I placed an order thru Amazon on May 30, 2021 for HazerBaBa Apple Tea. About three days later I received an email that the item had shipped and a tracking number was provided. I checked and it was info that a label had been created and the item had actually not been shipped yet. I waited about 5 days and nothing had changed with the tracking number. Just a label was created and nothing else had happened. I emailed the company and told them that there was no tracking information. They came back with the same info that a label had been created. A day or so I emailed them again and they said they would check the warehouse for information. The next day they came back and said they or the USPS could not locate the package. They said they would replace the order and send it out again. I find one thing very strange. The new tracking number they gave me is the same as the original number they provided. In order for them to use that tracking number they had to have found the original package or never shipped it at all. I do not believe them. On May 10, 2021 I did receive the package. I immediately noticed the package was not properly packed. It was just placed in a non padded envelope and mailed. When I opened it I noticed the tin was badly dented in and they sent the WRONG product. I ordered what they advertised on Amazon and that was Apple Tea. This company sent a Green Apple Tea. They are not the same. I contacted them several time and the I only response was your item was delivered. I finally gave up and contacted Amazon for a refund. I was refunded my money and told to throw away the wrong product. I would not recommend this company. They have demonstrated they do not care very much and their customer service is poor.

Fast shipping and very reasonable prices. I didn’t know they have the option for PICK UP.. since i was living 20mins away from their place. I’m always updated to their new products. The website is easy to navigate to. No hassle on ordering. Thanks. Thumbs up

Placed an order 9 days ago and have heard nothing about my items being shipped. I have contacted the company twice thru their website and have yet to receive a response. I needed this product for a party that was this past weekend.
