!!

I have been going to Suzy for over 16 years. I was pregnant with my daughter when I started having my nails done by Suzy. My daughter and a bunch of her girl friends get their nails done by Suzy and her friendly staff. I cringe at the thought of one day having to go somewhere else. Her staff is great, funny, and so attentive! It makes my stomach turn reading some of these negative reviews!! I have never not once witnessed Sue or any of her employees be rude, deny service, or be anything other than curtious to her customers.. However, I have witnessed many people walk out without paying... Just because they wanted a freebie... And even after this Suzy has taken them back with open arms time and time again. Please dont let false reviews stop you from getting the best manicure, fill, pedi, ECT.!Thank you Sue for all of the years of amazing service!!❤❤❤

They did a good job but they will charge you extra for everything. Even to cut my nail( to make it shorter) they charged me $2 extra dollars, $3 to replace my daughters pink finger acrylic nail and $1 dollar credit card fee. One more thing, they are not friendly, they stink at costumer service.

Suzis nail salon in my opinion is the best nail salon there is! I love the way they do nails. I love my Alyssa!

This nail salon iveI given a chance 3 times. 3 times disappointed and paying more than my other nail place (limited hours). They cant paint nails to save their lives. They do not fill the acrylic down to the bottom and then paint the Polish past the fill. The woman had me do my own cuticle ouland idid not receive any lotion.

This place would be better if they had more nail techs. Even if you make an appointment you will still wait 20-45 min to get taken and they end up rushing to get to the next person that your nails get filed sideways. Also, just a heads up if you use a card they charge $1 fee. I stopped going here after four times in a row of making appointments and having to wait 30 mins each time.

(Not Kim this girls name was JEN) I have stopped coming here. I had to regrow my pinky nail due to it being ripped off with an acrylic. The girl insisted we put a new one on and despite my saying that would happen she still did it. Very painful and disgusting. She put a new acrylic on while it was still bleeding.

I travel 20 mins every 2 weeks jts so that suzi can do my nails ive been going for 2yrs n some..i will never dare to go to any other place shes the best

There is NO other nail salon that does such a GREAT/BEAUTIFUL job than Suzys Nail Salon!!!!! And i have tried quite a few nail salons, i actually made the worsssst mistake by going with my friend to her nail salon this last time i needed a fill...they did such a badddd job on my nails, the acrylic was so thick, they were sooooo uneven....lengths of nails all dif and slanted, did a horrible job buffing, everything, i had acrylic on my skin! Annnnd bc i am a smoker i was saying how the pointer & middle finger the white tips sometimes get yellow which if u just take a little bit of non acetone nail polish on a cotton ball & lightly swipe nail and it comes off BUT this place said they had something that would keep them from turning yellow, i had never heard of it but was excited...its like a clear top coat & then u have to put your nails under the UV light only for literally 20 seconds but it like hurt for like 2 secs...like a burning feeling! So not even kidding like a week later ALL of my nails where like yellowish, that stuff suckkkked!!!! So i just re painted them myself!!! Now i need to go to Suzys so they can fix them and make them gorgeous again....i will NEVER EVVVVER go anyyyywhere else!!!!!!
