I went here in preparation for an upcoming wedding to have acrylic nails put on. In less than a week, the acrylics have popped off. I went back to the establishment to have them fixed where another lady was able to take care of me. She was a bit more professional, however, the nails still came off! I will be giving this nail salon one more chance to make amends.Update: Lisa was phenomenal and patient with me on fixing my nails. The pictures are shown below.

I’ve been here twice. My nails look beautiful. But twice they’ve broke. I haven’t broken a nail in over 4 Years. Now two weeks in a row.I just went yesterday. I called and they’re closed on Mondays. Will be calling tomorrow am. I have family pictures Thursday.

3.9 stars Im baffled this establishment is currently open walk ins welcome and its owned and operated by a nice Chinese family reasonable and my girl does not like wearing masks they told her no problem that shows me it really does keep up the good work. Jin lin Zhang knows, her stuff very professional.

Im a perfectionist especially when it comes to all my nails being straight, perfectly even with no imperfections. This place makes them absolutely perfect every time! I have been going here for years the staff is great. I find they take 5-10 minutes longer then other places but the nails always look perfect!

I have been visiting this nail salon for almost ten years and love it. The staff make us feel like family. They do a wonderful job and the salon is clean and organized.

I have to change this review...(originally 4 stars) unfortunately on 3 separate encounters we’ve had issues. I hate the race card but it became noticeable that we we were being treated differently. Twice we had an appointment and waited well over a half an hour for service and one time it was an hour.Our last visit on March 1st 2019 my daughter was charged for things that were not stated up front and this was the 2nd time that happened. Then Lisa I think it is and the technician held her card for a tip and rudely told her she was OBLIGATED to tip. We both had cash for the tip. The rudeness of the incident has been more than any customer should ever deal with. The pedicure price went up with no notice and there is not a list of pricing anywhere. Also the regular pedicure doesn’t seem to have anything but water for your foot soak (at least ours didn’t) the girl cleaned of some dead skin then let it fall into the water my feet were soaking in. There’s a lot of little things I noticed and after 4 visits we are done! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy.

First time going there today after moving into Patchogue. Decided to check it out since it got good reviews. My nails came out BEAUTIFUL and Cindy was so nice! Prices are reasonable too! Would highly recommend this nail salon!

I used to love this place but the quality has gone down significantly. I went for a SNS manicure and a regular pedicure. The pedicure took over 1 hr 15 min! Yes it was a new person but their training should not be at the expense of my time. He had no clue what he was doing and had to ask questions to other people the whole time. While I was initially happy with the SNS powder, two of my nails popped off a week later. I came back and 3 people inspected my nails as if they didn’t believe it had only been a week. They fixed them but now they are a different color from the rest of my nails...long story short, the quality is no longer there and I’m changing salons. I don’t recommend this salon.

This is the new place I have found in Patchogue to do nails. It is friendly, but most importantly they do an AMAZING job with your nails. My first time there I got a regular manicure/ pedicure and it lasted over a week without chipping. This week I got the gel powder and it looks so real. It is not bulky like some places tend to make it. The price is fair. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star is because some of the equipments, like the chairs, are a bit old and dont appear as top notch to spark up the place. Otherwise very nice service.

Great place to get nails done, super friendly helpful staff. They are detail oriented so my nails always look amazing when I leave.

I got a gel manicure done and the ladies were talking about my mom. The day after i got my nails done they were chipping. The lady put gel top coat on one hand but not the other. I an very disappointed but i probably go back to get them fixed

I got my nails done four days ago 3 fell off. ( Sns w tips). They always say they fall off bc theyre long but its not true! I went to another place before and i had Sns for over 3 weeks. And I asked for square and the lady made it round. I paid over 70$ for four days. Not worth it.

I went here a week ago with my friend, hurt me so many times. Yeah we came in a few min late it happens when your a mother and wife you loose track of time. Anyways we came in took 3 hours because my friend bow accessory wouldn’t come off after she first said dip them in acetone they didn’t listen and did something else. They did a very bad job with my nails. I have a picture not sure how to upload it. 53$ for a simple acrylic and gel, 3$ more because i wanted ballerina nails they lady stills had the audacity to claim a tip.Ps. Not to mention that day they were short on staff and many customers came and and had to go because they didn’t get attended treating me and my friend like it was our fault for coming 10 min late. When we got there, their was nobody waiting.Never coming here again! Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone!

Did a beautiful job with my nails. And since im a natural clutz retouched my nails without fuss or making me feel bad whenever i scuffed my wet nails. Wonderful and attentive staff.

This place is DISGUSTING and UNRELIABLE. I have been trying to find a good nail salon here in Patchogue, but this nail place is by far the worst one yet. The workers keep the place unorganized and messy half of the time and they mess up your nails ALL THE TIME. I would NOT advise going here.

After going to that place my nails went yellow, I do not want to go there anymore 🤮
