Amazing service, I needed to change oil and they accommodated me same day and I was in and put within 40 minutes. Can’t be better. Mr. Nick Egbert really is great and give me the right recommendations required for my vehicle. I live 30 miles away but I will still go to them instead of any next door service center to my house. I would give them more than 5 stars.

My experience at my Browns Alfa Romeo was exceptional! I did not feel any of the pressures you normally feel at other dealerships. The Sales Team was highly professional, knowledgeable and truly listened to what I was looking for. The finance department was equally easy to work with. The entire buying experience was seamless. Dropped my car off to have a few things done. Was not super pleased when we first picked the car up but our service rep Roc took care of it right away. My experience at Browns could not have been better! I was warmly greeted by the friendly sales team the second I walked through the door and was made to feel comfortable and at home. My sales person was incredibly kind and courteous and did not pressure me into any one vehicle but helped me find the right vehicle for me. The finance team really helped me throughout the process and got me a lower rate than I thought were possible. All in all I could not recommend Browns Auto highly enough and will be returning for years to come!

In the last year, we have leased 3 cars from the Browns group - 2 Alfa Romeos and 1 Jeep. There is a reason for this: the folks at Browns work with you to get the best price and beat the competition while doing so professionally. I recently entered in to a lease for 2021 Giulia, and the Browns team made the process a breeze. Im an aggressive shopper, so I try to get the best price; Browns worked with me and kept beating the competition (and did so without frustration). Being from Nassau County, all of the negotiating was done over the phone with Joe Giunta, who was a pleasure to deal with. Upon closing the deal, Noah Laden worked with me to get my paper work completed virtually and he helped me get my car before a major rain storm the next day - Noah was awesome. The pickup process was about 30 minutes from arrival to driving out of the lot. And to top it off, they gave me a bottle of wine when they sent me on my way. They have created lifelong customers, and I will be sending more folks their way. Thank you, Joe and Noah!

Great selection of cars. Well kept business. Shady dealers but that is most of the dealer business. Never buy an off brand used car from a dealership. Be careful of made up fees with this place. Management will say almost anything to make a sale. Possibly better than it was years ago but I would pass.

We purchased a 2014 Fiat 500L in mid June. 3 weeks later the transmission light came on. The car is in their shop for the 3rd time for the same transmission issue. I just found a $250. charge on my checking account for their loaner car. This after an extensive conversation yesterday, with the service manage Vincent, on how there was to be no charge or hold to my account; the $250. was only if there was a problem when the car was returned.Browns should be given 5 stars for Lip service.Update: just received a recall on the car. Guess what for. Acceleration issues!!!This is a flaw in the vehicle.Today Im waiting 4 hours for a 15 minute call back.I think the previous reviewer was paid to rate them 5 stars.

I had a great experience leasing a new car from this dealership! I wanted to trade in my old car and lease one of the new Fiats, so I came in for a test drive. Jim was fantastic. He really took the time to explain the features and options and to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. When I had decided to go with the Fiat and came back a second time to choose a specific car, Jim again took the time to show me all the different options and helped me choose the car that was right for me. I also wanted to leave with the car that day. He and the rest of the Browns staff made the extra effort to make that happen. Id highly recommend Jim and the Browns Dealership to anyone shopping for a car. I think I had the best experience you could ever have shopping for and getting a new car. I will definitely be sticking with Browns in the future!

If I could give zero stars I would. The alfa service is horrible. The tech forgot to put the oil cap back on after getting a routine oil change. Long story short, oil all over my driveway and hassle from the service department.

Fantastic experience at Brown’s Alfa Romeo dealer. Belce was my sales person. I was interested in the Giulia TI sport, but had never driven one. She got me in the car to make sure I liked it before talking numbers. After the test drive, they gave me a great deal. Start to finish it was the easiest leasing experience. No upsales or BS. 100% recommend Belce and the team at Alfa.

