Very rude staff was not greater and waited for like 5 minutes to be acknowledged. rushed my full set and didnt give me the shape I wanted, even if I wanted square shaped nails she made them really uneven and shaped weird. Will not go here again.

Its the only place Ill go for my nails. Jimmy is my nail tech and hes the best as far as Im concerned.

Did not even go to my appointment 1st they told me they could not do my nails without tips and that i needed to put tips which is not at all true bcus i have always had my nails done there and without tips however they didnt want to do the work they also did not jabe time that day so they just made me feel like i was a bother and it made me not want to go

They are great the only problem I had I made an appointment at 5pm I had to sit there an hr waiting I figured if u have an appointment u get In on time but thats not the case Im disappointment on them for that other then that I been there 2 times ant he ppl I had was great I want to keep going there but on the set scheduled they put in for not to sit there an hr

Jimmy is my favorite! He’s the only one I go to now. He perfects every step of the way and asks me if it’s good and if I like it. He doesn’t get upset if I ask him to fix or change something. Hands down my favorite nail tech!

I didnt even want to give them 1 star. I called asking to have my gel nails removed. The guy told me the price and to come in. I arrived and got an instant attitude from the man working the desk. An even worse attitude when I told him I was there to get my nails off. He rudely asked if I called and I said yes. Then he rudely told me to sit and wait. Started to talk Chinese to the man who would do my nails and gave me the meanest look.The man who took my nails off wasnt gentle at all and my real nails are sore as hell as he just plucked them off using a fake nail. I told him it hurt he continued. He did apologize to me after and did fix my real nails. I gave him a tip. As I paid out the same man who rudely greeted me gave me another attitude as I cashed out. I will never go there if I decide to get my nails done again! Next time they want to talk about me say it in English! No guts to do that!

AMAZING job! Went today to get my dip/anc removed. My nail tech took her time, and made my destroyed nails look fresh, clean, and healthy! Super impressed with the COVID precautions this salon took. By signing/acknowledging I did not have symptoms, to having plexiglass shields everywhere, to regular amazing salon sanitation - I would do recommend to anyone!

Made an appointment by phone and when I got there they had me waiting for 40min before I complained about how long I was waiting so they told me just 1 more min. After 5min I just left.They are very unprofessional,if its by appointment only you shouldnt have your customers waiting more than 15min.

I only go to Rose, shes friendly and great at doing my nails. Picture below is 1 week out from a refill, I get a refill every 2.5 weeks!

First of all I always go there and never share my experiences but I am today because I may be helping someone else.They are always late even with appointments and now a freaking eye brows is $13 and they expect us to tips the workers....I waited to do a refill for 55 minutes when I have appointment already... imagine if I didn’t have one. Not professional at all! Go somewhere else if you can.

My guest from North Carolina and I got quoted the wrong price before we got both our gel manicure and pedicure done. When we went up to pay we were given a higher price. Not one word of apology from the receptionist or the man who I think was the manager. He told us to go sit done to have both our gel polished removed and repolished with regular polished. No concern about our time or the fact that we had been in there more than an hour or that we were given the wrong price by the receptionist. I asked prior because I knew my budget. Such an embarrassment. Low class customer service.They do such a poor job. Every time I have been there My gel polish start peeling off the next day. Horrible customer service and the nail technicians all sit there with bad attitude and professional unfriendliness. My recommendation is go somewhere else.

Lee is the most amazing nail tech! She is super sweet, personable, and although she moves quick, her accuracy is impeccable. She always goes above and beyond to ensure a good experience. I used to get my nails done time to time, but she makes it such a treat that Ive been going for 8 months straight now every 3 weeks just to see her and feel spoiled for a few hours. They also just redid the interior around New Years and it looks beautiful, modern, and very welcoming. I urge you to go check it out!

I’ve been going for 2 years. I only go to Rose she’s great the rest of the employees didn’t impress me when they did my refill or a full set. The prices do change a lot which I don’t like. Overall nice and clean place not too expensive.

All the nail techs do a wonderful job. The wait for a walkin can be a hassle if you are looking for quick service. My best advice is call ahead and/or make an appointment. They now offer 4 different kinds of manicure & pedicure packages using top of the line oils, lotions & products. I recommend the fire & ice package with my lovely lady Rose

I just walked in, the guy was so nice to me. The girl who did my hair did a wonderful job. Shes slow but knows what shes doing. She doesnt speak English that is I couldnt tell her how great was her job.

My nails look nothing compared to what i wanted. And they charged me a lot for them, i asked for coffin and got almond shaped nails my thumbs curve bad. They just look nothing like the picture i showed and not worth the price. AND THATS ON PERIOD.

So I decided to give this place a try, I usually go to Nail Junkiez’s in cranston. When I got there nobody greeted me, I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they tried to overcharge me. I’ve been getting my nails done for a long time with many different nail techs and I know the prices. I would never recommend this place, they are so unprofessional. I came in at 7pm and they close at 8 PM so they rushed my whole set, and then claimed they couldn’t use acrylic colored powder (it was just cuz she was rushing) In the end I paid $52 and it was not worth it.

