Best hair salon Ever. Leo takes such good car of my hair, best haircuts and blow dry. Raquel is an artist, nothing else like her eyebrows and make up. Raquel, Márcia, and Joyce do the best full body and Brazilian wax ever!

Joy the owner is always nice. Even the staff are always nice. I always forget their names but not my hair dresser LEO! He’s really great. I love the way he cuts my hair. Literally he flip your hair then cut it. Walla! Done… And perfectly even and looks ravishing. Well I think that’s a perfect word to describe it? Lol. Either way few days ago he also did a Keratin. It’s again nicely done. I don’t know. All I know is that I found my home and will always use them all the time.Oh FYI they also do massage which I did as well and body scrub which is also nice and I’m planning to do it again. No regrets and you’ll gonna love it.. Xo!

$55 for wash and blow for short hair (ear length). No consultation. Barely washed hair and brushes were not cleaned. Prior hair from other clients. Voiced concern to owner. She said she would call me back. She did not.

My hair was a mess so I booked an appointment for chair time at 11am. I didnt have to wait to be seen. Im headed for a mini vacation and did not know what to do to my hair but I know I wanted something different. I had Leo as a stylist and gave him the green light to surprise me. Great first brazilian wax and will be getting a next one

Omg I went to cut my hair and my Daughter and niece hair and Leo cut my hair ones and did ok so I went back and cut my daughter front until her eyebrows curly hair 😡I have to twist it back and he took a big chunk and for me he cut my hair about 6 inch when it was a trim and the fort time was a cut and only did 3 inches what happens to him I have no clue I’m so upset

I’ve only been once but I was pleased. I can’t give a company 5 stars after one visit and one service. Especially since they offer so much more than what I got (hair cut, blow out). I will go back and am eager to try other services.Pros:easy to make appt. their IG page has lots of before/after pic so it was easy to see they aren’t afraid of curly hair. Hair wash, deep conditioning (much needed) and hair cut and blow out all went well. I’ve had hair cuts I loved and those I didn’t. But it’s hair and grows back so I’m never to upset on cuts. (I’m definitely a little more particular in color as it’s permanent and costs more). This cut I like a lot! My hair is heavy so a thinning of the inside layers wouldve be a bonus ;). However, my hair is soft, scalp feels great and the cut (layers) has dimensions to it. All good things. You get a text reminder which is great! They speak multiple languages but there’s no language barrier, which is great as they are truly fluent in multiple languages which is a bonus. There was NO lengthy wait. Even a minimum wait is ok but some salons book an appt and operate as a walk in. They valued your time. Thanks!Cons: prices on website have an * so they could vary. It would be nice if it was explained what makes them vary, hair length, type, stylists level etc. and what the range is. It however isn’t a deal breaker. One sink is missing the neck rest (hopefully it’ll be replaced soon). There’s a convenience fee for using a debit card. I would’ve brought cash if I knew.

I would avoid this place....they overbook, make you wait hours, very unprofessional and are often rude and insulting. I have read some of the other negative reviews on here and I would say there is truth to them....Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!!

They burned me & I somehow lost my anklet after my appointment... I called to express my concerns & they only took my number & showed no concern for my belongings nor the burn I have now on my ankle, they took my number down to never call me back about anything or to even apologize for being burned.. as a person that works 2 jobs I went there to pamper myself & enjoy some down time but I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism& trust!

I found this salon by luck.And it over exceeded my expectations.Glad I did the drive up here.Jasmine was my hair stylist and she did a phenomenal job.I have a challenging hair and she handled like a pro.I felt everyone was friendly and although I dont live in this State, Ill definitely return just to have my hair taken care by them.

Was so great & so relaxing...

I was looking for something open on Monday, I found this place. I went with my mom, she wanted her hair cut. I got a color and blow dry. The young lady who did my hair didn’t know how to do a roller set. As she was blow drying my hair, she got the brush tangled in my hair upwards of 4 times. When she flat ironed my hair, the roots were not dry or straight. I thank them for being open on a Monday but I can say that was my first and last time going there. Here it is Thursday and my hair as well as my mom’s hair doesn’t look like we got it done and for the money I paid it should last longer than 3 days. Now I gotta pay someone else to do our hair. Needless to say I’m not happy.So after my initial review I received a phone call from the owner, Miss Joyce, what a nice lady. She did offer for me to go back and try a different stylist, which was a good thing. Everyone has certain things about themselves that they are picky about, me it’s my hair. I was able to go back today and I can honestly say that my hair came out excellent that I booked another appointment for Saturday.... so needless to say they’ve gained another client in me. I appreciate that Miss Joyce took the time to talk to me and she is definitely one of the nicest persons ever. Patricia is also awesome! Jasmine was great as well. Very nice people. Small businesses like that need the community’s support to flourish and grow. I’ll keep you updated on my progress and my critique of the other services as I receive them. I have been coming to Brazilian Hair Design for over 8 years now for my Brazilian wax. With my busy schedule it’s hard to book appointments well In advance so i usually book last minute and they always do their best to accommodate my availability. It does not matter who I see, they are all extremely efficient. I have tried getting my wax done at European Wax as it is more conveniently located near home. However, they are not nearly as efficient with their hair removal and are not as personable. Knowing I will be getting great treatment in a clean and friendly atmosphere is certainly worth the commute. I highly recommend them!