I purchased a Used 2013 fiat 500 pop back on 10/29/2015. Upon signing the deal the salesperson and I worked out the specifics of what needed to be repaired with the vehicle. Including a spare key, and a replacement part for the window, Trunk hitch, and LED lights behind the dash. Needless to say it is now 12/21/2015 and I have yet to be contacted regarding the repairs. I have attempted on mutable occasions to contact the salesperson in which I purchased the car from but was unsuccessful; many emails, phone calls, and voicemails were exchanged from my end and I was completely ignored. I have grown tired of the lack of customer service provided from Browns, (it’s hardly the caliber of dealership that I typically do business with; but even down to the most basic of customer service requirements were unfulfilled- and has left much to be desired.) To make the experience even worse I contacted the customer service team today and was informed that the parts were never ordered, surprisingly no one ever informed the maintenance department that my car required parts at the time of signing. Once again I am completely unfulfilled with my experience, my window is now scratched and needs to be replaced because of the loose parts, I only have 1 key for it, my trunk hitch is not working, and LED lights behind the climate controls are out. What to do next, contact BBB, involve my attorney, small claims court? Further service from them will be the deciding factor. - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

To anyone who sees this or hears about the year end sale at Browns. Get down there. I purchased my fiat for a great price. Got treated like family. Not an honest dealership. DO NOT rely on internet pricing without reading the fine print at the BOTTOM of the page. You will find hidden wording about the price only being good when you finance a vehicle. Plan on paying cash for your vehicle? The price shoots up. I dont mind this practice but be up front about it like other dealerships dont play games. The prices marked on the vehicles in the lot also are not accurate. Beware. 2 Stars since the salesmen i dealt with did make an attempt to make up for the dealerships bad practices.

What a disappointment! This people sucks.I was interested in a used car they had; I decided to go see the car, a call as soon as they open to make sure that the vehicle was still available. I made an appointment around 9 am. I got in the car and drove 70 miles to get were they told me the car was an hour later. After waiting for 15/20 minutes for the salesman we realized that no one knew where the car was. The car was at another dealer a mile down the road. We drove there to find out that the car was out for a test drive with someone that had arrived few minutes before and of course he bought the car. I got lots of dumb justifications. A big F... to this place; I lost half a day of my life for nothing. You want a real good experience go to ALFA ROMEO FIAT OF LARCHMONT.

Poor service. I felt that I purchased my 124 Abarth at a reasonable price, but when I got home, IO found a minor nick on the door which they agreed to repair without charge. BUT, when the car was delivered I was merely given the paperwork and never shown anything about the car Having a Miata previously I didnt question the lack of instruction, but as time went on there were a lot of car functions that I had to lookup in the manual and online, which should have been explained by the dealer. In trying to setup the radio, I found that there was no instruction manual whatsoever, either delivered with the car, or online. I had to go online to the Miata site to find out how to work the radio.As to the service, every time I have called the dealer I have been left on an extended hold. When I brought in the car to repair the nick, I was told it we be ready the next day. It has now been 4 days and nothing.Browns needs either more help, or better training of their staff

Hmm I would need more than 25 words. first, they know the cars, they know the customers, and they treat you like family. then again, this is not a corp biz its a FAMILY biz and has been for almost a century. I have not met a single non-helpful person at Browns. for my 2012 Fiat Pop they solved a small problem.. and when the new part came in a little loose.. they replaced it no question. Plus.. they served lunch (I happened when they had a bbq starting up) Again.. a lot more like family and friends then just a dealer.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Purchased a 2012 Fiat Abarth from Brown is May, saw the car I wanted made an offer, offer was accepted, zero haggling, got a respectable offer on my trade-in and 2hrs later I was driving my Abarth home. 1 Month later I came in for a check engine light without an appointment and 45min later the issue was resolved and I was back on the road, no hassles and the sales person I dealt with (Kevin) assited me throughout the purchase and was very familiar with the car and the avail. options. No headaches, no annoying sales pitches and no pressure. I wonder why Ive bought 4 cars from Browns. Excellent all the way!! THANKS KEVIN!!!
