The location is convenient and may be the only reason I go here. I have rented twice from them and the first time the car had bird poop all over it. This second time the car had writing on the window and it said disposal. Thats not too bad but when I turned in the car I asked if that was it and the guy said yes while doing something on his phone. No receipt or anything. Poor professionalism ! My last time here.

Quick and easy. Maybe 10 min inside. I did pre pay online. I signed a few signatures and was out the door. Will book again. better than the avis at the airport.

I place my reservation online and it was very smooth. When I picked up the car the service was fast and very friendly. Nice car also. 3 days later I needed another rental and experienced the same fast and friendly service. This is the only location I uses if I have a choice.

Very good front desk team. As I am new to USA ..Due to heavy rain I could not able to reach the location and requested the front desk to pick me up from my service apartment. they did it and the over all experience was very good.

Wonderful service! The best place to rent a car!

I had already had problems the night before at the Hobby airport location, so I was hoping that it would go really smoothly. I got there 15 minutes before they opened and I was told that there were 10 people ahead of me. I showed my confirmation and he told me that the confirmation meant nothing to him. He then tried to give me a truck at which I laughed at him because I was not driving a truck out of town. He was rude from the beginning. So, I got there at 7:45am and left after 9am. When I returned the car, there were a family already waiting. They had arrived at 7:50am to pick up their car. The woman called customer service and told them that no one was there. They didnt believe her. The same person who was rude to me before walked in after 8:30am. This location is operated by Sanchez truck and car rental which is probably why we have poor service. I would NOT suggest anyone go here.

I placed my reservations with Heather at a different location the transaction was smooth and prompt thank you Heather you are a sweet heart.

Scheduled a car to be picked up at 10 tried calling them to tell them i was going to be late and got no answer, i arrived there at 1130 and the lady behind the counter said they didnt have my car anymore. I Told her about trying to call them and why didnt they call me to let me know because i was on my way, she said they were just to busy to call.So i had to spend extra and upgrade.

Had an issue but Avis and location owner took care of it fast.

I made a reservation to pick up a vehicle a week ahead, but the morning of I was alerted that there were no vehicles on their lot and the associate was unsure of how she was going to fill the reservations prior to mine as well.