I only trust this place for my Brazilian wax. The last was extremely professional, gentle and efficient. She did it willingly and I felt the least amount of pain. And she was quick too!I wish the price were lower or they had deals/coupons but its still better than most places Ive been to.I recommend it to anyone and everyone!

I first decided to do a Brazilian wax when I was completely over shaving; so I did what anyone would do.. I googled places. I chose Brazilian Wax Design because it was closest to me, looked clean, and there were many good reviews. Its been now a couple of months since Ive been going there and I absolutely love it. Everyone is incredible and so nice. They take theyre time with you and meet every expectation. There is no awkwardness at all. its affordable and theyre always ready to take you even if you dont have an appointment. I highly recommend this place. :)

I have been waxed at other salons around the state before; no one compares to the quality and value of services here. This is by far the most thorough wax I have ever had. I arrived rather early for my appointment and they did their best to fit me in early, which isnt necessary but definitely appreciated. This place doesnt have bells and whistles and calming whale sound music, but I actually like that. The room was clean and plain. They use hard wax here instead of my preferred soft wax, but Joyce, who gave me my wax, was very knowledgable and did her best to reduce the pain when possible. She was kind and talkative, and even joked with me a bit which is always a plus. As this is a Brazilian wax, it wasnt my any means painless, but the pain was manageable. Best of all, I didnt have any bruising or red spots when I was done. It lasted for a long time (6 weeks) before I felt I needed another.If you are looking for a great wax without having to pay super high end salon prices, this is the place for you.

Marcia is by far THE BEST manicurist ever! She has worked in my job area and is now working closer to my home (YAY!!!) I have followed her everywhere. She has been my manicurist for MANY MANY years. If you like your nails cleaned up nicely with those cuticles GONE like I do, shes the one for you! She is very friendly and personable. Shop is comfortable. Staff is welcoming.

I used to love this place.I did call to make an appointment with a person that do my eye brown all the time.. No problem they said...she your stylist is goimg to be available when you come in... When i was in, they told me my stylist is goi g to take a while... So I had to choose to let me do my eye brown by somebody also... When I did call my stylist she told me she is not longer working in there from weeks ...so basically they did lie to me... And i hate that... I hate lie.

I went to Brazilian Hair design for a Brazilian wax for the first time about a month ago. A friend convinced me to go, at first i was skeptical about it, but afterwards i was happy with the results of the wax and the staff. It was not as painful as i thought it would be and i would definitely do it again.The staff was very informative and the environment was clean and friendly and I did not feel out of place as a man. Also as a guy i would recommend this to any guy to try at least once. When you go ask for Joyce, she is very sweet and polite.

I have been to a few waxing salons in the area, but none were able to meet my expectations like they did. They are amazing in many ways. Not only do they treat you extremely well and help you relax, but they definitely know what they are doing. They were able to do my legs and bikini at a really great pace, and minimized half of the pain that I had dealt with in the past. I definitely recommend them.

I have gotten Brazilians in salons several times before and I cant say enough that “Brazilian Hair Design” is my new favorite place for waxing!! I have been getting waxed for over 8 years and prefer to visit Brazilian Hair Design salon since they do a better job and the prices are much more reasonable for a Brazilian wax.The inside the salon is very clean, modern, and relaxed. The salon staff is all very friendly. I had my appointments with Joyce and Vicky and they were both great. They made me feel very comfortable (important when you are naked from the waist down!) and did a wonderful job.I will be a loyal customer of Brazilian Hair design and hope the word gets out about this place.

Ive gone to have my eye brows done here a few times each time the pricing is different. The technition kept pinching me with the tweezers this could have be avoided if when she applied the wax it was warmer or she rubbed her hand on the strip to make sure it was on. Not pleased I wont be back

I have at a Brazilian wax before, and they were leave hair unwanted hair behind, make me bleed even bruise me. Joyce did not do any of these things. The salon was very clean and everyone that was there seemed to be very friendly

I have been coming here for my bikini waxes for almost a year now and they do a great job. All the ladies here are friendly and make you feel comfortable.

I had a horrible experience yes the staff was nice but seemed they didnt know much about the color products they were using. Went in for a highlight they turned my hair grayish silver. I was there for 4 1/2 hrs after the owner tried to correct the problem she put a treatment in told the girl just to rinse it out and she used shampoo. Ill NEVER go back

I was kind of nervous my first time getting a wax but decided to suck it up and make an appointment anyways. Joyce asked me if I had ever been and when I said no, she relaxed me into it. She explained the process and talked the whole way through with me. I loved the pictures on the ceiling to distract your mind and the rest of the atmosphere was clean, friendly and comforting. The employees smile at you and make you feel welcome. I would recommend this place to anybody who is thinking about getting a wax for the first time. Joyce has over 20 years of experience.
