In their defense I wasn’t able to speak to Dolores but I would not come here. Whomever the receptionist is she’s terrible.

Very disappointed. Went to get a quote and they charged me a fee of $109 but not only that the lady that did my taxes did things the “lazy” way. I got a quote elsewhere and she was 5k off. Don’t recommend.

I believe this will be my 7th Year being a customer.I have nothing but good things to say about Ms Dolores and her Daughter and of course her whole staff.There has not been one discrepancy regarding my Refunds. I look forward to seeing you all another year.

Horrible Customer Service ! Made really bad Mistakes on my tax refund, which they could prevent by being competent of the information they see in-front of their eye is really not that hard to get a couple of number correct specially if is your social security. I will not recommend this place they seem very unorganized !! Dont trust this company..
