This location is such a scam !!! I called up on August 28th to get a quote for Transmission Fluid and was quoted $149.99 so I took my car in . Upon arriving I was greeted by a very friendly staff they promptly took my car in and thats when when it goes all down hill. I waited for about 2 hours as there were 4 guys doing nothing and talking to each other. After waiting an hour I ask for an update and was told my car was just about done but was I wrong. As I am waiting 1 hour passes by and then no site of anyone aside from one employee. So I ask him how much longer explaining I was told 1 hour ago my car was just about done. Then he tells me same thing 10 mins and my car was done. I go to check out and now told my total is $249.99 and I brought up that over the phone I was quoted $149.99 but they said no its $249.99 after saying I called and you quoted me $149.99 the person said since your car is newer its this price. I was tired at this point and just paid it since didnt have the energy to fight. Please do not go here !!

Wanted an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they were unable to do the tire rotation. Also were not very knowledgeable on the different types of oil and the mileage for semi synthetic, synthetic and fully synthetic. I was looking for 1 year or 10,000 miles life out of the oil which Smithtown Toyota has been scheduling oil changes at those intervals. They had the employees available so dont know why they wouldnt do the tire rotation.

Unprofessional, As I pull up into the shop before I can roll my window down the young man started yelling tell me “buddy pay attention” quite confused I said young man very rude not even a good morning, walks away and said am not going to serve you. My kids are in the back jaw down shocked like huh, spoke to other workers they could care less laughing in the office. Pull a block a away Called the store, left on hold for 30 minutes, finally wrote to corporate. All I wanted was oil change to use some high school kid yell at me for no reason and refused to service me. The persons who this store put a bunch of high school kids to run the shop. Just un professional. Pure comedy show but am not laughing.

Quick and courteous service and they dont try to sell you any services that you dont need. I will be using them for now on and I highly recommend them.

The guy drop slammed my hood from the highest position while i sat inside the car. they didnt vacuum or top off any extra services and it cost 103 for full synthetic! your better off doing it yourself for 40 -50 bucks

Extremely garbage service. Went 2 hours before work to get a quick oil change and was waiting for an hour and 45 minutes before deciding to just leave. Employees were standing around vaping and talking to eachother.

The team was really nice i came in with my new car trying to see if my oil change was due the team then took a look at my whole car changed the oil and was excellent when describing services they offered and my manufacture recommendations they topped off all the fluids and the air in the tires

I have to say I loved this jiffy lube the whole team was amazing and the process was so perfect Cj was amazing he went over my whole vehicle and explained why my check engine light was on after checking it and it was a misfire so he told me about the tune up and they replaced all my spark plugs and I must say he was so polite about it and professional and Kaleb was great along with tom they topped off all my fluids check my tire pressure and cleaned my windows and there prices are very good and I def would recommend to anyone who needs preventive maintenance done on there car to go check out jiffy lube in patchouge thank you Cj kaleb and Tom you guys were great!!!!!!👍👍

I could give them a zero rating, I would. They took advantage of my 19 year old daughter. She told them no synthetic oil handed them a sticker from the previous oil change. Giovanni the manager told me when I called him later that she never told him that and acted like they were doing her a favor by putting in High mileage oil at a cheaper price. Her 2006 Hyundai has 68,000 miles on it. I have a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder that has 160,000 miles on it and I use regular oil. This guy was so condescending to me personally because I am a woman I dont know what Im talking about. Do me a favor Avoid this place at all costs...They will screw you for the money and act like they are doing you a favor.

Great spot! Always a little worried about chain service stores but was chasing some extra airline miles. Staff was all very friendly. They answered my questions and actually told me not to get a certain service because I didnt need it. They were all very professional and efficient. I never felt like they forgot about me or I was just another sale.They went out of their way to wish me a happy and healthy New Year. I will most definitely be back.

Sent my wife to get an oil change and she comes back with a receipt for nearly 150$Over 100$ for an oil change and than they charged her to “top off her antifreeze” let me tell you this place is a bunch of scammers.. don’t give them your business nor waste your hard earned money here.. an oil change is 20$ anywhere else 30$ topsSo if you don’t know exactly the oil you need or if you don’t know about cars they will automatically charge you at least 5x more because.. you don’t know better.. shame on them!

Last time I got some of the best help I ever got from Jason. The only reason why I go to Jiffy Lube is for the convenience of a quick oil change. Employees never seemed to know whats going on. They know nothing out of putting fuilds into a vechical. They put water a you wish a washer tank.

This morning I drove up to jiffy lube because my skid plate had fallen and was mangled all up under my car, the really nice technician unfortunately I do not remember her name but she had nice curly hair and wore glasses she was able to take it off for me and it took no less then 10 min and I was on my way, I offered money and the nice woman said it was all good I was so grateful to her!

They wanted $70 for a 5 quart oil change. That is twice the price of a normal oil change.I drove 2 hundred yards further north to Johns Auto Repair and paid $35.

This location has great service normally, since it’s mid-summer time the waits seem to be longer than usual but I love the guys who service the vehicles. They are really nice and try to do their best at giving you the best possible discounts for your car services. I would say Jiffy lube is your best bet for car services overall.

They broke my oil sensor while doing a routine oil change. They then said they couldn’t fix the problem and I needed to take it to my mechanic. I took it to my mechanic he fixed it no problem. I was told a district manager would call me within 24 hours to reimburse me the money it took to fix my car. It is now 72 hours later and I have made three phone calls to the store that did it and I am still yet to hear from anybody. So taking my car to them Has cost me an extra $250 at this point with no one calling me to reimburse me. The only reason I gave them one star was because Google will not let you give them zero.

Im an avid customer at Jiffy Lube, Patchogue, NY 11772...since 2012.This is my favorite place to go for an oil change. I was here recently! As usual I was park in the back and I was greeted by a nice Hello from one of their hospitable personnel. It took him maybe 20 mins to finish. By far its always the quickest place to go for this particular job. Just a reminder that the waiting area is very small but it is clean and they also have a complimentary coffee that you can make yourself while waiting. So, if you are looking for a good service and less waiting time for an oil change please dont hesitate to come to this place.

Id been a lifelong customer and fan of Jiffy Lube, but my last two visits were atrocious and I will not be returning. They completely missed a flat tire and in fact told me to drive a few miles, the light will turn off (it didnt.).

The service was done quickly, and professionally. Very considerate. I will go back again.

Just not supper efficient! But fast, its the little things that keep happening. They broke my rear window switch (on the drivers door panel). I never put down the rear windows and when I got into the car and went to leave all of the windows were half way down. The switch was broken off. When I showed the mgr he said we didnt do that. I said how did you get the window down? Did your employee open the passenger side door and lower the window from over their? Why is the broken piece right hear? on my drivers door then? He said we didnt do that it was like that when you came is. lol OK! I guess I have to fix that myself. Then they only put 4.5 quarts in my engine when they were supposed to put 5.0 plus my half a quart of Lukas Oil Treatment. Now I am uncertain if the kept my oil treatment that I provided or actually shorted me on oil. The mgr said he put the Lukas Oil Treatment in himself. So I guess I believe him. Who really knows, now now window oil change sticker that gives me the date and Millage when I have to do my next oil change. Come on guys, I have been using Jiffy Lube for too many years for this one location on route 112 in Patchogue NY to make me go somewhere else that is local and convenient for me. Please do it right!

I go there every 3 months. Right now you can sit in your car, and they change the oil.

A little time consuming today but venue was very busy. Considering that it was fine. Have never experienced a problem with an oil change here.