Majestic Nails always does an incredible job on my nails and hands. On weekends its better to have an appointment.

My initial impression was a factory operation. 11 nail chairs and they were all full last week when I picked up the business catd. I made an appointment and arrived at the appointed time today. I checked in and was advised it would be a 2 minute wait.After I selected my polish, I went to chair 9 as directed. The young lady came over, she cleared the table and wiped it off. She seemed to be on her cell phone the entire time via Bluetooth.She finally greeted me and confirmed the service. Despite the rocky start, my nails were done professionally and exactly as I prefer. Lee did my nails. The nail shop location is sketchy however Ill will return for Lee.

When I first walked in, I wasnt greeted and everyone just looked at me. I had to say, I need a fill. This is not my normal nail salon but decided to give try because its closer to home. Went in in Thursday, the lady I had did not cut nails down as I asked, showed her pic of simple design I wanted, was just a painted tip, didnt give what I wanted, reshaped thenthem from coffin to square, some are thicker than others which took SiX times to dry under the light, then she said something and her co-workers came over and stood over me as she did my nails. Again, I went on Thursday for a fill, and gel polish, its Saturday and my nail is lifted and chipped! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE!!

They just freshly remodeled, and it looks great! My dip powder manicure and pedicure have lasted up to 3weeks! Its also very cheap!

I have been doing gel on my nails for two years straight and I travel far to get them done but I was tired of traveling and decided why not go to Majestic Nails its across the street from where I live. I hated it, the lady did not wipe the nails before applying the gel so there were bumps all over the nails, she kept doing the gel wrong and then not letting it dry long enough and kept blaming me for everything as if it were my first time doing gel and I dont know the normal procedure, she painted on my skin and left it that way, my nails look a hot mess after spending $37 Women go to the salon to feel pampered and beautiful I left there feeling like my hands look ugly. This is my first ever review, they were that bad that I felt the need to come and post a review. I cant say all of them but I can say that lady was awful I couldnt understand what she said her name was but it sounded like Jenny

They dont have designs readily you have to either search online and bring in a design you like or trust a design in their head that they would give you and if you dont like it they seem annoyed, I only will go to the older lady I think her name is Kim shes nice and does a great job making sure your happy

Employees were nice and helpful, but the prices were a bit much. $32 for a basic pedicure 😒. I also got my nails done and decided to go with the nail dip powder with gel polish, which was a complete waste of $. Nails chipped in less than 48hurs.

Went in for a gel mani. This place was close to work. I had dip polish originally. The lady at #6 was sooo rude! It bothered her to have to soak my nails and she showed it (hand gestures and speaking loudly in her language) Then she did a horrible job with the gel polish and kept saying its ok. Its been 2 hours and the gel is bubbly, clearly its not OK. NEVER AGAIN.

Nice location, great parking options and the interior design of the place is very nice but I went here for a service and that service was awful. Customer service was horrible from the guy who I believe was either the owner or the manager, my nail tech, my lil sisters nail tech, the lady interpretator.Walked in there and no one greeted us. The guy who seemed like the manager(based on how he seemed to be ordering everyone around) after waiting an hour says I can come to his chair and then accepted another client. He told me to sit somewhere else because he had an appt🤔😑.My nail tech was a rude and dismissive individual and made me feel sad. She actually told be that I was too dark skinned for the nail color I wanted her to do. She also said my nails were too short for shape I wanted. She rushed me to pick a color.She does my refill and recolor, fast forward next day, my nail is chipped. If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience with her in that chair.My sister wanted a design. The only person who can do designs in this establishment doesnt speak a word of English. Sorry I lied, she knows how to say NO. She did have some trying to translate and she would immediately say no to my sisters request before translate to the nail tech doing the actual design.Overall a little bit of customer service training would have made my experience at majestic nails better. They wont be getting my business again.Spent $27 on a gel refill and recolor and it chipped. Thats never happened with any gel color Ive done in the past. 😡😡 Im sure if I went back and asked then to repair it, someone would tell me to NO and find a reason why its my fault.

Cut both my fingers and made an excuse not to even out my nails. When the nail polish was messed up and I asked to fix it she ended up taking part of the nail polish off. They talk way too much to pay attention to what theyre doing.

Ive been going here for yrs. But Lately they been upping their prices for pedicures!!.. I will not be getting a pedi or pedi polish change from them ever again!! They charged me 30.00 just to change the color on my feet!! Reg pedi is like 50.00 now, plus more if u want hot towels, foot rub, etc, smh!! I paid 77.00 for a full set of gel acrylics and a gel Color change, for my feet!!! I feel like they robbed me! 30.00 just to do a polish change??!!! 😏🤔🤦🏽‍♀️

They are so rude. The lady purposely cut me with the electric filer after I politely asked her to filed down my nails. I didnt realize until I saw blood on the filer. After I said ouch to let her know it was it was hurting me she said mhm as if she was glad it hurt me.

This place is okay. they filed my nails way down too much on top n buffed now its thinn n breaks, cracks, chips alot. very pricey n at times takes long just to do nails because they to busy chatting with other staff. + they dont have much colors to choose from
