I wish I could give this place a negative rating. I came here at 9am to get 2 tires and a wheel alignment. After an hour and a half they tell me they can’t do the alignment but the tires are on. I leave at around 11 stop at the store and head home to realize my steering wheel is shaking, a lot. I take it back and they balance the tires and do the alignment. That takes ANOTHER 2.5 hours. I leave, immediately get on the highway to see if it’s fixed and it’s not. I come back for the 3RD TIME since 9am it’s not 2pm. 3 different mechanics drive my car around the shop to see if it’s shaking still, they try to tell me maybe it was doing that before. It wasn’t. They try to get me to buy brand new tires because it could be that the tires are minimally different because they’re different brands (I bought used couldn’t afford new) Another 1.5 hours go by they balance the tires AGAIN and inform me that they were using the wrong setting, for a TRUCK. I drive a coupe. I leave here at almost 4pm having been here since 9am after working a 16hr shift and wasting my whole day and guess what? I thought it was because of the rain/potholes but it STILL SHAKES AFTEDR 7 HOURS OF BACK AND FORTH AND NOW IM BRINGING IT BACK TODAY. Don’t waste your time here. Don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth it, the mechanics didn’t seem apologetic, more annoyed that I kept coming back. I didn’t get anything for my time, my car is still not driving correctly and the only thing they did was say “sorry it was an accident”UPDATE** they sold me a completely worn tire that is not usable and that is why my steering wheel is shaking uncontrollably they weren’t able to properly balance the tire and it already has dry rot. 50$ for a fire that should’ve been thrown away 0/5 stars.

Amazing prices, The only place open late or at all for car service at this time . I had my donut taken off and my spare tire with dented rim taken off and put on to my regular rim within 15minutes for less than $20. Gave a tip because I’ve been calling all over and have gotten prices 4x that amount from other tire shops. AMAZING SERVICE. They know what they are doing and I am very Grateful!

Robert was professional and gave a precise estimate setting the expectation that it may be more but it turned out to be what he said it would be. CR was fixed and it running properly. Will return if need be.

My car was assessed a parking ticket and a ticket for an expired inspection sticker while the car was in this shop’s possession to have the inspection renewed. When I called the Town of Brookhaven Parking Violations Bureau to explain the situation they knew the shop by name because of their history of parking cars where they should not. The shop didn’t even bother reporting the tickets to me when I picked up the car so I didn’t find out until a delinquent notice was sent in the mail. Don’t trust them.

My car needs a tire sensor pressure replacement. They didnt do a good job at all. I came back to their shop over 6 times in a week. The owner gave me the run around and just b.s.me the entire time. If he was honest since the start it wouldnt be a issue. Their pricing is low and now I see that reason. I never coming back here again

145 dollars, just to install a crankshaft, a job that only took them less than a hour.
